Nice hotel incredibly bad managed

As the lady at the reception was really helpful The rooms are clean, big and comfortable

The service was unbelievably bad: 1. the breakfast was loveless, the scrambled eggs cold, the coffee machine was broken - the service staff was not prepared to look at what the problem was. And the second, the portafilter machine, could only be used in the evening. 2. even on the third morning, the breakfast toilet still bore the marks of someone who must have been very unwell at some point. 3. the gym has not been cleaned in three days 4. the bored luggage service did not help us with our luggage - sitting in the sun smoking seemed to be way more relaxing

Очень приятный отель, дружелюбный персонал. В комнате чисто, утюно.

Единственный момент, не работал бассейн. Но я всё равно сходил в фитнес центр. Всё понравилось )

Отличный вариант за свои деньги

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь. Хорошие номера, хорошее месторасположение.

Почему то не хотели прибираться в номере. Один раз настоял чтобы прямо сейчас прибрались,, один раз не стал настаивать.

Very poor

Great location.

Don't stay here. It might've been a great hotel once but has since been falling to ruin. Yes the outside and the lobby seem impressive, but that's where it ends. The room wasn't really clean, the shower door didn't fully close, it took about 10 to 15 minutes for the warm water to start running out of the showerhead, there was a stain on the ceiling, one of the rails to enter the pool was dangerously loose, the gym equipment has seen better days and the pool was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. The breakfast was okay but not what you'd expect even if paying the discounted price and some of the staff didn't really want to be there. On top of that, we were informed on arrival, that we can pay however we like, which of course was not the case at check out, meaning we spent at least two hours running around and waiting in line at the bank in order to exchange our currency.

Unfortunately the internet connection in the my room (wifi) was not fast and decent (continuous interruptions). This is a shame in a hotel of this quality. However it is a good quality hotel.

location is close to the park with a great view above the 7th floor and lots of fresh air. good breakfasts.

On the plus side, the breakfast was very good. great selection of everything. The menu for lunch and dinner was also good. the hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable. the waiters know the menu. front desk is always ready to help. Of the minuses, I can say that there is only one elevator for the entire hotel.

Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza. Everything was above my expectations. Outstanding staff and service. Buffet breakfast was luxury and delicious. Room was clean, warm and tidy with a nice smell. I felt emotional luxure thanks to warm smile of the staff especially Aliyah. They were kind and ready to help. Thanks for the great experience. Definitely will come back!

The Plaza is the best place for business trip in Bishkek: the best price, location, service, the hotel staff is just great. I will stay again in this hotel next time.

Expensive hotel for the amenities and overall comfort of the stay. Not sure why it has 4 stars

Good location for my purposes

The room was not hoovered before I checked in, strong smell of frying/cooking coming out from the kitchen into corridors and rooms. Was able to hear people talking on phones from adjacent rooms

Average hotel for a high price.

Room was very clean, but the cleaning was late. I left before breakfast so can't opine.

The wi-fi was barely working on the bedroom, only close to the hall. Shower was good, but need someone to decalcify the shower from time to time due to hard water

Beds were okay

Our room wasn’t ready even though we came an hour after the official check in time. Sauna wasn’t working. Pool was freezing cold. Someone who checked in parallel to us walked in the room on naked people who have already been checked in the room as they made a mistake. Our drain in the shower was blocked and after calling twice, no one came to have it fixed. 0 care in the world. They did offer complimentary breakfast as an apology but the overall experience was pretty repulsive.

The staff was not friendly at all, the bartender was not able to serve us well, so we had to go out for a drink. They did not have some basic lemonades even.

Fina city center hotel

Hotel located near center and opposed side has restaurants, bars and stadium. Everything was walking distance. Nice building, buffet breakfast, nice terrace.

Pool was cold and I didn’t swim and maintained poorly.
