Para una salida express no planeada todo bien

Pequeño pero muy Acogedor el Agua Caliente Super bien y muy Limpio

El Acceso a la Habitación es muy Segura, con sistema electrónico y VideoVigilancia, No cuenta con Aire Acondicionado en un momento eso me.hizo pensar que podría ser caliente pero el clima en la zona y por estar bajo plafón la habitación se mantiene supe le fresca me encantó ese detalle

El Anfitrión Roberto es súper Buena Onda y se mantiene al pendiente de los detalles, sin embargo personal en la Zona del Hotel es muy limitado tuve que coordinarme siempre con don Roberto y tenía un poco de pena pues no sabía si le generaba inconvenientes en algún momento.... Pero él se mantuvo siempre pendiente

I had a great stay very good service from the owner, have the option to do laundry for 80 GTQnot cheap but it was done v

The room is nice and comfortable not big but new have TV good and comfortable bed and a nice shower with warm water , it had all that I needed

Had all I needed but not kitchen if you don’t need it it’s perfect

I absolutely recommend this location for anyone needing to stay in the capital. It was very quiet at night being in zone

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Privacy, staff, location. Felt safe around the neighborhood. Public transportation available to go to downtown mercado central and civic center. Good guatemalan street foods on Sunday evening.

Great stay. Safe neighborhood and clean room!

I arrived at 1:00 pm and the room wasn't ready till 6.I arrived and he gave me a different room and by the way he told me that he forgot to tell me that he only Accepted cash. I had to give him all the cash I had at the time.. Came back the next day_ no clean towels..the room is nice but very small and the window completely sealed. No Air conditioner.theres a small fan and is very loud

Super modern facilities. Clean, good WiFi and secure parking. perfect for bikers.

No reception, although host is good at communicating via WhatsApp. Make sure you have mobile data. No restaurant at the site, make sure you state that you want breakfast beforehand!

Misleading pics. Puny rooms.

The pictures are very deceiving. The rooms are tiny tiny tiny. I thought I was getting A room with a kitchenette and a fridge. When I told the management they just said sorry. Then they wanted to charge me $42 for a fridge! I had to justify the need for clean towels. I would absolutely never stay there again

Their pictures mostly show the one and only room with the kitchenette. They should be very clear that they only have one room like that. The police is relatively clean but I did have to leave my suitcase on the floor. There’s just not any more space

The location was great and easy access to Uber or Taxi.

The owner was constantly around and early morning noise, also we were always rushed to leave our room for cleaning. Towels can’t get dirty or owner will send you pictures of it
