Lovely spa and amazing Turkish bath and massage facilities. Decent size rooms.

Pictures were deceiving. Waterpark was a bus ride away from hotel and was packed at all times! Photos mainly show the waterpark as opposed to the hotel. All inclusive food was bad. Buffet style only and mainly western food. Same meals throughout the day. Limited drink options even though all inclusive - bartenders had never heard of an old fashion... Not worth the stay for the price. Might as well have gone to an all inclusive in Spain.

Pleasant but at a high cost

The drinks available are very good. The menu options are good. I like the fact that if you missed a meal time you can catch up on another without waiting for too long. Staff are friendly and course and the environment is very cleaned.

I feel that it is overpriced. Would like to come back again but too expensive. I Will also like to recommend to friends and family but feel that it costs too much to stay at your hotel.

Fun safe place for a family holiday.

We had a fun, stress free time. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Place was super clean and staff were extremely friendly.

We came as a group of 11 and our 4 rooms were on different floors and was too far apart. The pillows for kids were too big. Finally there was no in between swimming for young adults at the beach area, at the beach there was one swimming pool that was too deep and one swimming pool that was too shallow, not for kids aged 8-14.

Good but could have been better

The Resort was pretty much what i expected though i was struggling to get my room cleaned on a daily basis.

At the point of Check-out, the receptionist frightened me by wanting to charge me another $1,700 for my stay which, by the way, i had already settled via Booking.com payment portal. Whether it was a ploy to get more out of me or an honest mistake is subjective. Also, after making my reservation, i wanted to re-confirm my booking - This was an impossible task as all my emails went unanswered.

It was good but the spa experience ruined it for us

The hotel was amazing and the all inclusive was absolutely amazing.The food was great, amazing cocktails, pool facilities and beach was great and was lovely how their was lot packed activities that adults as well as kids can do.Amazing staff except one.

The male massage therapist tried to touch me and my friend inappropriately and tried to make it seem that it was part of the massage.Will fully recommend young females to not receive a massage from the male massage therapist there!!
