A lovely stay in Latacunga. The facilities were good and we could tell lots of other hikers were staying here. The room was comfy but a bit dark. We were able to store our luggage here while doing the hike. The best thing was they organised a private Cotopaxi tour for us and it was seamless, we were so grateful.
Would have loved access to free filtered water as Latacunga at night is very dead and we couldn’t find any water.

The courtyard was pretty
It felt empty and we didn’t like the room ( dark) and pillows weren’t comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel. The street outside is very busy but you would never know it as the hotel is so tranquil. William was amazing. Anything we needed he helped us.

Staff was great, good location.
Shower could have been warmer.
4.5
Location, aesthetics, cleanliness, comfortable beds, staff was very friendly
only that there was not actually hot water, it was rather warm to cool

Biggish room, good value, 15 minute walk to bus station, good Italian restaurant across the road, store luggage for free if doing the Quilotoa circuit.
Showers lukewarm. Property a bit rundown.

beautiful building. good location, great breakfast. a good point to set off from on trekking adventures.
can be a little noisy as they seem to group guests together in one area of hotel.

Wonderful building with a lovely courtyard. Many rooms and a relatively quiet part of town.
The water wasn’t hot. We had to leave before 7:30 and we’re told breakfast started at 7:00. There was no breakfast available at 7:10 so we just walked to the bus station.

The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
We booked a room including dinner and it was very poor. The food itself was fine but the quantity was nowhere near enough and so we ended up going out for dinner again afterwards.

Great location in town, very helpful and friendly owner, nice roof terrace, comfortable beds with plenty of blankets. We were able to split the dates of our booking to do the Quilotoa Loop and come back. The hotel stored our bags while we did the loop.
The bathrooms were a little bit moldy which was tough on my allergies.

Great advices given by the host Nelson. Well located in the heart of Latacunga. The building is pretty nice and beds are confortable.
Good base for visiting Quilotoa and Cotopaxi.
We appreciated the stay here!
The rooms could be renovated a bit but nothing serious.

Koldt bad.
3.5
Good location and nice breakfast on time to catch the bus for the quilotoaloop. Was possible to leave our backpacks there while hiking.
There was a weird smell in the room, kind of special air refreshing. And the option to refill your water was empty.

Good location, spacious room with comfy beds and a heater that is very handy as it gets cold in Latacunga. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the shower didn’t get quite hot, it was warmish, but not too pleasant. Normally I don’t get fussy about cool showers, but after a day hiking at Quilotoa or Cotopaxi you will be craving a hot shower for sure.
4.5
Clean nice room with good bathroom. Well located in the centre of town and able to leave luggage whilst hiking in quilotoa.

Location was good
- room had little to no light, as other reviewers said it felt a bit like we were in the basement even though it was the first floor.
- club nearby played very loud bass thumping music until late
- shower was disappointingly lukewarm, not hot
- some of the covers/blankets did not seem to be recently washed
- walls were so thin, you could hear everything from the other rooms
