Gute Lage!

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Unter der Dusche ist das Wasser geronnen und hat das Badezimmer überflutet. Eines der Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus, aber man muss Glück haben!

Good value for money, charming old building with lovely, shared terrace.

The location, close to center, the responsiveness of the staff to messages before arrival.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, the floor was very squeaky/noisy but understandable, as the floors were old and therefore also beautiful!

Disappointing

The location.

Room no 6, which Was a room for 4 People, had no heating for The first night until 2 a.m. Although the staff came and eventually started the heating, it wasn't actually capable to heat the room. Their solution initially was to leave the room door wide open along with the bathroom so they can help. We tried it ( although for safety reasons is not normal to ask this) but it did not help, so all 9 of us had to sleep in the same room(11). To sum it up we paid for two rooms to use just one for 2 nights. Second of all, one of the guest closed the main door(shared hallway) on the second night, so at 4 a.m. we were knocking on the door for quite a while until he woke up angry cause we didn't have a 2nd key for that door (we did not receive a key like that from the owner) No parking either, so you had to leave the car far away. Definitely would not recommend this location due to those.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment on the website , when I got to the apartment was a room with 2 beds . The host tried to tell me this is what I booked , when I showed the reservation started to tell me something was wrong with it and if I want she can rent me one more bedroom. Not very happy with it but was too late to leave and look for something else .

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town and close to the old center and to the mountains. The room has great views, and was clean. The hostess is very friendly.

The bathroom was down the hall, not ensuite. There was not a separate entrance, there is a shared space with rooms around it - not so nice for privacy and for hanging out. The main bed was comfortable, but the pullout couch was less so.

Great location!

Perfect location, very cozy and clean. There was a parking space reserved for us just in front of the building. Friendly host!

There wasn’t a shower stand and it wasn’t comfortable to wash my hair.

Wished they had the jacuzzi as advertised

It was good. But after a while the hot food was not warm anymore :( Loved the watermelon

Exceptional

The hotel is in a really central area. The room is very large, clean and there is everything you need: a microwave oven, cutlery and cups, a giant refrigerator and a very comfortable coffee machine. From our room we had a direct view of the Brasov sign. At the entrance there is a small garden with table and chairs. The owner was very kind and allowed us to add two more friends in the booking at last minute.

the host was very nice, she was kind and even washed my clothes… exceptional person!

the room was very nice, clean and comfortable!

I stayed in Room nr 9 and that was very close to the stairway and the coffee machine, so i woke up a couple of times when people moved up te stairs!

Perfect location, clean, comfy bed.

The floor is a bit squeaky and the door to the room does not provide much soundproofing.
