Amazing experience

Literally everything was perfect: the variety of food and taste was absolutely amazing, drinks variety and quality also. Everywhere in the hotel is clean, stuff cares about the hotel. The idea of 16+ pool is amazing, it’s surprisingly quiet there, whereas the animation happens in the main pool. These zones are very clever separated so the guest always has a choice to do what he wants. Tennis courts and football ground are good. Beach is very clean in comfortable. Stuff is an example of professionalism, always friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel and would really like to return

Rooms are a little bit old and noisy. I hope they will achieve a better noise cancelling in rooms.

An amazing family destination

The food was absolutely amazing - there was something for everyone and it tasted like homemade. There was a variety to choose from and everything was halal! The pools were also very nice - lovely that they were heated. And the staff were mostly friendly.

The view from our room was a construction sight, so could've been better. But I guess that's because we were at the back of the hotel.

They have nice food at the main restaurant & snack bars. Breakfast is very good and there is wide variety to choose from. A le Carte restaurants especially Thai one is very nice Best part was night DJ & music at the pool bar

Exceptional place with great food and entertainment

Amazing resort especially for families very big and not crowded friendly staff all of them without exceptions,waiters bartenders animation team ,life guards receptionist,... Variety in food and all tasty. Entertainment available for kids and adults in kids club and the amphitheater, shows, karaoke, hairdresser ,disco, ..... Spa team is excellent Turkish bath and massage . The duplex room is excellent first floor fitted 3 beds with balcony and bathroom Second floor large double.bed spacious and closet and bathroom but no door to separate the rooms .

Few things to improve Floor next to the pools are always wet and slippery Flies in the main restaurant Swimming pools should be available also during the night not to be closed at 8

friendly staff gluten free options all supportive chef’s were excellent and supportive variety of food options

I requested early check in they didn’t provide , I don’t blame them as it’s subjective to availability but they have accommodated us and offered refreshments as our flight reach early. I have requested late check out up to 4pm but they didn’t entertain, they allowed check out at 2pm other than that everything was great

I think the staff were excellent food ok. overall not bad but rooms very limited and quite small.

unfortunately I thought shopping within the hotel would be a good option. I believe that as a person who runs a business believes in honesty a must. however the item I paid 350 euro was only worth 59 euro. very sad felt robbed. contact hotel about matted were not interested. won’t be back to that hotel. And recommend tread carefully in Turkey.

Great Hotel, keep up the excellent work!

Staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming Food and drink choice was excellent Turkish a la Carte lovely and well worth the visit Entertainment was excellent, even outside of peak season, the team were very enthusiastic in getting people involved with activities.

My only bit of feedback relates to the final night at the hotel, where there was a Turkish night in the main restaurant, where it was extremely busy. It was difficult to find a place to sit indoors in the restaurant, so we ended up sitting outdoors after it had been raining, which wasn't ideal. Waiters did come outside to provide cutlery and lay the table with slip proof mats, but maybe it would have been better to have the party in another room, to enable capacity for those looking to have their evening meal in peace and not struggle with seating due to the party underway.

custom service and problem solving are exceptional. the hotel requires renovation and this is perfectly balanced by attitude to customers.

it seems that the hotel refuses to use Apple Pay due to safety reasons. I found that uncomfortable.

summer vacation

everything was amazing the food, entertainment, pool, staff and Parna, the guest relation was an amazing young lady. Since we had a disabled person with us they did everything they could for him to have a very comfortable stay.

bathrooms needs refurbishment but they’ll be having one this winter. looking forward to go back and check the new Liberty Lara

Excellent small all inclusive with great service.

We went during the peak season when the hotel was fully booked. I checked previous reviews of the hotel, that mentioned that the food selection was great and there were no lines for food during the buffet meals, which often happens at other all-inclusives. At Liberty Lara we always had various options of tables where to sit at lunch and dinner, despite so many guests there was privacy and good service. Food options were always excellent and we enjoyed fresh fish every day. The hotel is not huge, which is nice. Next to it there are bigger hotels with huge water slides and perhaps it attracts families, but we spoke to some families that were staying there and they mentioned to us that the service was not so good, too many people, huge lines for meals at every buffet, etc. Not the case at Liberty. Even at the beach we always found available chairs at almost any time of the day. We were a family travelling with a young child and older person. Everyone's needs and entertainment were met beyond our expectations.

Rooms could be a bit bigger, but they are clean and comfortable. Good night sleep and view of the sea from almost all balconies.

Lovely hotel, we will visit it again next year. It would be our third stay there.

Lovely attitude towards kids. We have requested more organized group activities for teenagers, and the next morning there were a fact already - a new football playground was made within several hours and some entertainment games were organized.

I don't have any complaints.
