Easter at Fischreier

The accessibility of the guesthouse, being able to come and go freely without inconveniencing anyone, also knowing you and your vehicle is safe.

The breakfast can perhaps be extended to 10am and also include a greater variety e.g. mushrooms with the eggs.

Stay was great

Breakfast was ok , location is a bit out of town but not a hassle. Tv channels etc to work on. After a day of sightseeing we did like to come back to a bit of TV. Hilda tried to accommodate but was unable, Hilda is a great host and all the staff that we did interact with.

Super great guest house! An amazingly beautiful place with such a positive and warm vibe. Thanks to the staff and especially the manager Hilya! Delicious breakfast, clean rooms and everything is organized with courtesy. Super professional! I can only recommend it and I was definitely not there for the last time!

Friendly staff. They ensured our rooms were spotless all the time. Breakfast was on point and we totally enjoyed our stay. Definitely we will come back 😊

Excellent guesthouse with good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

The guesthouse is located in a quiet street in Swakopmund and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped me a lot when my car broke down. The breakfast was excellent and the staff also made me a takeaway breakfast on the morning of my departure when I had to leave early to go to the airport. There is plenty of secure parking on the property.

Very enjoyable. we felt cared for without intrusion. Hygienic and safe.

Rooms were cleaned and serviced perfectly every day. Bathroom excellently kept. Nice neighbourhood. Mall Am Mer is near for shopping on foot. Breakfast was exactly as required. Helia, the manageress was very accommodating and helpful with advice and friendly. Security was excellent. When we accidentally tripped the beams, the security car was there in 100 seconds. Near the sea but far enough to keep the car windows clean in the mornings.

The tiled floors were clean but cold. Carpets or rugs would have been nicer. The innerspring mattress was new but too firm, Rubber foam mattress or mattress enhancers would improve them. We chose the property ourselves but found the 5km out of town a long extra ride every day on the 60km + 5 km commute to the mine. Better for a vacation than for commuting.

Its the best place to stay in Swakopmund.

We like everything, the staff is very kind and make us feel really welcome. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the shopping Center and restaurant.

We like everything. Nothing was wrong. The TV could have more channels available.

Amazing service

The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately we could not recall the name of the Manager but she was outstanding! Every single need was met with professionalism and cheer. She is a treasure. The accommodation was clean and well maintained and breakfast was always delicious. The fact that it is situated close to amenities and the beach is lovely as well.

Breakfast service and Helvi's support was great.

This BnB was not ready for guests. Many features did not work. Their security system also malfunctions which led to disruptions. Good location and good breakfast service but quite ordinary otherwise.

Sad to leave

We booked at 17h00 the day of our stay and the owner was ready and waiting for us just a few minutes later. Super friendly staff, I needed a hair dryer and they immediately got me one. Beautiful, clean room. Loved the little coffee station. Very good breakfast. Amazing location! We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back!
