Great option in Kolkata's center

We reserved a room but they upgraded us to a private apartment. It was very clean, in a central location, the staff was really helpful and smiling. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast served in the apartment, basic but good enough (toasts, omelette, fruit) 😊 Near metro station park street and near plenty restaurants and shops. You can go walking to mother Theresa's place. I can only recommend this place if you visit Kolkata 😊

location is perfect , host is very pro active. Very helpful. Well equipped property.

Breakfast was good and well cooked. lunch dinner options are also great.

some minor issues with bathroom drain. water stagnates a bit. not a major issue

Amazing homestay with a lovely host family that will take great care and help you with good recommendation for what to do and where to eat! Its located perfectly to reach a lot of great places and offers many services such as A/C, laundry, multi-language TV, fast WIFI and always a nice chat, if you want to! Whenever I am in Kolkata again, this will be my first choice!

Excellent hosts who took me to Dakshineswar - making the entire trip divine!

Breakfast was simple but good and would be appropriate for all people. Room and facilities were excellent. Great shower, good AC and fan. Good TV. Everything you need. WiFi good for me to work online for a few hours. Hosts were exceptional and very interactive and generous. They even took me to Dakshineswar the next morning and I had one of the most memorable experiences of my life in the Kali temple - that is unforgettable and beyond any reviews.

The host family is lovely, they made us feel so welcome. Rajesh had plenty of recommendations, from site seeing to food which really made our trip special. Housekeepers are also very kind, attentive and polite. Overall a perfect stay

Gem of a place

Family friendly that also suits the solo / couple traveller. The deluxe room in the house (I think there are 3 along with 2 studio apartments opposite the main flat) shares space with the owners' living quarters. So I got a double delight. 1. Comforts of a home with Rajeshji giving helpful tips and an ever smiling Madhuri giving prompt service (instead of the impersonal hotel service). 2. Privacy. Walking distance proximity to the central Kolkata attractions: Park Street restaurants that serves from 7 am (Flury's) to 11 pm (BBQ, Mocambo, Peter Cat ...), & New Market- Esplanade, Camac Street shoppers paradise, etc. Easily locatable by Taxi and app based transportation like Uber etc. All in all, a great place to be -- for a short or long stay.

Toilet cleaning wasn't up to the mark. Else I would have given 10/10.

almost too good to be true, but true!

excellent location in an atmospheric neighborhood of old Calcutta just 5 mins walk from the glitz and glamor of Park Street. Dozens of amazing food options - including the brilliant Arsalan and Kareem’s just a minutes walk on the same street. very safe. owner and staff are warm and hospitable, very accessible but don’t get in your way. clean and well maintained. excellent communication and documentation.

Superb place to stay in a superb location in heart of Kolkata

Firstly the location of the place is too good. The deluxe room is well furnished and superbly clean. Secondly, the host Rajesh and the staff were very polite, it didn't make me feel like a stranger. Definitely, will keep it as the place to stay in next visit to Kolkata.

The location is exceptional since it's in the heart of Kolkata. The hosts are very good. Exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. Would recommend anyone visiting Kolkata to stay here. The nearby places are a treat.
