Lovely clean apartment, ideal city centre location

Free secure parking Excellent location Kitchen was very well equipped Bedroom storage was plentiful. Beach towels provided aswell as regular towels. Apartment was very clean and tidy.

Shower head too low on wall, unsuitable for anyone taller than 5’8” Lots of work being done in corridor outside the apartment, a little noisy but only during the day, main issue was the amount of dust coming in under front door, hallway was filthy always as a result.

Very good

Free parking much appreciated thanks to train strike. Nice layout of apartment, great location. The flat was spotless on arrival.

A great place to stay with just about everything you might need within a few minutes of the property

The agent's offices were located very nearby. The property was within 3 minutes walk of plenty of restaurants and family amusements, and the picturesque Quay waterfront of Poole.

Some of the cutlery and crockery had become a bit depleted. We just about got by with what was provided. Could probably do with being restocked a bit.

we were not informed that the scaffolding would be encased affording no view at all. We were also unable to open any of the windows to allow fresh air in. The atmosphere was stifling

Disappointing…

Location was good although because parking was in the next door car park loading and unloading luggage was challenging.

We were told that there was work being carried out and that there was scaffolding outside the building. What we were NOT told was that we would not be able to open any windows at all on the apartment . The heat was very, very uncomfortable . There was also work going on inside the building so workers and materials/mess everywhere. For £@70 per night I would expect much, much better ..

Very very enjoyable

The location was excellent very convenient for all amenities including the harbour, high street shops, the bus station and the car parking. The apartment had everything that was needed plus a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival.

I was very pleased with the apartment so I have no comments

Very good

Lovely, spacious clean, arrived to find a bottle of wine and selection of snacks...nice touch. Parking available, staff really helpful. Would stay again

Only gripe was no view out due to scaffolding but stayed on a weekend when no work going on

Poole apartment

The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes walk from the bustling quayside and right in the restaurant district. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

There was work going on at the whole apartment block, which restricted views from the windows and and made it impossible to open the windows for decent ventilation. We were warned about this at the time of booking and a reasonable discount given as recompense.

Relaxing stay in Poole

Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very quiet other than when the boy racers were up and down, with no sound heard from any neighbours. Great location for both Poole and attractions in local area.

Flat was very hot, but luckily we had our own fan - would recommend one is provided. Traffic noise loud at times with windows open as some seem to use the road outside to race with loud exhausts blaring. Mattress on bed not that substantial.

A lovely relaxing holiday with good restaurants and pubs close at hand. Great beach at Sandbanks.

Lovely apartment in a lovely block of flats in the centre of town. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very spacious accommodation which was fully equipped, including washing machine and dishwasher.

Nothing, everything was great.

Perfect stay in a great apartment, which is central to everything you need.

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Poole, central, near the quay and perfect for restaurants, bars and shopping. Hand over of keys was an easy process. The apartment was like a home from home and had every facility you will need. Great bed linen, plenty of towels, toiletries and a great welcome pack (teas, coffees, milk, nuts, crisps, biscuits etc.) There was even a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Parking was in the multi storey next door and included in the price - come and go as you please by key fob. I felt very safe in the building as entrance was to residents only.

The apartment was very warm even though the heating was off, which would be great in the winter. We were able to open the patio door and windows but it was quite noisy outside- but that was because we were in a central location, you can't have everything!

Very good location, easy to find. Good parking in multi-storey next door- but tight turns going up ramps! Well appointed apartment with welcome pack of tea/ coffee,snacks and a bottle of wine! Good kitchen faciliities.

There was a musty smell in the hallway cupboard in the apartment which we could not eliminate or locate the source. Reported as we left so hopefully it will be rectified. Not much of a view- could just about see Poole harbour. Good view of the apartment building's bins though!!
