The staff was really friendly.
The beds not so comfortable.. breakfast service could be improve (more options in the menu). Weak internet.

Charming, great location with easy parking close by, panoramic views from the terrace for breakfast.
The triple room had a very hard sofa that was the third bed. My 10 year old found it uncomfortable, wouldn’t advise the room for adults sharing.

It is located in the very center, in the part of the oldest buildings.
The price is too high. The place has nice aura, but next time I would look for a more relaxed place out if the city.

absolutely beautiful riad with the most amazing and accommodating people running it. they picked us up from the airport, gave us snack, arranged for a tour of an oasis and lunch at the beautiful restaurant, and horseback riding for kids.

Nice view from the rooftop, wonderful breakfast very pleasant stuff. Room is big and quite. there is a good aircondition to warm the room, this period it is frozen at night in desert.

The hotel and its decor are beautiful. the bed was very comfortable. The terrasse is really nice, with beautiful views. The staff is nice.
The shower wasn’t very comfortable as the water was going from very hot to very cold constantly.
It was a bit pricey compared to other beautiful hotels we stayed in Morocco.

Staff: Staff was very friendly. We stayed for one evening and arrived in the late afternoon. We mainly chose this location due to being near the medina gates. Parking was in a lot at the medina gate and was a 2 min walk to the Dar. As we exited the parking we were followed by a few men asking if we needed guides or places to stay or tours. We declined and luckily the walk to the hotel was a short one – although through a few dark alleys. Highlight was the friendly host (can’t remember his name- Mohammed?) who helped us with breakfast and offered us tips on our drive to Marrakesh. He walked with us back to the car and saved us from being offered more tours, guides, etc.
Facilities: hotel was beautifully decorated in African antiquities. We were given a tour and asked if we wanted dinner which we declined. The highlight of the dar is the roof patio / terrace. Beautiful place to have tea and take pictures of the sunset / sunrise.
Comfort: room is cosy and comfortable. Wifi is good. Bathroom and shower were ok. The dar is located in the medina so at night you heard small children, dogs barking, people talking – late into the evening. Breakfast included coffee and pastries was filling.
Cleanliness: room was clean and neat with adequate space for two
Value: Good value
Location: This location is great for parking and a short stay in Ouarazazate

We spent one night at this riad while on a tour of Morocco. This is a charming place, in a historical kasbah completely renovated a few years ago. We were wholly transported in an oasis of calm, old Morocco charm and understated elegance from the first steps inside. Our hosts went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We booked a small double room but were upgraded to a standard double room. The room was large enough with a small office nook, quiet, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, and pillows. Spotless clean and beautifully decorated bathroom with all expected amenities for a 3-star hotel and more. A/C, tv set, complimentary bottled water in the room. We could see the attention to detail and guests' comfort at every turn. I cannot emphasize enough how beautifully decorated in the old Berber style this place is - the pictures do not do it justice!!! Fresh coffee, Moroccan mint tea, bottled water are available at all times on the big terrace that offers fantastic views of the town - ideal for admiring a perfect sunset! Freshly made, delicious, and healthy dinner and breakfast included - in the dining room or on the outside terrace. Tourist attractions info was available on request. If you are worried about finding the place on your own, you call the phone number provided by the hotel when booking the room, and someone from the hotel will come and bring you to the place. However, it is easy to find, about 2-3 min walking distance once you enter the kasbah. Exceptional place, highly recommended!

Beautiful riad with a picturesque view from the rooftop. Spacious common areas.
Dinner took forever to be served. The restaurant was hosting a dinner for a large party, but that was no reason to take too long in serving other guests, especially as it was already a bit late and we were tired from a long day's drive.

Really nice terrace upstairs, friendly staff, nice rooms.
The spa area should be included in the room price.

I really love it and I can say it’s my favourite stay in my trip to Morocco. As well as Ouarzazate. I will definitely come again.
The place is so beautiful with many art pieces inside, nice view from roof top, nice breakfast and dinner, friendly staff.
The parking space is close. Easy to find the way to hotel.
