Lovely location. Clean and nice room with lovely modern and hot shower.
We had to queue for 10 minutes to get into the breakfast room and then Breakfast took 45 minutes to come. Wifi was really bad.

Location is good and rooms are large.
Staff were not very helpful and terrible at communication between each other. They held my laundry at reception for a full 24 hours without sending it off to the laundry to be washed as agreed so I had to take it all with me still dirty to be washed at my next hotel which had more competent staff. Only one roll of toilet paper no matter how long you stay and they expect you to pay for more after that. Super cold in the room too, not sure how it would be staying there in the middle of winter.

Good location
No toilet roll in the hotel. Available to buy at reception but never available. Room was not available at check in and we had to check in 2 hours late. The staff are not helpful and unapologetic about late check in. We had 5 nights booked and the room was not cleaned or bins emptied during the stay.

Nothing - a traumatic experience where they took a payment from my card illegally for more money than the cost of the downgraded room.
The upgrade room suggestion that Booking.com specifcally sent me to encourage me to make the deicsion to book that hotel, as a frequent customer of booking.com, did not exist at the hotel. The larger room with a city view and wifi etc as advertised did not exist. So as no wifi they then put me in a small horrible little room with no working shower at the side of the buidling one floor further down, effectively their worst room. It also had not been cleaned at all since the previous guest. They refused to do anything else. They promised breakfast in packed format due to an early morning hike tour the following day but then did not provide anything and left me with no food as I didn't go to a supermarket as they said they would provide as I had paid for that as well. I was never provided with breakfast at any time by the hotel, I had no shower for the stay, and they charged me for the larger room which never existed with wifi as promnised in the booking.com upgrade specific approach to me. I was threatened by the staff who forcilbly took my payment in local money when the system sllowedi n GBP which I asked for. They took payment for an aount for the superior room that was not provided and for breakfast that was not provided. They then colluded with a local non taxi to rip me off with an excessive charge to go to the airport. A genuinely traumatising experience from a hotel run by criminals.

The room has a very good size with nice views to the city. The paintings at the walls make you feel comfortable. The bed is comfortable as well.
The breakfast is simple.
When we ask to extend our stay one night before check out, they told us it would be no problem. In the morning we had to leave as they were fully booked. I don't know what happened, we organized another hotel and suddenly we could have been staying in another room.

Big room, we could do an early check-in if there were rooms available, they even called the other hotel they are working with, but the rooms were not yet free, though we were greatful for the effort. Nice breakfast.
We stayed for 4 nights and only received 1 towel. Even after asking multiple times, we could not get an extra towel. We've read this comment in other reviews as well and we really do not understand why they don't do anything with these reviews. Also, for 4 nights we only received 1 roll of toilet paper. Breakfast only starts at 7h30, as all tours started at 7h30 we only enjoyed it once. It was not possible to have breakfast earlier and when we were able to have it, it took them a lot of time to refill the food so we had to wait a long time to have bread, ham,...

The location was perfect, rich breakfast with view over the town, unexpensive cozy restaurant/cafè in the hotel at ground floor.
the Reception Staff couldn't communicate very well. Almost no english at all, no maps for the hotel guests, unable to give reccomandations or suggestions on where to eat, where to catch a bus for major destinations, cluless about bus time shedule, and not willing to spend a minute to check for you. We did the laundy through the hotel, they changed twice the weight and prices of the laundry. Very Little clear in giving information.

They helped us to get an affordable tour to Tiawanacu (but you can only pay in cash). The staff is kind!
The breakfast was served 10 minutes late and believe me...You get what you pay!

We stayed three nights in one room and then booked a further two nights as we wanted to stay in La Paz longer. Our second room was much nicer with a view over La Paz. The first room had a window into the corridor and in the Rixxa part of the hotel. There is hot water in the showers. The receptionists are friendly. The location is very good.
There are too many guests for the self service breakfast so you have to wait for a table then wait for bread, mugs, knives... Our last few days we did not bother. It is like two hotels combined so there are duplicate room numbers (we first tried the wrong door, and someone was trying to get into our room in the middle of one night).

Showers were hot and pressure was good. Having access to an elevator was handy taking our luggage up. Our room was a good size. WIFI worked well enough.
We had to wait until 10pm the night of check-in for our towels despite arriving at 5pm after a long, hot, bus trip. We were initially told we'd have our towels within the hour. We never would have got our towels had we not been so persistent with the unapologetic staff. The bed sheets were ill-fitted, and the blankets were insufficient leading to a cold, uncomfortable, sleep. The hallways were noisy and we could hear everything happening on the street. Breakfast was appalling. I'm not sure if the food was good because there was never any there. Plus, crockery was never stocked properly so even when there was food I'd end up using my hands to eat. We used our own camping cups to get hot water so we could have a tea. Each time the staff brought out food to the buffet, people would swarm around it and it would be gone in two seconds, not to be replaced again for another half an hour, and leaving the less forceful guests hungry. For the four nights we there we only managed to get four pieces of bread, only once with jam, and on the last day we didn't have any breakfast at all as they didn't start serving it until after we checked out.

The staff spoke perfect English and that's very important after travelling through Bolivia for a while. And what is more important, there was hot water in the shower!
There was no internet at times.
