Would recommend ! Clean and comfortable

Size was good for a modernised bungalow, bathroom and shower room clean

It’s cold out during this stay, the heating kept us comfortable but the place wouldn’t stay warm

The property was not what we were expecting from the booking.

The property was not the one shown in the pictures on the website. The pictures showed 2 bathrooms one of which was an en-suite with a walk-in shower. There was in fact only one bathroom with a shower over the bath. There was a leak in the kitchen on arrival and we had to wait for a plumber to come and fix it. It was not possible to get ordinary television channels on the TV, only catch-up. Having contacted the owners about the issues their response has been very slow and inadequate.

pictures falsely advertised the booking

good location, fairly cheap

falsely advertised, pictured on booking not the same as actual house. when owner messaged on WhatsApp (as advised) to check if the house had been Mia allocated, the message was read and ignored. only one bathroom not two, small kitchen and not enough seating space in living area for full number of guests. can have 7 guests - only 6 seats at the table, 4 seats in the living space and one bath/shower. there is one booking site for 3 separate houses, pictures seem to be from none of them

Cramped, messy and spartan.

The beds were comfortable and it was clean and bright

It slept 7 but didn’t cater for 7. 6 mugs, 6 dishes, nothing for children to use! The dining table seated 6 and there was 2 two seater sofas!! Only one hanging rail on the landing. No shelves or drawers so luggage was spread all over the floors! No hooks for out door clothing… not helpful in the rain. There was a washing machine, but no washing line or clothes airer. Not practical!!!

the property is beautiful, very modern with a nice decor. loads of space and very comfortable

when we got there, there was a problem with the electrics but the owners were quick to rectify this with it sorted the next day

Great spacious modern property with parking

Very clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen modern and well equipped. Very well decorated and spacious.

Lacking enough lounge seating for the size of property. Front door needs trimming or adjusting. WiFi patchy Curtains needed in triple bedroom to keep light and sound out. Mirror missing in bathroom Blind needed for conservatory area

Lovely house, plenty of room. Stayed for 2 nights, bed was comfy and heating good.

No tin opener in kitchen.

Lovely house felt relaxed and calm when I got there.

Location was excellent if you have a car you are close to durdle door Lulworth cove and Bournemouth. There are local shops so you don't have to panic about packing food to take with you. There was also a halal restaurant literally 2 minutes down the road if you like curries etc.

Highly recommended - A wonderful property in a wonderful location.

The room configuration is excellent - two double rooms and a triple room of single beds. Towels & linen provided. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked a few meals here and the dishwasher was great (dishwasher tablets provided too). Large living area - a great space! And a brilliant whirlpool bathtub. Great location for Upton Country Park, Poole, beaches and fab parking for the location. I'd highly recommend this property and would book again without hesitation.

Unfortunately the shower pressure was a little lacking but it did the job eventually. It took a while to log onto the wifi and access the TV but this was soon resolved by what's app messaging the owners - TV is accessed via apps & we had no issues with wifi once logged on.

Ok But the main bedroom was far to hot , blazing sun all day with curtains open , it was like an oven so we slept in tbe 3 single beds , there was no thought to try and cool the bedroom fan curtains shut but that’s the only thing I think could of improved

Property is good with all facilities except internet.

Internet was awful and they have some extended router which have to be placed exact location, which we came know before leaving night. and broken shoe rack and broken bathroom blind.

I have consulted my Grandson and his wife and almost 2years old daughter. I was unable to go.

The jacuzzi was top of the list with all 3 of them. And so much space for the almost 2 year old to run around.

Great modern property, good location, great price.

Modern design, ticked all the boxes of what we we looking for. Would recommend to family and friends.

We found the water pressure of the shower and bath to be slow.

Disappointing stay

Very spacious with nice interior design.

TV did not work / zero reception for the entire duration of my stay, despite a call to the owner & following instructions to rectify. Very disappointing as this had stay had been booked as a relaxing break. TV in bathroom also did not work.
