4 nights in the center of Bishkek

Great location, very central. Very helpful and attentive staff. Size of the room (103) is just great. Desk availability for work. Few malls nearby. Nice lunches and dinners in the hotel’s restaurant.

It took a day to fix a flush tank but I was offered a free breakfast for caused inconvenience. Still the button didn’t work properly. Breakfasts are missing some items though mentioned on the menu.

No working WiFi

This hotel is in a great location- close to two shopping malls and many of the historic sites and lovely parks. We stayed here twice and in two different rooms. Both rooms were well laid out and there was plenty of room for our luggage, clothes, etc. Both rooms were clean and came with a refrigerator and hot water kettle. The bed was fine with soft (good) bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were great (hot showers, water did not leak onto the floor from the shower). There was also a nice, large sitting area outside the hotel rooms. Day time staff were friendly and did their best to help resolve the main problem with this hotel: the WiFi

The non-working WiFi was a big problem for us because we own a small business and depend on the Internet. Throughout our stays, we relied on our own cellular data (eSIM) almost the entire time we were there. Although the staff tried very hard to fix the WiFi issues and were very nice, we would not stay here again because we need a guarantee that the WiFi will work most of the time.

Nice place to stay in Bishkek.

Hospitality of the staff, it was really great. The room was large, clean and included all required facilities.

It was different comparing with the photo on Booking.

The room is huge for an affordable price with almost complete accessories for your stay. I've requested something and gladly it was granted. The Hotel has a very good location to the mall, shop and restaurants. Also, the airport transfer is free and the driver waited us patiently. :)

The sound of AC in my room is bit annoying.

Гостиница расположена в центре столицы Кыргызстана, цена и качество соответствует, в районе много торговых центров и магазинов, рядом буквально через дорогу точки быстрого питания, рестораны и кафе. У нас случился форс-мажор, изначально заказал места на два дня, но из-за халатного отношения сотрудника другой гостиницы мы не смогли во время прилететь в Бишкек. Опоздали на рейс. Нас в это время в аэропорту ждал трансфер за это спасибо им и пошли на встречу сняли деньги только за один день (за фактическое проживание) за это большой рахмет Нурмату!

Единственный минус - это отсутствие зубной пасты и щетки. А кстати, в связи с тем, наш рейс в Нур-Султан был утром, мы попросили завтрак со собой, но мне кажется за 4 доллара завтрак немного дороговато, хотя, при бронировании можно отказаться от завтрака. Второй момент, менеджер по имени Нурбек немного грубоватый, не хватает ему такта! А так все норм!

A great place for a comfortable, central and convenient stay in Bishkek.

A comfortable stay in a central location. It was close to all the places I needed to go. The reception staff was very helpful in arranging taxis when needed. The room was generous in size with a comfortable bed.

I do wish the bathroom for a suite room would have had a bathtub rather than a shower. Also, it states that breakfast is available at the restaurant. However, it was only available from after 8am which was too late for my needs. I ended up finding breakfast at a different place earlier.

Clean and close to the center, met our expectations

The hotel is close to the center, it's possible to walk to most attractions within 5-20 min. The room was spacious, everything was clean and they had a lot of little items like slippers, shampoo etc which was perfect for light packers like me and my husband. Special shout out to Ayperi from reception, she was so helpful and positive, gave us wonderful tips about what to see and eat and also helped us call cabs when we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

We did not have breakfast in our booking so I cannot really speak to that. Nothing bad to mention really.

Efficient free airport transfer. Large, clean, well-equiped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good central location.

During our short stay we were unable, for some technical reasons, to connect to hotel's WiFi network.

Amazing staff with unbeatable services like free shuttle to the airport. We were not able to stay at the hotel as it unfortunately has already been sold out. But the hotel organized us another hotel with was at least same level. They organized our transfer nevertheless. Great service very friendly. Recommended

A reasonable place for an overnight stay worth the money you pay for it

A reasonable place for an overnight stay. More or less clean. I did not use the breakfast. A little thing that annoyed me was the tobacco smell in my room. Otherwise the place is worth the money they ask for it. I had a suite at this hotel for 65USD and this was a very similar room to HYATT where I had stayed before and was worth 190 or 200USD.

Tobacco smell in the room. I did not use the restaraunts so cannot comment on this part.

quite comfortable and good value for money.

Great location. However, the entrance of the hotel is at the small street behind the trade center Dordoy Pksza, where they have parking area over the trade center. Often there are passing cars. 2-floor hotel, without lift. The stairs to the second floor are comfortable and wide. in the room, there is coffee-making station, fridge., tv with lots of channels.

in the room, there were problems with flushing of the toilet. The unit under the sink in the bathroom doesn’t have any shelves inside, only the outside carcass.

Very good

Great service in a centrally located hotel. Situated on a quiet street next to three large shopping centers, a bakery just downstairs and good other food spots nearby as well. Very spacious rooms and bathroom, heated floors in the latter. Superb airport transfer! Everyone was super helpful and friendly, prodived with good tips on how to get where I needed and other useful tips.

Soundproofing is near zero so grab a pair of earplugs if you're a senstive sleeper. Rooms need some update, especially electricity.
