Три минуты пешком до пляжа, на котором много шезлонгов и удобный вход в море (пусть и с камнями). Практически 24/7 работают рестораны. Бассейн большой и чистый.

Отвратительное качества интернета: скорость низкая, регулярные обрывы связи. Отель достаточно длинный, но между этажами всего две шахты лифта / лестницы; по итогу проходишь треть отеля, чтобы подняться на свой этаж, и потом идёшь эту же треть в обратном направлении.

This place offers top-notch entertainment, with a wide variety of games and activities throughout the day and captivating shows in the evening. There's also dedicated entertainment for kids, ensuring everyone has a great time. The large pool, complete with fun slides, is perfect for all ages. The entertainment crew goes above and beyond to keep guests engaged, and every staff member is incredibly polite and attentive. Mustafa, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is delicious, with an extensive array of choices. The rooms are spotless, and the massages are equally relaxing. It's truly a fantastic place to stay.

The hotel locates in a 3 min of walk from the beach. I really enjoy my room, comfortable bed, and pillows. The hotel provides an all-inclusive service and the food is actually great: from grilled meat to some diet and vegan options. Huge tables with sweets and pastries. You’ll never be hungry. The staff is polite and friendly, they don't try to sell extra service too pushy and I appreciate this. WiFi works well enough for working even. The spa complex is also good for spending time there. Totally recommend this hotel

A place for those who like to drink, the contingent is appropriate. I had a worm in my bed, there's a photo. Food is not very good, they clean up disgusting, there are np places, they smoke, it stinks everywhere, a hole...

Swimming pool is awesome. Indoor pool and Turkish bath is included. Entretaiment and bar staff were very kind.

At the buffet restaurant, the distribution of tables, drinks and food can be improved.

the hotel is nice the location the beach access and the swimming pools , the food everything was perfect . the variety of good and the kindness of the staff amazing . good team for entertainment .small issue but i will visit it again

they don’t have a good housekeeping service . we stayed for 8 days they didn’t change the beds sheets all the 8 days. they don’t have first aid kit . if you need something urgent u need to visit the pharmacy facing the hotel . no airport pickup only taxi desk available. the front desk team need training to take the reception in a high level . small issue happened but they are tricksters . regardless all this i will visit again

Everything is Free 😳

İ didnot see like this hotel before, everything inside is free, you can order what you want without money ( unlimited food, drink, sweets ) at any time, if you forget the breakfast in the morning you can order pizza or burger from a free restorant at ant time .

Very polite and friendly helpfully staff, especially Venera on reception, and Giorgi in animation team, thanks them, as well as barmen and bellboys, very nice girl in Turkish coffee cafe. Excellent variety and tasty, delicious meals in All in, acceptable alcohol drinks. Good SPA, entertainment rooms for children, animation, and overall facilities, Private car parking. Own beach with sunbads and umbrelas, piers, and bar as well. Big room with air conditioner and all necessary. Very nice large swimming pool. Recommend, will stay there again. Thanks for compliment (Bottle of wine and fruits) in room at evening prior departure. Nothing to copmlain.

Meantime few minutes before departure my day was spoiled by Security woman on Entrance, she was very ill-mannered, uncultured. She wanted to ask me something when I went in hotel to return keycard. and called / cryed me in back plenty times ALO ALLO ALLO, not Sir or Excuse me, please. Such staff should not work in 5 stars. So I was very offended and angry and nervious and had thouthands kilometers of driving home ahead.

Various entertainment facilities, good food given 4 times a day, amphitheater shows for the guests. Big pool and lots of activities around the pool.

We got a suite and my parents' room was a bit too big for the AC to adequately cool the room. The deepest part of the pool is only 1.4m deep which I thought was lacking as an avid swimmer.
