Marcella was the perfect host ! She gave me her own parking space , got me a beer . I felt at home . Thanks again

Breakfast was a bit surprise for us. Not really mush to choose and all pastry was in plastic package, which was not very nice. But hosts explained us that this is a traditional breakfast.
Though I have to say that they prepared us scrambled eggs on our request.

the property was so cute! it was a bit hard to find at first, but the staff was super helpful and welcoming.
there were a lot of stairs to get up to the b&b and the room itself, the ocean view was also not very visible but still beautiful

the interior design was awesome
the breakfast was just kind of cold things and there wasn't enough natural light at our room which was ok for just one day but I think it's going to be annoying more than that

nice spacious room
The climb to get to the room was challenging especially with luggage

This is a charming large house perched on the hillside with a view of the port.
Marcella and her parents were very welcoming.
The courtyard / garden at the foot of the house is open to guests and if you are lucky, you can say Hi to the tortoise.
Breaksfast was complete and we were even treated to some fresh eggs laid by the hens in the garden.
Visitors do need to be aware that the road leading to the house is a very narrow, windy, one-way street - if you have a very large car it will be difficult to get up this street or let other vehicles past. This was a little scary at first as we wondered if we were driving the wrong way! But other drivers seem to know what to expect so it was all good in the end.

Very clean room, suitable for 3 people. The owner is very nice and does her best to meet your needs.
You need to walk for about 15 minutes to get to
the heart of Pegli, where bars and restaurants are.

The bed and breakfast was run by a very sweet family. They were extremely accommodating and even picked us up from the bus station along with giving us directions on how to get to their property.
There was so many stairs to get to the property and we had a ton of luggage. I wish we knew this in advance as it was a big pain getting our things up and down the stairs.

A special place and characterizes Genoa, on the slopes of the mountain, a lovely corner and nice hosts, a clean and tidy place, the ability to climb stairs with luggage is taken into account, highly recommended

The place itself was as promised: old buidling, Italian vibe. Finding the place was kind-of adventure. If you are lucky enough to find parking, you have to figure out that the street is actually the stairs and you have to climb a little to reach the place. Make sense to call them, if get closer. The family was in very good mood and we had a good laugh. They can also help to arrange some food...as no restaurants in short distance. Driving to the centre takes some 20 minutes. Only minus: no AC in my room and it was freaking hot this night.
It was as I expected...but yes: AC could have been a great extra value

Very difficult to find !!
Unfortunately it took us ages to find this B&B.
We arrived at 15h in front of a closed house. Rang the bell several times and try to contact the owner by phone. No answer. As we needed a sleep for the night we searched another hotel. Later i noticed somebody left a message on my phone...also noticed too late that check in was foreseen at 17H...our mistake. However the house looked deserted.. the garden not maintained...we had the imptession the house was abandoned. Somehow we hope the owner find it in his heart to refund us....
