The location is good, the property is large and the sofa is very comfortable! We arrived half an hour early, there was no drama to check in. And the manager took action effectively once I reported that the bulb did not work.
There was no internet that means there was no option for watch TV. One of the bulb and the switch in the main bedroom were broken. Also, there was no dishwasher.

Fantastic premises with all facilities.
Check in process. Booking.com stuffed up the code and I had to ring owner who said they do it all the time

Very clean and spacious.
Location not great and unclear from listing it had no view of golf course. A few things were out of battery/not working: bedside lamp light, hall light, tv remote not fully functional, battery very low on aircon remote and had to operate from main unit. Keys also not provided for laundry external door so made using laundry less convenient.

The house was for the most part immaculate, had heaps of space and a great outdoor area with a bbq. And the kitchen facilities were superb. The lounge area was amazing too, and had heads of space, and it was great to have a good laundry facility
There were a few almost broken light switches in the master bedroom. I didn't use these as they felt like they would fall apart and be dangerous if I did. Also the shower heads need a good deep clean there was lots of gung in the jets.

The unit was very well presented, clean and bright
The fact that I needed to call the emergency after hours number because part of the power kept tripping the circuit breaker.

very comfortable accommodation with a nice open modern design. Comfortable beds and peaceful area. Walking distance to the beach.
absolutely no cell phone service or Wi-Fi in this unit. Amazing as the neighbours tell us there is exceptionally fast NBN available here.

we may have been on holiday but it still felt like we were at home. Great location and proximity to shops and restaurants.
most definitely nothing to dislike,
but maybe a list of local restaurants / cafes and local attractions might be a great idea for other travelers that aren’t aware of what the Coles Bay Area and surrounds has to offer.

Very confortable
Because unit was at the front the BBQ area wasn’t very private when other unit was in use- they had area over looking golf course etc while we looked into their unit and car park. A bit more screening would have been nice - but this is the only criticism the stay was very nice
