I came super late and hungry, they have food for sale and you can cook if you want.
The airport is super near.

Location. Clean and secure.
The room was too small. It didn’t have a closet or fan. We didn’t have space for our backpacks in the room.

great for one night near the airport.
Amazing staff.

the best you can get for the price. hosts are helpful.
the rooms are really small. if 6 people (as there are beds) were in that bedroom it would be too much

Love the proximity to airport - the shuttle servie - and watching the planes from the great view of hostel - even made a tiktok video at place.

Great location near Aurport and easy to get to historic places. Staff is ready to do car transfers and get you where you need an additional fee.
This is for a good cause, too. They are building an orphanage near Atitlan Lake.

Family environment, you can bring your own fruits or cook something light. They have the option to cook for you breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had their breakfast good food typic food.
Good location near the airport and a few minutes away from Zoo, and Historic Center.
They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere you request an additionally agreed price.
Friendly staff.
Some beds are noisy, and I believe it's the mattress that make the noise.

very basic room and hostel.
host was super friendly and helpful, took us to the airport for 5am.
perfect accommodation for pre flight stays

Staff treat is excellent, the facilities are very clean and had hot showers. Nice terrace and kitchen. Great WIFI speed. Cheap transfer service to the airport.
The mattresses in the bunkbeds need to be changed soon, mine was too soft for a great sleep. The location is a bit complicated to arrive if not by car. But other than these, is a great hostel to stay for a night before going to the airport.

Close to the airport, perfect for a late arrival or an early departure. Nice and helpful staff. Access to kitchen, complimentary coffee or tea. Good value overall. Most importantly: what you pay is for the benefit of a humanitarian project, not to make another capitalist even more rich!
Rooms are really basic, not to fresh bed linen, no towel provided, no en suite bathroom, steep stairs are not for everyone, area a bit sleazy.
3.5
The hostel is quite far from the city centre.

The staff really tried hard to make us welcome and assist us in every way. Room and bed were very comfortable. Very nice communal kitchen leading out to a roof terrace. Really enjoyed this outside area and wonderful view of the city.
Near the airport.
Our room was off the kitchen so it was a bit noisy sometimes. But there are quieter rooms on other floors.
It is necessary to get an Uber/taxi to see the tourist sites in Zone 1. However the Uber is not expensive.

the property is fantastic, great views over Guatemala City and very close to the airport
I rung the bell for 45 minutes before being let in (in the afternoon on a week day) because there were no workers present for that time. there were no apologies afterwards, with the manager almost ignoring this fact.
then, at night the manager (Rafael?) offered to drop me at the airport in the morning for my 5.30am flight for a small fee, and that we would meet in the kitchen at 4am to leave to the airport. he didn’t arrive at 4am, so I ended up having to get an uber later and very nearly missed my flight as a consequence.

Arrived late, staff were very accommodating for a little extra fee. Just stayed for one night with quick turnaround. Easy spot very close to the airport. Enjoyed free morning coffee on the sunny terrace.

Because I arrived too early. there was no one there. and communication was not very smooth.

The room for 6 girls was extremely small, beds stacked 3, and a extremely tiny space for every to put thier things.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here, I came in to the country last month and left a bag here and gave the owners some money to store it for me (same as the local monthly storage unit) due to they run a Christian charity and so the money can go to that. I came back because it is near airport and also there is a nice large kitchen to use, fresh coffee and also the dorm room is empty and comfy so easy to deal with. The view is awesome too! Edwardo, the helper, is very sweet with helping with bags and always smiley from the heart.
They do have some solo rooms that are very nice too by the way...the costs of this place is def worth it if you need that home away from home feel and are using the airport to fly in and out...it does cost about 50Q ($6) to go to the main mall here if you need to do that (Uber).
Nothing.

Great location, this place was extremely clean and I felt safe the whole time. The gentleman who runs it was incredibly friendly and drove me to the airport for very cheap. Also this hostel is for an incredible cause and amazing value for money. I would absolutely recommend people to stay here.

Location was a bit tight but was able to park the truck inside for security. Staff waited for me to get there and it was late. Very pleasant and helpful. There was frozen food to purchase and warm up in the large common kitchen. The views from the dorm area where to die for. Overall a great stay
The bed was not very comfortable but I am older so that may be the reason

value for money is great, you just feel a weird vibe in there

Everything was very mysterious, there were gentlemen working in construction who were going to sleep next to my room, on the top floor, there were no other guests, I had to leave.

I really love the view and the structure of the hotel. It has tiny rooms but are comfortable and good enough for the price you pay, also you’re supporting a great cause if you stay in there. The owner and his wife were extremely kind, his wife was so lovely, she definitely took good care of us.
It’s kind of difficult to find the hotel since it’s not that visible and the apps tend to confuse you a little bit. I recommend to use Waze and search for the hotel and use the one with the address that says “29 Calle A”.

Nice staff. Cheap beds and $3 Uber ride to the airport. Good hot shower. Clean sheets.
It's ok for a super late arrival or super early departure from the airport, sleep and go.
The location is in a run down neighborhood where you shouldn't go out after dark. As a woman I wasn't too comfortable walking around alone by day either.
The female dorm is super small I kept banging my head on the platform. No mattresses, you get one inch of foam on top of a super hard mat. No fan. Some neighbor kept screaming, dogs barking, and planes landing made some noise too. The dorm doesn't have walls all the way to the ceiling so if lights are on in the rest of the house it's not dark in the dorm. It could use some plugs too.

Very nice staff, rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable
Rooms were pretty small but for the price it's more than fair

Short distance from the airport.
Kind owners who go out of their way to help you.
Nice space with beautiful views of the volcanos.
Your stay helps support a great cause.
