The nicely concepted villas are set at a distinct bay. The pool and the views are great, and the quiet stone beach at the bay—a nice spot for snorkeling. Lovely private BBQ places for every villa giving you enough personal space.
Shopping and dining facilities are far away (15-20min by car).

2 bedrooms, a terrace, a pool, garden, a quite locality
A horrible price/ value ratio. I paid 3000 Eur for 8 night, in February, without possibility to cancel. For 375 Eur per night I expected nice locality, with 50 m to the nearest see shore, 2 bedrooms, spacy terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, …. The equipment of the Appartment (2) is really long. The reality was different.
Accesability: there are in total 3 roads how to get there. Only one of them is fully asphalted. The shortest one is only for off roads( I was really scared with 4x4 Škoda that I damaged tyres or bottom of car). No advice offered. The best road is via Potirna village and it is a narrow, 1 car only for majority of 8 km).
Beach: the villa is on the top of hill. The sea is about 50 height meters down. The first beach, from the pictures, is filthy, full of sea grass, residuals of fires, debris. This beach is some 300 m of walk. Better beach is another short steep hill and about 80 m of path of rocks, mud, bushes. It is narrow and walking through there with paddleboard is not nice.
Equipment from the description: dishwasher- a shared one in a tiny room under the staircase to apt. 4, not usable. Washing machine- a shared one, standing by the dishwasher. Hanger- not a single space for hanging swimming suit or towel. I did recruited the shared one from the washing machine.
Bathroom: no window to open, no cover to walk in shower, i.e. Water on the floor after each shower. Not a single hook to put on clothes or towel.
Kitchen - all the equipment in the corner cupboard, very deep one-Each time on my knees to find anything.
Living room , a small space in between two glass walls in the entrance.
Bottom bedrooms, walk in room to get to the second bedroom.
AC unit of the bottom bedroom - old, noisy, no real regulation. I woke up every night freezing with 24 degrees set up.
Safety - polished stone in the kitchen looks nice, but with a single drog of water it is extremely slippery. The stairs to the second bedroom- narrow, not evenly spaced, scratching heels.

Amazing location, very relaxing stay with a beautiful views and pool.
Bed could be comfier for the price and the terrace and kitchen could be better equipped.

Great place, near nice, cozy beach,
Daily cleaning of shared space
Swimming pool (salty water)lot of space for rest,
Lot of parking place
If you take every apartament with big group of friends then it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend booking only one apartment-some are unevenly equipped and despite being recommended as 2+2 it's more for 2 adults with kids then 2 pairs (some rooms are in walk through corridors)
Sauna was out of service at a time (first we heard that it's additionally paid)
Breakfast could be bigger

Even though that most of the outdoor equipment is older the whole property looks very nice.
I booked a 115 sq meter room as they advertised but when we came to apartment we found out that 80 out of this 115 sq meters is a terrace!!!!! We were shocked!!! I booked a 115 sq meter villa and end up in out of date apartment with such a small kitchen and tiny little bathroom not bigger than 2 sq meter. But the price was like we are in real villa.

An exceptional place that you need to visit. It is a place where you can have a quite vacation and the owners make sure of that. The setting is wonderful. Quiet small bays in the vicinity. The sea and mountains around. Just beautiful.
All was good

The warm welcome of a family place
The nice view to the sea
The charm of a villa in middle of nature
The owner tried to accommodate us to improve our short stay, nice attitude !
It s far away of Korkula village
There is no organized catering
The breakfast is not top, cafe in extra!
Don’t come for a short stay, it s a family villa, come for a week with car and catering !

The villa was absolutely fabulous. We could see the sunset every evening from our terrace. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped by all machines you need to feel yourself as you were at home. Merica was very kind during our stay, and she made excellent breakfasts for us every morning. We still miss your breakfasts! :) If you want to spend a holiday in peace beside a quite, calm bay, you should go there. The sea has at least forty shades of blue and crystal clear. I am sure we come back :)
There was absolutely nothing that we did not like.

It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds comfortable. Our teenagers loved that there was a place to kick a ball around, shoot hoops or play volleyball. We enjoyed walking down to the sea, having a swim and just soaking up the scenery. Sunrise and sunset are incredible, with colors so vibrant. The pool is an adequate size for cooling down and relaxing. The pool temperature was refreshing. We did not have breakfast but it was possible to have it on site. For this location you absolutely need a car for groceries and if you want to go out for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and the airco worked well so cooking was not an issue. WIFI was ok.
This was a wonderful place! No complaints.

If you want a quite visit to the island and discover the surroundings or just chill, then this is a good facility. The pool is very spacious with an amazing ocean view. Standard in room is OK but not luxury as described.
The breakfast is not good at all. The breakfast is often cold with very limited variation and un-fresh garnitures (if any!). Definitely not worth the money paid for. Much better to rent the room without breakfast and save some money.

The owner clearly put a lot thought into making a beautiful property. The pleasant stone architecture and stunning landscaping overlooking a quiet cove made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Driving to it, as we squeezed by a couple vehicles on lonely narrow country roads we started to become a bit doubtful of what we had chosen, but the stay was delightful. (The alternative coastal road to Vela Luka is actually more bumpy gravel than the principal road, although offers views of coastline.). Departing we elected to take the (early morning!) ferry from Vela Luka to Split, rather than return to the ferry at old town Korcula.
The only disappointment was the jacuzzi,as we expected it to be a hot tub. It was the same very cold temperature as the pool, so nearly impossible to use except after a long stay in the sauna.

Hosts were really nice and helpful, the villa grounds/pool and the surroundings are amazing
Photos at booking were misleading, showing their nicest villa that is not even bookable at the moment. Post since then been changed. Villas are detached into one building. Paper-thin walls, you could hear literally everything from the villas next door. Bathroom and living area cold and cannot be heated (visited in May) heaters (aircon) are in the bedrooms only not sufficient to heat the living area. Bathroom had a terrible cistern smell, hot water was only enough for one of us to take a shower every day (4-5 bed villa!!) Living area lacks functionality - 2 bar stools for a 4-5 bed villa and a small sofa with a very badly positioned telly up in one of the room corners. Construction site right next to the Stonehouse - noise all day from 8AM.

Incredible view, incredible place, incredible garden!!
good breakfast and the posibility of grill.
Terrible old dated apartments, one of the worst bed i slept in. But if we are not mistaken there was on top floor a new apartment.
