Clean and comfortable room in an amazing spot.

A lovely large room with an amazing view of the valley. Sunrise was one of the best I have ever seen. Facilities in the room were really good - a fridge, air con, slippers and other toiletries along with lots of information about trips etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Restaurant clean and lots of choice on the menu for evening meals. Location good - a bus stop is over the road and it took about 20 minutes to get to Munnar town. Only 46 rupees for two people. We then got a tuk tuk to Lockhart Tea plantation which is really interesting.

A very quiet restaurant. A bit too quiet. Some music would be nice.

Very good

The hotel is really worth the view! The room was lovely, big, clean and loved the overall design and furniture, simple but characteristic. The bed was comfortable, super big and in typical wood. The view was spectacular. Bathroom was ok, nothing fancy and you need to adapt a bit but we didn't care much. Overall a good option for the price. Breakfast was ok, I wouldn't say great or with the best fresh food, but that is personal.

The cab driver Mahesh bro helped lot during our stay and from day one he showed all the places upto Fort Kochi. Service boys also Good.From Room booking Manager Manoj planned our trip nicely. other than that I am not finding any good things in this property.

The property is good but it is located at chitrapuram not munnar . You have to go 12km from there. So in summer climate also Hot 🥵 not like Munnar. If you want enjoy the weather book rooms at Munnar city only.breakfast not up to the mark. Apart from view nothing in this property small kids play area that's all.

The Best Resort In Munnar

One of the best resorts in munnar. This resort is in the centre of the city, property is well managed. Big Thanks to Property Owner Manoj Sir. Without Manoj Sir guidance it was difficult for us to plan trip. I strongly recommend people who are coming from Bangalore book here!! Once again thank you Manoj Sir.

Most wonderful stay close to Munnar

Wonderful room with comfortable balcony to enjoy the looks of the mountains on Decent bed, nice bathroom and large window. Helping staff, good restaurant on the bottom floor and nice breakfast options. Provided a catalog of activities that could easily be booked at the own counter

A few times the food was not as good as expected, but most times it was very tasty. Minor issue could be the clearly audible drums and singing every evening that happens quite close to the venue

The staff are truly wonderful, so warm and helpful. The tours they arrange are fantastic and the guides very knowledgeable. The restaurant serves delicious food and the included breakfast is really good and varied. The perfect base for Munnar exploring!

Nice relaxed place with helpful staff. Balcony a huge asset.

This was overall a very good stay in a large room with a balcony facing the pretty valley just as promised in the description of the hotel. The location was for us perfect as the busy and noisy town was an easy and fun bus ride away with the bus stop just next door . In addition, walking distance to the evening cultural performance as well as to a sunset viewing point.

We stayed two nights and had two breakfasts. First morning it was almost bedlam with way too many people trying to eat on the same time. The breakfast started at 8 but many treks started at 8.30 so a much earlier opening of the breakfast room would be highly desirable. We were allowed to come at 7.45 but nothing was ready then so it didn't help really. Second morning only a handful of people having breakfast so much nicer and calmer.

Simply Amazing!

Stunning view from room. Amazing host Manoj, always on hand and going above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was pretty much perfect, but if I were to be picky, I'd say a kettle in the room and some channels on the tv would improve the room.

The balcony view is amazing! We also checked the restaurant menu from neighbouring hotels and green valley Vista provides more food options. the staff was very accommodating and helped us book day tours. The traditional kathakali place is just beside the hotel so we didn't need to worry to get a taxi or anything.

View from the balcony is amazing, nice outdoor seating. Restaurant on site, as there are not too many dining options around. Very helpful staff.

It is close to noisy road. Was a bit dirty but was fixed on request.

Beautiful views and comfortable rooms + a great guiding company!

We booked this place because it is connected to Munnar Info tour company and we wanted booking day trips to be as easy as possible, and this was absolutely the right decision! If you are overwhelmed by all the options in Munnar and don’t know how to decide where to stay in relation to day trips and other activities, just stay here and let the front desk employee take care of the rest! We could book day trips the evening before and they all left from our front door (and the guides/trips were all fantastic!)! The hotel itself is great! Beautiful balconies overlooking the valley, floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable beds… all as or better than expected! The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced; since it is difficult to walk around due to the narrow roads and fast cars, we ended up eating dinner here every night and everything was great! The included breakfast was also delicious and offered a good number of buffet options! The hotel is right around the corner from an auto stand so it‘s always easy to grab a ride somewhere if you need one, and there are also a couple snack shops there as well. A great sunset viewpoint is only a couple-minute auto ride up the hill.

- The front desk wasn’t always staffed, so there were a few times we had to come back a bit later to get assistance, but we were also there right before Christmas so they may not have anticipated how booked they would be and it may not usually be like this. It wasn’t a huge deal to us but a slight inconvenience. - It would be nice if the breakfast buffet was available for longer. It was only open from 8–9:30 am while we were there, which didn’t work great for some of the earlier day trips or if you want to relax and sleep in.

Short and sweet experience

it’s location and view from my room. Also, staff and cook helped us to cook for a baby. They also allowed us to cook as per my child wishes.

Room service could be improved further. They might have shortage of staff however, they supported in all kind.

Worth the mountain view!

Beautiful view to the mountainside from our room. The staff was very friendly and tried to help with any inconvenience. Quiet nights! Breakfast was good and also dinner was really tasty. It is a little outside of Munnar Town, which we really liked. We can really recommend the hiking tour from their organisation.

Not the cleanest place that we have been to, but still quite comfortable.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean and spacious, the view from the big windows and the balcony into the valley was great. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and organised great trek around the area.

The location and the view

Not Good Services..No Hotwater for shower and when we ask hotwater for drinking you have to pay for it and even the kettle supposedly available inside the room even for this you have to pay for it like a rent. and the Manager is not accomodating and helpful. During breakfast when we asked how much the price of the food he said 120 rupees only but when the time i have to pay he asked almost 700 rupees..he asked more triple from actual amount he told me before ordering and when i question him about the increased he argued too much and he became rude in his response. He is not honest in dealing customer about giving prices and the room services.
