Great place, right on the water. A million-dollar view, and 10 minutes to Dubrovnik. Would come back

Great place, great hosts. The apartment was more than adequate. All kitchen utensils are there, and the bathroom is well stocked. The beach is steps away (not a sandy Jamaican beach, but great by Croatian standards). You have your own parking, and the view from the balcony is a million bucks. Also, a tip to other travelers: the bus stop is about 15 minutes walking, and parking in Old Town is crazy expensive. It turns out you don't need to drive or take a bus, Uber is, well, uber-cheap. Definitely beats paying 70 EUR for parking in Stari Grad.

The bathroom in the one-bedroom place is small. And not just by the European standards. We were lucky to stay in both apartments (1BR and 2BR). Because we have that point of reference, it was definitely a hard adjustment to the smaller bathroom after enjoying the 2-BR apartment. Additionally, we tried to communicate through the Booking platform with the hosts, and they never got our messages. Something wrong with the 3rd party platform, not the hosts' fault. Probably easier to find their WhatsApp number and talk directly, as they are very-very nice and quick to respond.

Very comfortable appartment in an amazing location, very kind hospitable hosts.

All excellent, very hospitable hosts, scrupulously clean, well appointed. Location is fantastically beautiful and peaceful, memorable view. Good bus connections to Dubrovnik old town, convenient private parking. Beautiful garden. Highly recommended.

our stay was 150% worth every euro

great location, with fantastic views. most relaxing place I have ever stayed. the owners are very helpful and so kind.

the apartment was so clean and a delightful place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the baloney and watch the boats go by all sizes big and small. is is without a home from home.

I start to miss the balcony now...

It's a very lovely house near the water. You could have your own private beach to swim and enjoy sunshine. The house owner is very nice, she has prepared a full plate of figs in the fridge for us when we arrived. The facilities inside the appartment are brand new and clean, a washing maschine is included which is very important for a family with kids. Anyway, it was really nice experience to live in this appartment. I nearly forgot to mention the beautiful balcony view. I would definitely choose to live in this appartment if I go to Dubrovnik again.

Awesome stay

Had a wonderful stay and host was very nice indeed..location is bit far away but had good bus connectivity with bus 1a/1b at 5-10 min walk. The location of apartment is at a beautiful location. Highly recommended to stay here away from the tourist hotspots in Dubrovnik..Amitava

Best of the best

The Appartement is located in a smaller village next to Dubrovnik. The bus station is an about 5-10 minutes walk away - 15-20 min to the center. Also a small supermarket and a pharmacy. The hosts are SO SO friendly. Very warm welcome and every day they asked if everything is ok. The parking Space was nice. And the best: in the small river next to the house you can swim. Its a little bit cold but we had our „Beach“ for us alone and it was quiet and clean. Perfect for relaxing.

Very good

The hosts were very nice and gave us welcome presents (fruit and liquor) and they were very attentive. The location right at the river was awesome and it was fun to watch the boats come in from the ocean every night. It was also clean and there were 2 A/C machines, which was a big plus.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable because you could feel the springs from the mattress (we're not that heavy - 60 kg each). The bathroom was a bit small and it was hard to move as there was not too much space. But the biggest issue was that the walls weren't all too well isolated so you could hear everything from the neighbors (who were really loud because: running kids). But all in all, this is a nice stay and Niko was really attentive and nice! The water in the river was a turquoise dream!

Amazing view and host

The best view I’ve seen in Croatia! The host was so helpful! He gave us a welcome present, was always available to help and make our stay pleasant. He helped us with our taxi to go back. I strongly suggest to book with them you won’t find better in Dubrovnik!

Great option away from the city.

Check-in was smooth and we received a very warm welcome with the hosts frequently checking up on our well being throughout the stay :) The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped. The location right on the bay is great and there is a cute coffee bar and a restaurant within easy walking distance. Dubrovnik can also easily be reached by bus (saving on the horrendous parking fees in town).

WiFi was a little slow.

Exceptional

Very friendly hosts. The location is perfect. It allows you to reach the Old town of Dubrovnik within 20 minutes. Also nice beaches near. Very clean appartement all you need is available. I would for sure recommend this appartement !
