Très agréable

La chambre et la salle d’eau étaient très propre et fonctionnel, et la petite cuisine avec café un vrai petit plus Les explications de Giuseppe étaient super que ce soit pour la chambre ou pour le programme de notre séjour On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel

Would definitely stay again

Felt super safe with atleast 2 doors needing keys to get in room was huge and very comfortable Great location we walked every day to all attractions

The shower was very weak but we never asked them to try fix it or told them it was a problem so it could have been an easy fix

L’ospitalità non è per tutti!

Personale per nulla disponibile e molto scortese. Dopo mille peripezie per cercare di arrivare in tempo alla struttura, non mi ha comunque permesso di fare il check in per soli 15minuti di ritardo. La motivazione che mi è stata data è che bisogna rispettare le regole, cioè fare il check in entro le 19 oppure comunicare 72 ore prima un arrivo fuori orario. Tre giorni prima del mio arrivo ho contattato l’host per spiegare che avrei avuto problemi ad effettuare il check in in orario, ma avrei mandato qualcuno al mio posto così da fare tutto secondo le regole. Il giorno prima ho chiesto all’host di poter fare il check in fuori orario, si parlava di 15 o al massimo 30 minuti di ritardo, a causa di un imprevisto, ovviamente pagando (stavo richiedendo un servizio che la struttura offre, o almeno in teoria), ma non c’è stato verso di poterlo fare. Un consiglio: siamo nel 2024, il check in online non è futurismo!

Clean and confortable but HORRIBLE host

Very clean, very confortable, good location to visit the city.

Despite that the accommodation was good, the owner/worker of the place made our stay going negatively. After booking our stay the owner informed us that the checkin couldn’t be possible after 7pm because we didn’t informed him time in advance (we informed him 3 days prior arrival that we arrive at 10pm) and it is his policy. We tried to find a solution but his only answer was : « you will be presented as no show if you don’t come before 7pm ». We even said that we will come the second day and that on the first day we will find another hotel. His answer was « if you don’t come the first day, then I can’t host you the second day » even if we paid for the all duration stay. So it sounds like a scam or a bad joke. he wanted to get our full amount of reservation without cancelling the reservation or finding any solution. We had to find someone to come and pick up the keys for us in a country we don’t know otherwise we would have lost all our money spent on the reservation and would have to find another accommodation. it was very stressful. The host is really not professional and not flexible. He will not even try to help you. It is his way or nothing. If you arrive later than 7pm, have a flight delay or so… you will probably have to find another place to spend the night and loose your all reservation. We were very disappointed by his behavior. So I will defenetly recommend other places with more assistance if needed especially for the price paid. I just add that in the many house rules and policy, if you need any help or assistance outside the few hours open during the day you ll need to pay extra (like if you loose the openning door card or so)

Just Perfect! I would say the best hotel in my trip. It worth it

It was everything perfect. The staff Giuseppe is extremely kind and patience. The area is really peaceful and have loads of great restaurants, the room and the bathroom were spotless.

Genial 🙂 para recomendar

Giuseppe un fantástico anfitrión, habla estupendamente el español, te recomienda sitios que visitar y donde comer, nosotros hicimos caso de su recomendación de visitar castel Gandolfo, nos dijo hasta los horarios de los trenes! un día de escapada fuera de roma para respirar aire puro y desconectar de la ciudad. Siempre atento e intenta facilitar todo en la medida de lo posible

Great comfortable stay!

Good location close to Termini station. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. There was very little outside noise.

It could have been made clearer how/where to check in.

Very good

Place was clean, facilities looked after and not too far from the main centre. The stay was perfect for what we needed it for - occasional pit stop to rest the feet and to crash out at night. Staff were extra helpful, providing us with tips upon arrival - even recommending we use the shuttle bus from the station to get back to the airport, saving us money on travel. I would definitely book again.

Room we booked had a circle bed and my feet did stick off the edge slightly. Didn’t effect my sleep at all but one to make note of if you’re taller than 5ft 11!! Also, didn’t have an ironing board so had to put together a makeshift one using the table. If they could supply an ironing board to save the faff that would be ideal.

Great stay, great location!

Lovely room, spotlessly clean with a nice balcony. Locations was fantastic, walking distance to all major attractions. Staff were great and gave us some fantastic recommendations.

Lovely Suite

Huge space, all very clean and everything you could need was already there. The bathroom was gorgeous. Walking distance to most of the city centre. Felt safe even though was not a hotel and was an apartment building with I assume locals etc living in, big front doors which were locked most of the time unless there was a guard on duty. Would definitely recommend the suite.

Only disappointment was that the main photo on here displays a large lovely fireplace which is on in the photos but when we arrived we were told we weren't allowed to use this due to certain laws so if the fireplace is important to you then be aware of that!

Very good

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Great area ...so close to everything but quiet area. Lovely restaurants within 5 min walk. Friendly helpful staff and owner.... helped with any questions we had and gave good recommendations. Even booked dinner in local restaurant for night we arrived!! Everything is spotless.

Window into bathroom from bedroom is strange... and don't know why it's there. Keep eye if you're arriving after 8...there's a late check in fee.

Spacious, clean room with super comfy bed!

The room with the hot tub booked for 3 people exceeded my expectations in terms of size. It was spacious and we did not feel at any moment that there was not enough room for all of us. The bed....oh my! I loved it so much I am looking to buy the same mattress for my own home. Super comfy, allows you to rest properly after a long day walking in Rome. The room was quite, no noise was coming from outside. It was also very clean, and bright, and had a nice view on the pretty building along the street. Air-condition and shower worked perfectly fine. I did not get the chance to use the hot tub, but my friends did and said they felt like they were born again!

Suited our needs but likely won't return

Located in a quieter area, away from tourist spots. Decent restaurants nearby, including an excellent gelato spot. Close (15 min walk) to the train station.

It's not incredibly easy to find. There is a small plaque on the front of the building but going in you have no idea where to go (we had to ask a security guard). We were given the incorrect keys for the front door on our first night, and if we hadn't been able to get someone in else in the building to let us in we would have been stuck out all night. The manager proceeded to blame his employee the next day, jokingly comparing women to "little dogs". The water pressure in the shower is non-existant.

everything clean and pretty. free coffee in the kitchen. very nice balcony

there’s a transparent glass between the bed and the shower. while this could be ok for many couples, I think it should be more clear in the website that this windows exists. moreover, it should be possible to close it, especially since the bathroom is full of mirrors, you can easily see your partner doing *everything* in the bathroom. Again, maybe this is fine for many visitors, but I still think there should be at least a way to easily cover the window (like a small blind). everything else was good

Terrific accommodations, staff & location on a quiet street close to many sights.

The rooms were very nice & clean with a nice small balcony. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rome is an enormous city so, depends on the area you prefer - this location was terrific for access to the old parts of the city we were interested in. Quiet street and a short taxi ride to anywhere!

A great place to stay in a very convenient location. Highly recommended.

Location! A great base for sightseeing in Rome or just enjoying the city vibe. There was good access to public transport, although we didn't really need it. Our host was brilliant and he spent time to give us some very useful advice (as this was our first visit to Rome) when we were checking in.

There was a small problem with the hot water, but it didn't detract from our stay. Other than that everything was great and deserving of full marks.

amazing!

it was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! the receptionist was incredible, so so lovely and sat with us for 30 minutes when we arrived explaining the differing routes to take when exploring Rome and also the dos and donts, couldn’t have thanked him enough, made our stay perfect

the location is slightly out of the centre but not a problem if you are able and happy to walk around 20 minutes

Giuseppe the host was fantastic and very informative, providing us with a map with all local sites and really helpful tips for getting around and where to visit. The room was really good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom and shower was great. Great location! Air con was fantastic and much needed
