CLEAN, convenient, great staff, comfortable and quiet.

So close to the airport, and the staff were fantastic. The women who staff the kitchen are the same women who ensure the place is spotlessly clean from top to bottom, always friendly and smiling. We all muddled our way through the language barrier - very warm staff. We found little nooks and crannies for enjoying a coffee or book around this deceptively multi-room hotel. It is much larger on the inside than it appears from the street.

At first glance, I was not sure what to think. Vast difference from Cayalá. By nightfall (5:30pm), the hotel and dining room were filling up, and it reminded me of The Marigold Hotel. Lots of friendly exchange amongst the guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very convenient for start and beginning of your trip in Guatemala. Affordable

It’s just 3 blocks from the airport, huge rooms, clean and quiet. very fair price.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice gardens and resting areas. Breakfast was included and generous. Everything was great!

Nothing in particular. It’s an old house that has been modernized. It can have problems like water pressure or smells when you start the shower but nothing major.

El desayuno era bueno y la ubicación es muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Very close to the airport!

Great staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Helped with transportation for an early morning flight, a room fan, a luggage weight scale and a helpful hand with the luggage. Very clean rooms.

The food menu was lacking and a definite need for restaurants nearby.

Good, friendly, and clean option next to the airport. But maybe not great for light sleepers.

The hotel is literally walking distance from the airport through a safe neighborhood, even late at night. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The family room was spacious and the beds were great. The breakfast crew was also very welcoming.

We were caught off guard by the fact that the hotel is located near a factory that made undulating humming sounds all night. Being so close to the airport we expected occasional airplane noise (there was none the night we were there) but not factory noise.

No dieron la opción de desayuno para llevar. Y la cena típica es una cantidad muy pequeña y mas bien es un desayuno

Good option if you want to be close to the airport, nothing more.

Very close to airport, 500m. Spacious room, good shower. You can have some (very limited) food and drinks at the hotel.

Room closest to reception: noice from outside, noise from people talking to receptionist all the time. Taxi ride was recommended because we had to leave at 4am. Hotel arranged it for 60 quetzal, that's a lot of money for 500m.

Close to the airport but not good enough for the price.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient for a stopover. Breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful.

The rooms are small, not very well ventilated or lit. The beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. There were cockroaches and bugs in the room. WiFi was almost not functional at our room. The price is very high for the simplicity of the accommodation.

Comfortable if the intention is to sleep close to the airport Max 1 night

Proximity to the airport. We could walk directly 7 minutes from and to the airport

The room was exactly in front of the breakfast area and the kitchen. For us was ok as we woke up early to leave, but if someone is planning to sleep longer you would be definitely woken up by the smell of frying plantains

Really convenient location near airport if you need somewhere to crash before or after a flight. The staff were lovely and helpful and the free breakfast and coffee in the morning were delicious. Room was v spacious and comfortable.

The place it’s very clean and nice! The lady who cooks at night during our stay cooks delicious and has an excellent customer service.

The room doesn’t have any A/C and no fans… so it was very hot.

the place is ok but this kind of act is a guaranty ill never come back...shame

Nice garden good bads and clean staff in check in are nice and welcoming..but....

i asked the reception cab to get me a taxi he called to order and i heard "no factura"..he charges me 10 dollars taxi coast for this 3 min ride is 35000 quetzals its 4.5 usd.. when i got to the airport the driver charged me 3500 again

Not the best location, but close to the airport, Ok to just spend the night for a few hrs.

Difficult to tell because we arrived late close to 9 pm and left very early in the morning to catch our flight. Did not have breakfast. The resturaunt closed at 9pm so we had no food and the location; though close tot he airport, it was on the shady side of town and people told us not to go out after dark. The room we had was right next to the kitchen and the smell wasn't good. The light and fan were attached with one switch controlling it. so you couldn't turn on the fan without turning on the light. It was hot, so we had to remove the light bulb to keep the fan running in order to be able to sleep. The shower constantly leaked all night making dripping sound, we had to place a towel under the shower to muffle the sound while keeping the bathroom door closed.

Close to airport. Clean and large rooms. Good simple breakfast. Great WiFi.

Ask for a room away from the kitchen and dining area. We could hear all the noise from both the kitchen and dining area from our room.
