Very spacious, clean and has everything needed

The Villa is a great place, really huge, it can accomodate at least 6-8 people, so for a family of four, it was very spacious.
The location is very good, the supermarket is close (around 400 m) also the beach and the promenade on the oceanside. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, clean and nice showers, good amount of hot water. Towels are fine, the pool is great, it was heated for 29 C (for additional charge that could only by paid in cash), beach beds are comfy, we could even use the outside grill for a dinner. Everything is recommended!
The toilet paper supply was a little short for 4 people for a week, also some kitchen stuff was missing like paper towels.

The property was clean and well maintained, all facilities were great ie games room pool/jacuzzi clean bedding and towels. Great location and perfect for our family holiday. Would highly recommend this villa …. we had a great holiday :)
This is a difficult question as everything was fine…but the only thing I could suggest is more tea towels, and more bath mats.

Very nice villa, quiet area, good 20/30 minute walk to center but not a problem for us we power walk everyday, There a a few shops and restaurants just up the road for people who don't fancy the trip into playa blanca and are lovely..Onwers are very nice people I would book again.
Everything was to our needs, couldn't fault it 🙂

David and Alba great communicators and very helpful. 3 of the Villa bedrooms great. Pool fabulous especially once we got it heated and cleaned. Shops and restaurants walking distance. Beautiful walk from Villa to Playa Blanca all along the coast line on a brilliant footpath.
The 4th bedroom is only really suitable for a child, there is no space for clothes to be put away and a single framed bed which is too small for an adult

Beautiful location, good supermarket a short walk and a bus running ever 30 minutes to Playa Blanca and other destination. Water park was a short walk from the bus stop.
Maybe having some more flyers for places to visit.

Villa was well equipped and very clean. Heated pool was excellent and was sheltered, receiving sun all day. Any small issues were dealt with very quickly by David who was extremely helpful and pleasant. His English is also very good. Location is great. Shops and restaurants nearby and transport by bus/taxi easy and cheap. Would certainly go back.

To start there is no air conditionings in any of the bedrooms which made it very hard to sleep.
There was mould on the corner on the walls beside the tv, when asked to clean the pool he came for two minutes and it was still basically the same as it was prior to him doing this. We stayed for 11 nights spent over €2000. We had two friends that missed their flight home to Ireland the night before us leaving the villa so stayed with us and in result of this, the owners refused to give back our €200 deposit that we said we needed to get our car out of the airport car park when we returned home. We left the villa immaculate before we left spent the night before cleaning the villa from top to bottom. When we made the owner aware of this he said he did not care and it wasn’t his problem. He was very nice at the start but when it came to give back the deposit he spent 25 minutes checking the property to try investigate a problem to refuse giving back our deposit. When he couldn’t find anything wrong he then mentioned that because we let our friends stay in the spare room we had that we weren’t getting our deposit back. It was an unnecessary inconvenience which could have been avoided as like we said we spent over €2000 on the property which had a spare room. Also the dart board had no darts and there was no egg chair as shown in the advertisement on booking for the villa. I would advise anyone who looks into this to avoid at all costs as these people are clearly stuck for money and do not care about their customers.

Very spacious, super clean, fully equipped kitchen and with beautiful views of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura in the front which you can enjoy every day while having breakfast as well as the Montaña Roja volcano in a lateral (a plus for both UFO or trekking enthusiasts). Great BBQ facilities and a brilliant pool (not 100% sure its heated but the water was warm even in the evening which was great!)
During the night it was a bit chilly, but the host promptly provided a lot of blankets :). Thank you.

Great reception from the owners and very informative with local information. The villa was spotless and the beds all extremely comfortable and a tranquil setting. The outside side area and pool with sea view was gorgeous. Shops a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and a short 5 minute taxi ride to the main promenade. In short it ticked all of our families boxes and thankyou to Alba and David we look forward to returning.
No complaints at all it would be lovely on return to see a small table and chairs on the foof terrace but not a negative just a suggestion

The location, 10 min drive from Playa Blanca.
The views, Motana Roja behind the property. The sea views and Fuerteventura to the front.
Lovely quiet location at the end of a cul de sac.
Good restaurants a 10 or 20 min walk away.
Clean, good sized pool.
Great place for a chilled family holiday.
Highly recommended.
WIFI could be made available throughout the property.
Better pillows on the beds would be great.
