Very clean and spacious room. Great location: You can take the bus from Incheon and stop at Riviera Hotel. From there it's just crossing the street.
Only 1 wash machine for the whole Hotel is ridiculous. Obviously it was never available. Hotel should have at least 3 machines so that people can actually use during their time at the establishment.

The simple modern design. Clean and more space than I’d imagine. Nice view of river at the corner and sunset.
No bidet toilet I think.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. A hotel close to COEX
I am a very international business traveler and have stayed in hundreds of different hotels. In this hotel, I encountered a treatment that I have never seen in my life. Due to a health problem, I had a stain on my bed sheet at the hotel. So I collected my bed sheet and left it to be changed. The same day a letter came to my room. The letter said that I had to pay a fee for staining the sheets. The fee was as high as 100 000 won. I went to the reception and said that I have never encountered such a treatment in any hotel in my life. They called the Hotel Manager "Celine Park". She demanded the money, saying that it was not possible to remove the stain from the bed sheet. Upon my objection, they first reduced the fee to half, then to 44000 and finally to 33000 Won. Making such a bargain and discount was also an unprofessional action. Can you imagine, while they can demand 100000 Won from a customer who does not object, they can bargain and reduce it to 1/3 the price. What an unprofessional act. By the way, the worst part was having to have these conversations in front of many customers and colleagues at the reception. I can't believe they're being asked for money because something that is already a barrier to protect the mattress from dirt, like the bed sheet, gets dirty. I also can't believe they discussed this issue with a client.

The reception staff were fantastic and super competent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Seoul in the Chungdam area.

Mostly all good.
Curtains do not dark the room enough for my taste.

The room was fantastic. Cali king for a solo traveler is nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions since the location is a bit out there. lots of stores nearby for quick snacks/T card reload.
Subways are a bit out of the way. Must use bud, but staff will gladly accommodate bc Google maps & Uber don’t work unless you type in korean.
The bar for the restaurant was closed.

Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to cleaning staff. Good understanding of english.
Quiet rooms at night. Good bed (not too soft).
Breakfast with good variety; but needs a good muesli, granules mix other than kids branflakes.
Good location and short distance to subway. Good wifi.
More english tv channels perhaps…

The room had a great view over the river (we've been upgraded there), but was not so big. The bathroom was great. It was clean. They provided 2 bottles of water every day.
The Wi-Fi could be better. The breakfast was good, but luck the diversity every day. It was far away from the center, but close enough to K-Street.

Very convenient location in terms of the Airport shuttle bus which is right outside. Good base for exploring Gangnam area, and excellent breakfast choice, and decent-sized rooms. Overall, very satisfied with our short stay here.

I liked my room and amenities. The hotel is modern and clean. Loved my view of the rivet. Wish I could have been on a higher floor.
I did not like that the restaurant closed early and was not able to eat. Unfortunately, walking around in the area, I couldn't find any restaurants that would serve me. I ended up in a convenience store. There are not many places to go shopping. This hotel caters to business people from what I saw of the clientele.

The room is in a good location, 7 minutes from the nearest subway station. The view from the room was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and polite. Also very helpful when we needed to book a taxi. They also spoke very good English, which made our communication easier.
The room was very humid - we could live with it, but if someone suffers from the effects of a humid environment, this is not a good option. We reported the lack of fresh air and the humidity to the reception, and they were helpful - they immediately brought us a humidifier. This helped, but it's not a long term solution.
The breakfast had a lot of options, but most were based on the Asian cuisine. This is to be expected, but it would be nice to have some more western style breakfast options.
The hotel feels like a budget hotel - in the area it might be one of the best affordable options.

The bed and view were lovely, and the staff was very accomodating.
The lifts were extremely slow and the video they play in the lift is extremely annoying. Apart from that, the only improvement I can suggest is either having smart tvs or hdmi/usb cables added to the rooms so more people can utilise the tvs
