I slept well because they almost have all the facilities and resources that we like and need most.

They phoned me to make changes on my online booking and i was happy for that. Their rooms are very neat and they were friendly. I got free parking. It is easy to communicate with them by chatting on whatsap.

The amount of money that we pay for room security it's to big because sometimes we've got only the money to pay for the booking, so it means you won't be able to sleep there if you don't have 500 for room security.

Cleanliness of the room and kitchen

The house was cold throughout the night, aircon not working, even the staff lady tried but it continued not to work. The worst part is that the staff lady told me that this was a known problem, buy the office lady still put me in that room, charging R500 breakage fee for such a room. The bedside lamp and bathroom light were not working. I went out to find food and came back to a totally dark complex because of no backup for loadshedding and there was no security, so I had to park and walk in the dark, up the stairs, it was so traumatic. The water is just warm, nothing more than that for a shower in winter, this was terrible 😫

Amazing coupe vacay

It was clean ,bed was the most comfortable I have slept on and the view is amazing.

During loadshedding there should be a generator. Water does not get hot enough.

Nothing they are scammers full stop.

They did not answer the phone when I called to confirm the booking, called three times, they then proceeded to deduct money from my account for the stay I didn't have.....ok understandable right maybe....after corresponding with the lady who answers their fone and sent screenshot messages as proof they refused to refund me or reschedule my stay since it was already paid for. I don't understand in what world do you treat customers this way speak to them in such a manner. I've used so many places this is the 1st time ever being treated like a common criminal simply because I wanted value for my money

Will not return

Location very dodgy. During the day, there was no complete security. While we were out for a walk, we felt like we needed to go back and check on our vehicle

The sorroundings, to many homeless people around the gate and shops. No back up for load shedding. People from the nearby shop made a lot of noise, early in the morning. The generator gor the shop woke us up early and we decided to just leave. The deposit notices on the walls made the stay uncomfortable after we had been informed of the same at check in

Excellent place, poor management and staff

Swimming pool was clean, room was tidy and modern. Bed was comfy.

Traveled through the night and arrived at 02:00, just to be woken up by the sound of a generator at 07:00 in the morning. Manager had a real don't care attitude.

Replace your unhelpful staff, and pay people back what you owe them.

There was no breakfast. The staff were very rude when we checked in, they made us wait for 45 minutes to give us the keys to our room even though this was after 7 at night. The bedding was dirty. I had to pay a breakage deposit of R550 which they said I would get in the morning before I leave, upon checking out I was informed that they would credit my account as I had paid by card, which was a LIE as it has been 5 days and I haven't received my refund!!! I have tried calling but no-one answers or returns my messages. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET MY REFUND PSE!!!

First a good communication with a lady.i spoke on whatsapp what ever I was asking on her she make sure I got an perfect answers and she was able to talk to me all the time...A friendly staf that we met when we arrived on place, we arrived there everything was on top class ,clean.and we got it all what we need many thanks for all that

Very pleasant

Location is perfect. Staff members are friendly and always willing to help. The place is beautiful. It was my 3rd time visiting the place and still will in the future.
