L'emplacement par rapport aux différentes visites
Réservation en ligne sans paiement immédiat. Paiement à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. N'accepte pas la CB alors qu'il était bien spécifié que nous pouvions payer en CB. Du coup obligation d'utiliser l'atm de l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surcoût de 80€ à cause des frais de change. C'est inadmissible et l'hôtel n'a rien voulu entendre. La plage est a 300m si vous êtes un oiseau !

The Hammam and Spa were excellent ! I can’t say enough good things about the Spa Manager and her excellent staff. They all treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend a visit! I’m looking forward to my next visit😊

Les sanitaires dans les chambres sont dans un piteux état. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit (boîte de nuit collée à l’hôtel). Cohue le soir au restaurant ce qui rend difficile l accès à une table. Buffet moyen que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner.

Staff were friendly and accommodating from the front desk to restaurant to pool to bar.
Noise! There is a nightclub next door which operates until 6am on some mornings. Music starts around 4pm and can drown out the music from the hotel pool (depending which part of the hotel you're staying in). People using the club seem to enjoy revving car/motorbike engines and using their horns as they leave in the small hours. Our balcony doors wouldn't lock or seal properly so we had to sleep with ear buds.
Only cash is accepted. You can't pay by card and can't charge anything to the rooms.
No WiFi signal in the bedrooms so the smart TV is pointless. Reception did send a couple of staff members to investigate but I was never told their findings. Elsewhere, the bandwidth was very low so even with a full signal shown on our phones/tablets, app updates or sending photos/videos via WhatsApp would take 10-15 mins. Whatsapp and Facetime voice and video calls would constantly freeze or drop. We ended up going to McDonalds over the road to use their WiFi when essential.
I think this is more of a Morocco thing but service was pretty poor in the restaurant. On the one occasion we ordered soft drinks whilst eating food, they arrived as we finished our dessert. Likewise, when asking for bottles of water and glasses, this could take 10-15 mins at times. The restaurant didn't seem to be able to cater for the number of guests as they ran out of plates frequently.
The food was boring. Despite dinners being advertised as a French/spanish/Italian night, it was the same old stuff. Roast chicken and grilled fish and the usual salady foods. Dessert was the same every lunch and every evening - fruits and cakes - apart from maybe one change per day.
The gym had no AC so within minutes people were sweating but there were no towels or cleaning equipment to wipe sweat off yourself or the equipment.
You need to pay at reception to use the gym each time you go. I was told that if go on two occasions, I get the 3rd visit free.

While check in we have been forced to pay cash and card machines were not working.
There was a kettle in the room but no plug near the table ! Used it on the floor.
I have booked junior suite with living area( sofa & tea table) but l have been given a big room with 4 beds!!

El hotel esta bastante bien situado, el personal es muy agradable y esta muy limpio.
La piscina es bastante grande, y el snack-bar es agradable.
Hay una parte que esta nueva, habitaciones más corfortables y otra que esta muy anticuada.
El bufet de desauno es incleible, tienes de todo y esta riquisimo.
La habitación no es como las fotos ya que nos tocó la parte antigua, el wifi no llegaba a la habitación.
Habia un ruido muy molesto en el pasillo que aunque solicitamos que lo revisaran no lo hicieron y nos dificultaba poder dormir.
Nuestra habitación daba a la carretera y con la ventana abierta era imposible descansar.
Finalmente, comentar que el tema eléctrico en la habitación un descontrol ya que habia algun cable que estaba dificultando la commutación y para cargar telefonos tenias que tener la luz encendida.

Les bains de soleil des 6h30 des clients vont installer leur serviettes sur les transat pour réserver leur place ! Il manque d espace par rapport au monde. Si vous voulez vous reposer évitez la piscine.

Plage assez éloigné surtout le retour en Côte.( ayant des problèmes de sante on a du plusieurs fois reprendre le taxi) Pareil pas assez de bain de soleil sur la plage privée, on se retrouve à même le sol ..

Personnel du restaurant et les deux jeunes femmes en réception le matin très agréables
Erreur de chambre. Réservation faite pour une chambre familiale supérieure vue sur mer pour 3 personnes. Nous sommes arrivées tard dans la soirée et avons été logées la première nuit dans une chambre minuscule avec 2 lits. Une de mes filles a du dormir sur un canapé car l’hotel n’avait pas d’autre alternative. Nous avons du appeler 2 fois pour que quelqu’un daigne nous apporter des serviettes de toilette car rien dans la chambre …..Le réceptionniste m’a expliqué que la réservation sur booking et les disponibilités de l’hôtel était deux choses bien distinctes et qu’ils ne garantissaient pas la conformité entre la réservation et l’hébergement sur place. La facture elle par contre était bien conforme….Je conseille de demander à voir les chambres et à bien vérifier que la réservation soit identique aux attentes avant de régler quoique que ce soit dans cet hôtel. De plus des travaux autour de la piscine ont eu lieu tous les jours pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (y compris le dimanche) avec marteau piqueur à longueur de journée. Très mauvaise expérience.

Evening entertainment,spa massage very cheap and wonderful food was delicious staff was great welcoming and super friendly, my favorite waiters was Karim, soufiane, Abdulla, I have to give it up for these guys they wait hand and foot on you and always joking around and making you feel comfortable. also Fatima the Animatrice entertainment she made it fun for all the kids with games and also adults keeping everyone entertained, the hookah bar was a nice relaxing atmosphere,(dislikes)they don’t set all the dining tables with cutlery so your waiting to eat your food plus very stingy with napkins the same at the bar always waiting around to be served they kind of ignore you until

Bottles of wine expensive they don’t serve by the glass! Lots of construction due in the day so wasn’t able to relax and sunbathe the loud construction drowned out the music at in the pool area desserts was the more or less the same daily ice cream would of been a good choice especially for kids! They charge you for pool towels and to use the gym.

Patchy wifi, slow service, was given a twin room when ordered a double. Rooms need a refurbishment, no better than 3 star max. Bathroom was more like a 2 star hotel (leaking taps, cracked tiles, flickering light bulbs etc).

La nourriture était bonne, des galettes Harcha sont préparées devant nous, ainsi que les msemens, des œufs ....personnel sympathique, le ménage est fait, notre suite était propre.
L'organisation du petit déjeuner est bazard pas possible. On fait la queue partout pour servir, du coup tout est froid. Pas assez de couverts, assiettes...il faut sans cesse attendre que la vaisselle arrive pour se servir.
Une fois qu'on est servi, il n'y a plus de jus de fruits...
On a été surpris que l'eau soit facturée en.plus! Pas de carafe d'eau ! !et le prix de la bouteille d'eau est 4x plus chère que dans le commerce ! ! C'est honteux!! Pour un un hôtel 4*!! Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel pour profiter du SPA , HAMAM et Massages....malheureusement , on enva pas profité une seule fois! Car il faut sortir de l'hôtel, traverser la terrasse à l'extérieur pour y aller ! Aucun prospectus ni informations sur les activités dans l'hôtel ni animations le soir !
L'hôtel est très bruyant ! Si vous voulez vous reposer, allez plus loin, car les boîtes de nuits autour mettent la musique à fond une bonne partie de la nuit. On nous a annoncé une suite, mais c'est une chambre parentale avec une pièce avec 2 canapés, pas du tout confortable pour les enfants !
On a dû réclamer le linge de lit pour les enfants !
La description indiquait une vue sur la mer, mais on la voyait à peine entre les toits et les palmiers !
Bref, une grosse déception, nous n'avons pas compris ce qui justifie les 4 étoiles !

Mis à part la gentillesse du personnel qui fait le maximum pour satisfaire les clients, le buffet petits dej cuisinés à la minute et le SPA, le reste était CATASTROPHIQUE: BRUIT: lourds travaux dans l hôtel et « boîte de nuit » juste à côté avec musique à fond et personnes nébuleuses tous les soirs; CHAMBRES propres mais vieillottes et non chauffées; WIFI inexistant sauf ds le hall d entrée; ANIMATIONS moyennes; BUFFET en « Pension complète » répétitif et boissons non comprises (donc payantes et 3 x plus cher qu à l extérieur);
MAIS LE PIRE nous avons TOUS ÉTÉ MALADES avec des vomissements et cloués au lit pendant 2 jours! Avons demandé à rencontrer les responsables de l hôtel afin d être rassuré pour notre santé mais n avons pu seulement discuter qu avec le chef des membres de la réception qui a minimisé les choses en disant qu il n y avait que 2 ou 3 cas similaires alors que plus de 30 personnes se sont adressées à nous en disant avoir eu les mêmes soucis.
Très très déçu.
Avons au final eu contact avec responsable de l hygiène qui a reconnu qu il y avait un problème avec l eau…

Great facilities like activities, gym and hammam and spa. Argana is kept really clean and breakfast buffet was fairly good.
We arrived late at night and told that there was no room in the hotel along with others. We were sent to another building that should be condemned and brought back to Argana next morning and got our proper room by lunchtime.
Also noise level in Argana is bad at night did not sleep well on this trip

À part l’emplacement et quelques personnes dans le personnel je n’ai rien aimé, vraiment on a passé une nuit terrible. 😞 je ne reviendrai plus jamais chez vous. La chambre n’était pas terrible et son emplacement est pire , le petit déjeuner c’est une catastrophe, on arrive le matin on ne trouve plus de verres plus de tasses , la salle n’est pas trop propre et aussi il ni y’a pas trop de choix et c’est toujours la même chose 😔

Very loud pool party on one side of the building - loud street on the other. Breakfast is really not good. Price Was 260€ Discounted to 98€ - which is totally missleading pricing. I hope no one pays the full fare for this. The Wi-Fi is garbage - no Business Center to work - I had to work at the breakfast area to have a plug for my Laptop. The Staff was roaming around me wondering why I was there so long. Then one employee turned on the TV over me with super loud music to make me leave. When I left he told me - is music too loud? Nice one. Do not stay in this hotel. There are way better alternatives. Ex. Les dunes d'or for same pricing, they have WAY better breakfast & larger pool area which is QUIET.

Nette Animateure und gute Abenshow. Die Lage ist auch gut. Wetter war immer gut. Pool toll und Essen war okay. Hätte mehr Auswahl an Früchten und Gerichten geben können. Mohammed der Bademeister war immer top.
Das Zimmer war alt und dringende Renovierungsmaßnahmen sind nötig. Keine 4 Sterne würdig. Wir hatten auch keinen Balkon. Das Bad war 90er Jahre gemacht worden und die Zimmer Möbel sowie die Fliesen ebenfalls zu alt.

Réception surmenée : on a du me changer 3 fois de chambre : la 1ere n’était en fait pas prête du tout, la seconde avait le mirror casse, les murs dégradés et la porte fenêtre qui ne s’ouvrait pas, la 3eme avait un balcon privé qui ne l’était pas puis qu’il était complètement ouvert sur une terrasse commune. La dernière chambre donnait sur la piscine mais la musique d El hôtel pour les animations est bien trop forte, jusque 3h du mat. Vraiment trop forte, plus de 120 décibels 😱 portes fenêtre qui n’isole pas du tout du bruit, et porte de chambre qui n’isole pas du tout non plus des bruits du couloir, une horreur pour dormir le soir et le matin.
Buffet souvent vide : le réassort ne se fait pas et peu d’indication sur les plats, pas pratiques pour les personnes ayant des allergies. Le matin il faut faire la queue 20 minutes pour avoir une omelette 😰
Etablissement qui dit avoir été rénové mais ma rénovation date de 2019 et les chambres ne sont pas du tout entretenues, murs défraîchis, miroirs oxydés, et wifi qui saute toutes les 5 minutes. Bien que nextflix soit dispo sur la smart TV des chambres, impossible de regarder une série ou un film.
La seule chose qui sauve cet Etablissement c’est une petite partie du personnel qui est vraiment serviable

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Frühstück und Snacks waren in Ordnung und nicht zu teuer. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sehr Laute Beschallung am Pool. Ruhe findet man in diesem Hotel nicht. Die Musik am Pool tagsüber ist viel zu laut und übertrieben. Nachts genau das gleiche. In der Nacht ebenfalls, erst nach drei Uhr am Morgen wirds langsam ruhiger. Balkontüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Safe kostet extra und war defekt.
