Espectacular vista y a pocos pasos del lago. Habitación muy cómoda. Cuenta con cocina y comedor para uso de los huéspedes. Excelente atención y preocupación de su Miguel y Marcela, sus dueños.

The host was great! It's a truly majestic spot to stay when travelling la carretera austral :)

Location is perfect, a quite beach on the lake, also very centric in the three-lakes region. Yummy home-made bread for breakfast.
Huge rooms but small beds (just enough for a couple, not enough considering our baby who sleeps with us). Poor water pressure in the shower. Ceramic floor doesn't really do for a cosy experience, and considering the plastic table in the dining room - the place has huge potential but is not half way there.

property facing lake, beautiful landscapes.
hard to get into the property but the host give picture directions. Need to learn the trick to get hot water. Need to turn on converter to get electricity to charge electronic device. A bit primitive.

The setting was incredible with the mountains and lake view, very peaceful.
There is no on site staff after 2pm. Miguel is available via WhatsApp remotely, a prepared breakfast is available between 8:30 am -10:30 am, if you need it earlier, then supplies are left for you to prepare, the driveway is extremely steep especially when you exit onto route 7.

beautiful location
difficult access and limited amenities

Clean, Cousy, nice and with the best view you can expect. Miguel the owner at all times will be connected with you willing to solve any of your problems. And Andrea who’s your host at the lodge is the best. So willing to help and a lovely person too.

Peaceful place, beautiful view and nice location on the shores of Lake Gen Carrera.
Owner and staff friendly and helpful, concerned about well-being of guests and willing to solve issues.
What could have been better: All information I received just the day before my arrival should be available in Booking.com at time of booking, as a warning. When I found out that there was NO telephone signal and NO employee remaining at the lodge it was too late to cancel. I was traveling by myself, and I ended up being the only guest that night. The lodge is isolated of everything, on the shores of Lake Gen Carrera. When the owner texted me to see how I was doing and I mentioned I was feeling not safe (for being completely incommunicable and alone), he promptly asked the employee to spend the night with me, which I really appreciated.

Beautiful setting with personal service. Miguel could not have been more considerate about communication ahead of time. He provided detailed instructions on everything from directions, the wi-fi, hot tub, kayaks, eating options (or rather lack of - which meant we had a chance to buy food supplies before arriving) and general information. I was also struggling to find information about the ferry options in Chile Chico, which have recently changed operator, and he helped find out which company had taken over saving me time and stress.
Andrea who provides the breakfast and cleans was extremely kind and continuously checking that we were ok and comfortable.
The wi-fi was intermittent and the phone signal in this region in general is very limited. This was fine for us, as we specifically chose this location to be able to switch off but it might be something to bare in mind if this is important to your stay and for those who are very reliant on using the internet for research or google maps, make sure you note the location on the map and download anything you want ahead of time.
Not a criticism at all but it would have been nice to have some more information on local attractions that guests could look through and perhaps some board games or cards in the common living area.
