Great modern accommodations located centrally yet quiet and within a beautiful public park.

The facility is located at the end of a public park....so it is quiet, yet a close walk to all restaurants and other places in Ragusa Ibla. The room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious and updated with convent elevators and good air conditioning. Their restaurant is very good with a nice adjacent dining court; breakfast was quite good with a nice variety to choose from.

Parking is not available on site, but paid parking is within a 10 minute walking distance of the hotel.

Beautiful building, friendly staff, not very comfortable

The convent is beautiful, the staff was friendly.

The room didn’t have a mirror to get ready, the air conditioner worked a bit but not well and the shower was on the verge of overflowing when I showered. Also there was no parking offered, we had to park next to a main road on a slope.

An excellent choice for a visit to beautiful Ragusa.

Simple, comfortable room with an excellent restaurant serving well presented dishes from the region. Lovely location in historic Ibla. Perfect for a short stay.

Car park is a little way from the hotel although it is possible to drop off and collect luggage.

Charming hotel in a top location of Ragusa

The old convent is an amazing building, it has all the special ambience that you need for a trip. It is located in the best part of the old town in a park. The staff are very kind. The breakfast is comprised of mostly local products, it is amazing. 100% recommended!

DIVINE! On my "Have to return to this place list", up there in the top places.

The only word that fits this place and the whole experience is "divine", and it is rather fitting considering what the location was in the past, and the little church adjoining the property! Oh my, what an amazing experience - i would recommend to anyone visiting Ragusa Ibla. Super well done on thinking about each and every detail! You left nothing to spare!

Well that we only got to stay 1 night! could have stayed forever! Okay, there was this one very little small thing that wasn't even really a thing... at night we could here a small water gurgling noise from somewhere around the room! but didn't keep me up at night. just happened to pick it up when i woke up in the quiet of the night.

A bit pricey for what you get!

I appreciated that the hotel let us check out a bit later on the day.

Ragusa Ibla during Summer has restricted car access and parking is a huge problem. We had to go round the town literally 3 or 4 times each time we moved the car to find another space, the hotel offers no parking facility. Breakfast has limited choices. Double room option is a very, very small room with no space round the bed. We found the room to be quite claustrophobic. Air conditioning was not cooling adequately.

Cool setting in the old convent and very picturesque in the middle of a public garden.

Breakfast was good but served outdoors in an area with an unacceptable amount of bees. Bees all over the food so that you couldn't serve yourself, bees all around the tables so that we were jumping up and down the whole time. Also the wifi didn't reach the room so was only available at reception which was very inconvenient.

Wonderful convent

Everything was above expectation from arriving there, to the very comfy room. The breakfast was really good as well. The sumptuous garden where the convent is situated is accessible by night to enter the hotel, and it's a pleasure to stroll there. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful during the whole stay.

Wonderful to stay in a beautiful place of history.

Beautiful architecture and gardens surrounding. The location is great to walk to the sights. Breakfast was so delicious. The staff was very friendly as well.

The rooms and gardens are lovely. Front desk management was friendly and very helpful! Good recommendations for dinners in town.

The restaurant was very uninviting. We reserved an 8 pm dinner which is early for Italy but only a little and we were made to feel unwelcome. We left.
