great studio in a good location with really helpful English speaking staff

great views, good spacious studio, good quiet location at night but within walking distance from most central attractions. The staff were great both Roberto and Marina. Marina brought me herbal mate as I was suffering a little with the altitude and Roberto organised taxis and was genuinely helpful. Great place great price

The studio was honestly perfect. I could have stayed here for a month

Warm welcome. Somebody helped me with my bags and ahowed me to my room/studio.

The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection. Sometimes it was good and I could do videocalls other times there was no internet. This was several nights.

a very pleasant stay in downtown La Paz and excellent value for money.

a great location, lovely hosts, good size apartment, the kitchen was very well equipped, secure place to stay, a really lovely experience.

Well stocked apartment near Murillo Plaza

Great view of the city and easily accessible to the cable cars and Murillo Plaza. But it wasn't loud at night. The apartment had a fridge and microwave which was nice to be able to grocery shop near by and make our own meals. It did not have a stove top though. Host was very communicative. Thanks Roberto!

It was a bit difficult to find without any signage, but the host was very communicative and directed us to the parking garage where we could find the keys. Hot water in the shower was a bit hard to figure out but just thankful to have hot water. Keep in mind when you stay alone in an apartment, there won't be tour guides or groups or a concierge desk to ask questions like a hotel would. But we didn't mind that.

Complete, well-located, clean, comfortable, very cheap but functional place . . . with a curfew.

Great value, great location, simple and complete place. Roberto is a great host and very helpful. I would stay there again and I would recommend this place to others.

First, it should be very clear: There is a curfew. After 8pm (10pm) on weekends, the roller-doors come down and that is that. In fairness, there's not much is going on after this time, but still . . I had chosen the place based on "24 hour front desk" and another review saying that she arrived after midnight and all was well. However, that is not the case at all. Well, we had a problem where I came from the airport and the place was completely locked up. Had to get another place for a day. Turns out that Roberto had given me his work (rather than personal) whatsapp number, so communication was impossible. Even if we had been able to communicate, though, I don't see how I could have got in to the building. Other than these timing problems, everything was fine. If you are not going to arrive late, and you are OK with access being locked at 8:00pm, then this place really is a great deal.

Location. Managers helpful, but see negative comments

We were returning to same apartments from a month previously, but we're given a different (and more expensive) room. This one (E) may have had a cooker rather than just a microwave (301), but was much worse value... No outside Windows so no view, in fact other occupants could see in from corridor, so didn't feel private. Also NO HEATER, so cold. And very variable WiFi, and even less reliable water, only occasionally hot. Very disappointing after our first stay.

Exceptional

Roberto met us on arrival and gave us a walking tour of the local area, which was such a great introductiion for first timers to La Paz. Thank you. It was much appreciated. Enjoyed having an apartment, which was well located.

Little sound insulation, but the parents of the children next door seemed very mindful and considerate. Mattress a bit uncomfortable, but fine sleeping the other way round!

It was a good place to spend a week to recharge as I traveled.

Comfortable and compact apartment with most things needed. Location was a short walk into town. Staff were friendly and very helpful- thanks Luis.

Building is somewhat under construction/ renovation and building works could be quite loud at times. A few more utensils etc would be handy in the kitchen (no way to even light stove provided).
