Great place for family even with baby.

This property and the hospitality was great. The responded to my questions promptly all the time. When we arrived at the property the rooms were nice and warm. We could start then out holiday easily.

Kitchen sink is small and the equipments are limited.

The location was good. Near to market place and well within the reach of all the attraction ballarat has .

If we could get some space for a separate kitchen, that would have been great. There was no place to rinse the utensils or wash them.

Superb

What a lovely place to stay whilst visiting Ballarat for the Begonia Festival. Myself and my Kelpie enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Including a large TV with Netflix, spa, dining area and 2 couches.

Kitchenette is in the closet. Very hard to organise food and wash dishes .

Private, clean and comfortable, good value for money and in a quiet location. Host is lovely. This is the second time we’ve stayed and I think I loved it even more than the first time. We took our little dog with us this time which was just lovely. Got to visit family for Xmas. Looking forward to returning yet again. The spa bath is fabulous.

Nothing really. There isn’t a proper kitchen and the bathroom sink is the only water source but really it’s absolutely fine. It really is good value and very nice accomodation.

Wonderful and too short.

Located in a quiet street. Close to shops and easy distance to CBD. Everything has been thoughtfully provided, to make for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Well laid out and spacious.

Comfortable stay, quiet location, awesome open fire on a cold night was great, very clean, all that was needed.

No main sink and only toilet is thorough bedroom (only inconvenience was first thing in mornings) but we got by quite fine.

We enjoyed an excellent weekend and would definitely recommend Dunstan’s Guest House

The property is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. It has real Olde Worlde Heritage Charm but with modern conveniences. Very clever use of the space made it very comfortable for four of us to enjoy our weekend. All the furniture was comfortable to sit/ sleep on It is very well equipped with good quality appliances. The towels and linen supplied were really good and there were lovely little extra touches (little chocolate bars, milk and freshly ground coffee in the fridge, generous supplies of tea bags) left to make us feel welcome Access to the property was easy and Denise was always quick to respond to any messages. She made us feel very welcome even tho’ we didn’t meet in person. There is a good shopping precinct in easy walking distance for getting groceries and it is only a 10 - 15 minute drive to the main areas of Ballarat, the house is in a nice quiet street so it was a very convenient and peaceful location.

There was nothing at all to complain about! The bathroom was great, with a good spa bath which was available to use at no extra cost . However the shower was over the spa and not easily accessed by someone (like me!) with reduced mobility. This maybe could be mentioned in the description of the property.
