The egg cook was excellent. He made our eggs perfectly, exactly how we wanted them. The blini were good, but weren't always available. The selection of juices was always good. Would have liked to see more "Western" options at breakfast but it was okay.
Breakfast was a little disappointing; the options were quite limited. The location for breakfast was a little strange, in that you had to walk through a ballroom to get to a very small dining area (only about 10 tables for the entire hotel).

Great view and location. The room was big and comfortable but the room service could be better. I asked an ashtray for 3 times but no one brought it. I also have never seen such a poor breakfast anywhere. Spa consists of small pool and 1 tiny sauna. But the restaurant on the roof was great, not expensive and very tasty food.

This a high end hotel - the lobby area was luxuriously fitted out with a "French" theme. The staff were attentive and the room was large. The hotel faces onto a pedestrian promenade along the shore of the Caspian Sea, ideal for walks/runs. There were a few dining options in the hotel

That's a pity that the staff's English knowledge is not enough. Another minus point is that the breakfast place does not smell pleasant. The other things are geat

Generally the hotel is good lso in place and also in price. The staff was good, but I have claims to restaurant and ceaner staff. The service in restaurant was good but it's worked very slow. Cup of coffee you could wait for a half of hour. The cleaning of room was good, but they began to work so late, even in the evening.
Service both in food courts and in cleaning. To work more faster and to be more experience

Girls on the reception was brilliant.
They even got medication for our kid who got sick. They booked all our excursions on timely manner and was super supportive and professional.
Nothing everything was great. Aquarium was a extremely popular restaurant and you will need to book your dinner there as soon as you arrive.

Location, Food, bed was comfortable, views. We especially enjoyed the terrace restaurant. The wait staff here were excellent. The food was excellent. The location overlooking the sea was beautiful. There were many amenities here but unfortunately there was no information about any of it in our room. We learned from a friend about a room in the basement of this hotel that has an aquarium with sturgeon and that you could order caviar. Nothing about this was in our room. There were no signs. When we went there it was amazing. They need to provide details in the room -- in multiple languages -- about the amenities of the hotel.
The problem with this hotel hits you when you are checking in. This is a huge hotel. And yet there is one single hotel clerk at the front desk to check in people. Even the Renaissance Hotel nearby has 4-5 check-in clerks. This hotel has one woman who doesn't speak English, even though a majority of the people staying at this hotel are foreigners, especially Chinese foreigners who speak English. After waiting for our room, we were trying to check in, but then a huge group arrived and tried to elbow their way in front of us. I kept asking managers and other clerks to help out this woman. It was obvious that she would need help checking all these people in. No one would help her. Even though we were No. 2 in line, it took over 20 minutes for us to get our room. It was like standing in a Soviet bread line that never moved. When we were finally given our room, it didn't have a balcony. I had reserved a room with a balcony and the clerk said this was all they had. A Chinese guest waiting in line behind me had to translate for me and I insisted that they needed to provide the room that I reserved. A manager passing by who spoke English gave us a room with a balcony. It was not next to the sea, but had a lovely view of the roof with the sea in the background. The room air conditioner did not work. It was hot and even though I called this English speaking manager and she and others looked at the thermostat, it didn't get better. The worse experience is that when we went down to breakfast, it was horrendous. A tiny room, jammed with people and no clean tables, dirty plates stacked up and you had to clear a space for yourself. No clean plates, no cups. It was a disaster and of course there was no staff around to attend to staff. It was probably the worst breakfast I've ever experienced. Our room was so hot that we ended up leaving early on our last night. We just couldn't take this place anymore.

spacious and the location was perfect.
she
initially didn’t get the type of room ordered, and had to go back up to change , which is not good considering we arrived late and had small kids.
the from eventually provided was on a floor/wing with a lot of construction materials around. would have been better to be notified of this as the room was being changed

An excellent place if you want to be in the city & at close proximity to the aqua parks and beaches (well about 15-20 min drive). The service was really good, very friendly staff & spa zone is also great, terrace offered on the rooftop live music with a great music band. The bar at the hotel works until late night as well. I would definitely come back to this place!

The location is great. Pick this hotel if you plan to walk outside all day long and return only for a sleep.
Cold room, noisy restaurant in front of the window, ignoring waiters in restaurants in the hall, poor and slow wifi (only 2.4, no 5), unhealthy breakfast (too much meat and too low veg) absolutely vegan unfriendly, small pool, dirty shower in the pool area. All facilities are stuck in 2005.
