Very good
Very friendly staff and beautiful building
We could have been upgraded to another room as the hotel was empty. The first room was not very nice for the price. Also no courtesy water, tea and coffee provided. That is a service given in every hotel that we have stayed and we are very frequent travellers

Perfect combination of coziness, subtle luxury, peace & quiet and paradise-like surroundings
Ever since my first stay at The Bedelle years ago, I return here whenever I can. Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, doing everything in their power to fulfil one's every wish (incl. serving their excellent breakfast well after breakfast hours, even without advance notice). The whole property is luxurious in a homey and delicate way, decorated with loving detail, making you feel like a special guest in someone's home rather than at a hotel. The garden is like an oasis, with a small terrace to take your cup of tea taking in the view of palm trees, lush green grass and colourful birds of all sorts; the "salon" (common area) majestic and comfy making it hard to leave for work or any other business for that matter; and the cook never disappoints - limited menu, but everything I ever tried was absolutely delicious, making staying in for dinner a delight to look forward to. This time, I actually could not go, having to cancel my booking at short notice - the cancellation was easy, unbureaucratic and fees were waived upon request without a problem. There is no other place for me in Nairobi, I am already looking forward to coming back "home" at the first opportunity!

Excellent place when visiting UN. Very nice staff. Beautiful garden and pool
Wonderful room, beautiful garden and pool, excellent food (breakfast and diner), fantastic service.
Transportation from airport was not there, a mistake was made about my schedule coming in. Internet was not functioning in the bedroom.
