Un peu cher pour les prestations

L’emplacement, le personnel très aimable, le parking gratuit et la propreté des lieux

Le canapé inconfortable, il manquait une télévision dans la chambre, l’appartement était un peu sombre. Équipement de toilettes un peu léger Problème de serrure qui se ferme mal mais qui a été résolu par le propriétaire très aimable

Tolles Objekt mitten in Genua

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das Parken (SEHR WICHTIG). Die Größe des Schlafzimmers.

Für den Preis erwartet man ein höheren Standard in der Einrichtung der Wohnung (Möbel, Ambiente). Das ist für mich kein Kritik sondern ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für das tolle Objekt.

Uns hat es gefallen.

Das Apartment war (wenn man den ganzen Tag wie wir unterwegs ist) für 2 Personen vollkommen in Ordnung! Gutes Bett, schönes Badezimmer. Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist, dass die Küste und die Innenstadt innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Desweiteren liegt im Apartment eine kleine StadtKarte aus. Gleichwohl gibt Claudio Auskunft über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Erreichbarkeit. Zu bedenken ist, dass man aufgrund der Lage des Apartments, dass erwachen der lebendigen Stadt mitbekommt. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Menschen die allerdings einen leichten Schlaf haben könnten daran Anstoß finden.

I will recommend it to any friends that plan on staying in Genoa.

The host, Claudio, met us at the street to show us parking and how to get in. He was super friendly. I especially loved that he loved his home city. He gave us great advice on what to see in Genoa.

Interesting residential neighbourhood within walking distance of city centre. Private parking.

Stylish and functional. Quiet apartment on the first floor (lift available also) overlooking the back in a "historic" well maintained building. Easy access by car. Private "doorstep" parking onsite. Would stay there again. Recommended.

These were fabulous 4 days in Genova. We have fallen in love with this city.

Many thanks to Claudio. He is an excellent host. Very kind and helpful at any time. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking. The location of the apartment is perfect. To the center (Piazza de Ferrari about 30 min. walk. The apartment has its own parking space, which is in a fenced backyard. It was a very nice holiday in Genva. Caludio, we'll be back next year! :) Many greetings from Stanislaw and Jana

Very friendly and helpful owner.

Warm welcome from Claudio and friendly advices about our short visit in Genova. Newly renovated room with very nice internal architecture. Large space even for 4 people. Parking in the premises just outside from our window. Coffee machine with espresso capsules!!! Nice boulangery just around the corner. Walking distance from old city center.

Hand soap was empty. Building external renovation works (but this is temporary).

Well worth booking when visiting Genoa

Fantastic service from Claudio. Secure off street parking. Modern and clean apartment. Easily commutable into city centre. Allowed us to park our car for the day following check out.

Mild disturbance work (unavoidable and host apologised).

The perfect place to stay for exploring Genoa.

Absolutely beautiful place in a quieter part of the city, not a long walk to the city center or old town, you get to be close but secluded for a good nights rest. Claudio is amazing as well, a very thoughtful and friendly host with a lot of tips, and who doesn't love free espresso!

The location was great with lots of restaurants around, a grocery store across the street, and bus stop around the corner.

The building was undergoing maintenance so the windows could not really be opened and they were covered which made it really dark inside. But it did not cause any noise so it was too bad.

The appointment is good, everything is very clean. It has a small kitchen with all the equipment that you will need. Outside, there is a free parking next to your door which seems like very safe. The location not very bad cause there is a train station nearby. And many of bus lines passed by the appointment.

However, there are few things that I don’t feel real comfortable! 1. The water heater! It is the electric water heater. It is prefect for only one person taking shower, two people, just OK. Then above 3 people, you have to wait the water heat again which will take at least 2 hours! If you are a family, and you don’t want to wait the water heat. Then just do it like in the army! 2. On the second day, we went out in the morning, and then we came back at late afternoon cause we have a baby who need to take a break. When we got into the door of the building, we found ours door was opening!!!! Cause the host opened our door without telling us! When he met us, he said just few mins cause he was moving something into our apartment. Our luggage was opening when he came in cause we don’t know the host will enter our apartment. Yes, I understand maybe you just moved in something in few mins, but you HAVE TO tell me! Cause I have paid the fee for having the apartment in that two days! This is the respect! Also, maybe you don’t want to do B&B any more, maybe you want to change it to an office or meeting room. Whatever! Maybe you don’t even care about my comments! But I have to say this, respect anyone who is renting your apartment! You are the host, but when people pay your money for renting your apartment. The people become the host, NOT YOU!
