Posizione ottima, staff gentile, camera accogliente, grande terrazzo, ambiente pulito, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Le persiane non si chiudevano bene, la tenda era sottile e al mattino entrava troppa luce nella stanza.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Location was great for seeing Genoa. We loved our room with the balcony
More breakfast choice

La posizione al centro di Genova
Struttura un po’ datata ma accettabile

Good location. Close to the station.
There was a strong odour of cigarettes which left our clothes and suitcases smelling horrible. The bed sheets had blood on them and the room was not clean.

Comfortable and sweet older man on desk we had a large language barrier but he was very funny. We are young and foreign and Made me feel comforted when my boyfriend was hospitalised during our trip. AMAZING AIR CONDITIONING for the price
Only complaint is the lack of sound proofing from the corrdior but it is very cheap

Very friendly and helpful stuff. The place it's easy to access from the main street. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. It was an almost corect price for mid Italian standards which are very, very low compare with european level in general (but this is not location fault). Rooms are same like in the pics and I saw they were working in some rooms to refurbish and give them new design.

It was really comfortable, just what I was expecting. Clean, easy check in and bonus extra friendly. Thank you for having us. :)

Bathroom is big enough compare to the room
Not far from public transportation
The painting on the room is not beautiful and even makes the room looks old and dusty feeling.

Exceedingly friendly, smiling staff all around, reception and housekeeping.
Great central location and the building, entrance hall, staircase is incrediable, genovese aristocratic palace style.
Its a must.

For the type of accommodation it is, this place was perfect for a few nights' stay! Clean, warm, nothing special or luxurious but it was still very good and with a great price for a single room+ensuite bathroom. The location just around the corner from the train station was amazing as I had many day trips planned and also arrived/left with heavy luggage. Would definitely stay again!
There were almost no toiletries, luckily I did bring my own. There were wifi issues - I ended up not having it 2 nights in a row. One of the receptionists didn't speak English, Spanish, or French, I tried it all :D He was really nice, but it was a bit frustrating, especially when I had issues to solve and limited time.

it’s was nice and easy, in a great city center location! very affordable and comfortable. I would come back again.

It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed. No dust at all. Friendly owner.
a) there was a smell of smoke in the morning. Although I couldn't see anyone smoking
b) I asked the owner to keep my suitcase till the evening, when I had my flight and he charged me 5 euro, without informing me in advance. It is the first time they charge me for keeping my luggage for some time plus they did not inform me for the price.

The location is good, very close to the train station Genova Brignole.
Besides that the room is quite big.
The communication was a little bit hard since the staff didn't speak English that well.
And the bathroom sink had a quite bad smell.

We liked Nothing, the staff are racist and had called me names in Italian that I understood, thru out the whole stay, they looked suspicious towards me and my family, the beds were filled with flees and mosquitoes. We were bitten heaps, the room was smelly and so humid , it was more of a sauna . Rooms have broken walls and tape left for unfinished renovation. Yes they were cheap, but I would rather pay twice as much for a decent experience.

Really kind and nice staff, clean, really close to city center, cool view, really nice the concept of naming the rooms according to their theme.
Small rooms, no glasses in the room, no air conditioner (but we did have a fan).

Everything was just perfect, the man at the reception is always up to help you with anything you need.
Very good value
Guests have to consider that they will be on one of the most important and central streets of the city.

10 points for the staff. Marco was really friendly. I got an upgrade on the room. Nice rooftop and the view. Nicely decorated with cat elements. The key is old-fashion (warded lock). The building is historical. I didn't find the elevator at first (as the building looked historical), I walked up along the spiral staircase, which was fun (never seen one before from outside the EU). Conveniently located and close to the train station, though I didn't spend much time in Genoa (big mistake).
Shower. Hot water ran out quickly.

Overall great value for Genoa standards:
- Location (super close to the station and the city center)
- New furniture in the room
- Friendly staff
- inside a beautiful historical building
- The room key looked like a standard private home's bedroom key, not really inspiring safety.
- in the room there was no safe (i spent only one night and kept all valuables with me at all time so it didn't really matter).
- room 2 had a noisy bathroom when discharging water in the bathroom, I would recommend to ask for the other rooms if traveling as a couple or a family.

Staff are perfect.
In corridor was lots of loud voice. And the voices from neighbors room clearly heard.

Staff was really kind and helpful. The location was awesome.
The room was terrible cold. The heat was central and just a few hours worked.
Room had lot of ants.
