Não se enquadra na qualidade esperada na cadeia Barceló

Nada fora do comum.

Comida muito repetitiva tanto no buffet como nos bares. A comida disponível fora das refeições é pizza, hamburguer e batatas fritas. Não existem alternativas saudáveis, nem a pensar em crianças pequenas, durante esses períodos. Um Hotel que se diz para famílias, não existem soluções para crianças. As bebidas, são na sua generalidade más. Na zona da piscina, existem poucas cadeiras para a quantidade de hóspedes do Hotel. Logo de manhã as cadeiras eram ocupadas com toalhas e as mesmas ficavam o dia todo nas cadeiras.

Exactly what I needed

Everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing! The pool was great, endless drinks and snacks. The entertainment was fab. I loved pretty much everything. I had a wonderful time.

They didn’t have large water bottles available at breakfast time. The sound travelled easily outside the rooms. I’m veggie and when they cook omelettes they use the same spoon to scoop up ham, tomatoes, cheese and onion.

On dirait une usine sans âme. L animation est d un autre age. Les parties communes piscines restaurants et salle d animation sont sous dimensionnees par la capacité d acceuil. Le prix est exorbitant par rapport à l offre.

Generalnie może być ale nie odpocząłem.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra biorąc pod uwagę dostęp do miasta, plaży sklepów. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Z jedzenie generalnie jest dobrze, duży wybór i dobre. Są owoce i ciasta.Ktoś kto będzie korzystał z internetu poprzez wi-fi będzie zadowolony. Można powiedzieć, że działa na terenie całego hotelu, poza plażą oczywiście.

Hotel znajduje się przy ruchliwej drodze przez co pomimo zamkniętych okien bardzo głośno było w pokoju. Uspokajało się dopiero koło 4 rano. Dopiero po powrocie do domu mogliśmy się wsypać. Od znajomych będących w innej części hotelu wiemy, że hałas im tez doskwierał ale z powodu głośnej muzyki z imprez, które odbywały się na terenie hotelu. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie ale za to na raty, najpierw sprzątanie później dopiero dostarczanie ręczników łazienkowych. W sprawie ręczników to bardzo niefajną maja politykę z ręcznikami basenowymi (plażowymi) aby je dostać trzeba dać kaucję w wysokości 20 euro za ręcznik. Będąc z rodziną czteroosobową trzeba zamrozić 80 euro. Trochę to głupie. Na plaży hotelowej powiedzmy, że jest ok ale niestety pomimo All Inclusive nie uświadczysz ani picia ani przegryzki. Trzeba się udać do hotelu. Trochę jest dla mnie niezrozumiałe dlaczego w czasie obiadu i kolacji nie ma dostępnej herbaty czy kawy tylko zimne napoje i wino lub piwo. Coś co mi nie pasowało to trochę nachalni animatorzy ale to pewnie dlatego, że pojechałem tam odpocząć a nie się wygłupiać tańcząc w regionalnych strojach przy basenie. Jeszcze mi się coś przypomniało. Jechaliśmy na całodniową wycieczkę do Marakeszu i nie dostaliśmy żadnego wyżywienia na drogę. Dowiadywaliśmy się w recepcji i dowiedzieliśmy się, że hotel nie praktykuje żadnych lunch boxów jeśli jedziesz na cały dzień na wycieczkę. Pierwszy raz z czymś takim się spotkaliśmy. Zawsze jak byliśmy w hotelu All Inclusive i jak gdzieś jechaliśmy to było coś na drogę dla na przygotowane. I jeszcze jedno. W dzień wyjazdu poprosiłem w recepcji aby wezwali taxi dla nas ale otrzymałem odpowiedź aby iść z walizkami poza hotel i łapać taxi.

Poderia ter sido muito melhor...

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Localização excelente. "Serviço" praia bom.

Baratas (muitas) no quarto sem qualquer tipo de solução. Piscina sempre totalmente "ocupada" de toalhas mesmo quando não estava quase ninguém. Por volta das 10h da manhã já era difícil encontrar uma cadeira da piscina livre, mesmo a piscina não estando ocupada mais de 10%, surreal... A arrumação do quarto era efectuada da parte da manhã e retiravam as toalhas usadas mas só no final do dia é que repunham as toalhas.

Ideales Hotel für einen Strandurlaub und Stadtbesichtigung

Geräumiges großes Zimmer, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer von Touristen besuchten Zone in Agadir, der Strand befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe, ca. 3 Minuten entfernt.

Wspaniały hotel z cudowną obsługą

W Allegro spędziliśmy wspaniałe rodzinne wakacje. Hotel przewyższył nasze oczekiwania pod niemal każdym względem. Przestronne, czyste i odremontowane pokoje, świetna strefa basenowa (1 basen z podgrzewana woda) uśmiechnięci i pomocni pracownicy- od recepcji po niezwykle zaangażowanych w swoją pracę animatorów. Atmosfera w hotelu pozwalała na niezakłócony niczym cudowny wypoczynek :) do tego swietna lokalizacja - zaledwie pare krokow do plaży. Nie mieliśmy opcji all inclusive, więc ciężko wypowiedzieć się w kwestii jedzenie- ale sniadania były najsłabszym punktem pobytu, dość mało urozmaicone.

Mało urozmaicone, monotonne śniadania (mały wybór owoców czy warzyw), opcje slodkie ok.

Smelly and bad Management

Location

. Hotel room 1214 was very smelly like old drain water spider in room, arrived 715pm , requested at 815 after realizing hotel has a bad smell as if it was abandoned since 2 years , after telling them its my wedding anniversary, and they upgrade me to a better room, it still was smelly , and the dinner was very bad, ordered mcdonalds instead, if the General Manager Francias was more understanding like other Barcelo chains they would have accepted my cancelation after complaining within the hour. Instead had to spend the night and they charged me 1041 dreams around a 100 euros for a teribble experience. Hope this hotel finds better management. L'emplacement Le personnel Le buffet est très varié et très bon.

Les boissons qui semblent être coupées à l'eau et ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le standing des chambres etait assez moyen, nous avons pris l'hébergement supérieur mais nous l'avons trouvé très standard. Balcon avec chaises en plastique habité par les excréments des oiseaux. Chambre pas très spacieuse pour être en gamme supérieure. Odeur de canalisations dans la salle de douche. Petit balcon au dessus du bar de la réception. L'eau de la piscine hyper froide, nous en avons pas profité.

Beautiful

The room we were suppose to be in got upgraded to deluxe family room and it was nice and spacious. The beds are massive and comfortable!

We were upgraded as the first room we were taken to was right next to the pool- which meant it was too loud for us, especially our young children. But the manager Mohamed was amazing and thoughtful, he changed the room for us and it turned out to be perfectly situated.

Room looked old, needed improvements and lifts were difficult to get into. we booked a superior, but it didn’t feel like superior.

The location is great, walking distance from everything you need and private access/sitting area at the beach. Staff was nice.

AC was not working and floor didn’t seem like they had been washed properly. Some areas need to be cleaned/maintained better.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms or entertainment and how friendly the staff are! Every night there’s entertainment at the sports bar and throughout the day there’s a range of activities/games you can get involved in. The animation team are so helpful and really made our experience amazing!

Ok for the money

Since we had just come from a luxurious hotel, we were a little disappointed on the first night of arrival, because it is clear that it is an old hotel, the walls of which have simply been painted over. This room is newly renovated and the bed was VERY comfortable. In the bathroom, the doors were dirty, which I cleaned myself, because the brown "paint" on the doors was not what I wanted to see every time. The floors in the room could also be cleaner. If the first night we were rather disappointed with our choice of hotel, the next day we got used to everything and finally enjoyed our vacation very much. Considering how good the price we got for the all in package, we would visit this hotel again!

Great Location!

The hotel was located opposite the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a few souvenirs shops. There are also taxi and bus links available which makes it very easy to get around Agadir. Souk El Had (market) was approximately 30 mins walk. Having breakfast included was a plus!

Although the room was decorated well, some upkeep is required.

close to beach, hotel staff keep it really clean , hard working staff at meal times. relaxed hotel, pool and music, should mix music up 70/80/90 classic etc too. room was nice tv bathroom booked a DOUBLE And were in two single beds attached 🙄. food nice fresh daily. city tour worth doing see area , horse and camel rides good and hamam bath and moroccan massage excellent👍 beach has it area for hotel goers mc donalds also near by. red taxi to shopping centre 20dhr one way for if need bits. all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm do 😔 bar/coffee/ tea minerals in reception area or by pool and at dinner well catered for. manager was a gent gave our friends bottle champagne on the house 10th wedding anniversary, bravo club evening and day time activities or shows etc this hotel is worth staying in hopefully Agadir takes off and becomes the next Lanzarote weather was great for end feb 27oC, worth booking for couples or small family holiday 9/10 and again credit to staff also security at premisses and Gaurds/cop patrol areas well and presence seen

Amazing find

Staff was great, and the facility is amazing. Totally recommend it for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. They made us feel super welcomed.
