Safe choice, amazing views

Amazing views, convenient and remote location, good-humored staff

Some rooms do not have bathrooms, and although each of these rooms have a private bathroom, they are not always conveniently located nearby.

No Value for the Money they charge in the winter months.

the area was good and the surroundings

Too many dogs and no much staff to attend your requirements. No phone to reach the reception the room was frezzing cold no proper heating solutions and its a bad idea to travel to this place at winter, its not worth the money. i checkout even without having breakfast because i felt no peace in that place. there was a dog barking outside our door of the room and i literally had to call the guys to take the dogs away.

great location.. cottage was nice

lots of insect - and no insect / mosquito net .. not possible open the window otherwise you are bite by mosquitos.. Closed window mean very hot IN the room and bed sleeping ..

Loved it.

The view was incredible, and the stay was really pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, the menu was limited but the food was really good.

I think I kind of expected more but overall, nice. I wouldn't visit again for these rates.

Gliding at the tip of a cliff.

The view, the view, the view…..just breathtaking. I travel a lot and this place has the best view out of all by far. It felt as if we were hanging, in a glass box, just by the cliff.

The bathroom had a bath and a shower head but no curtains to contain the water inside the bath. For a quick shower, we had to crouch in the bath.

Average stay with a beautiful view.

The place was very beautiful.

We were greeted by a barking dog which scared the death out of us at night. There was no reception / any staff to assist us with the luggage upon our arrival. We had a very bad experience with hot water, as the water finished just after one of us showered, and when asked the staff they told us to wait for another 40 minutes to get more hot water, which we did not get either, finally one of us ended up taking a cold shower in the blistering cold weather.

Amazing view and fantastic air

The surroundings are amazing! We stayed in a room with 2 complete glass walls with a fantastic view over the mountains. Despite this it was very private and no one could see into your room. Super romantic!

There were no room service and no cleaning between days of stay.

Great location and view from the balcony. It was a really clean room, bathroom and beds. Warm floor in the room. Also enough parking places. A few minutes to Tatev.

No warm floor in the bathroom -- a bit cold there. Normal restaurant, but not the best.

Staff don't speak any English, room heater was not working properly, no one to help with luggage

Worth the money for the amazing landscape..

The amazing view and the wooden cabins, staffs were good, breakfast was good.

Worth staying for the view , not for the comfort

The location is amazing , you have beautiful views from the property.

The cabins are very narrow , and the party was really loud at night , was impossible to sleep

Cool concept. Could be better without all the noise.

Interesting and cool concept. Pretty grounds I had a nice barrel room overlooking the mountains. Good food at the restaurant. Friendly staff. During our stay there was an event. I’m glad that after 22:00 they turned down the music, so we could sleep.

There was no reception desk. We had to look for a place to check in. We were greeted by not so friendly looking gentleman who took us to a boy who checked us in. The horrible dogs on the hotel grounds were barking all night. I had to get up and go outside to shoo them. Ended up shooing them through my window. I tried to call the reception throughout the night, but they were not available. Overall noisy hotel.
