Loved the private and secluded feel of this hotel. Very cool vibe. Felt like Hawaii at times. Staff was nice and food was wonderful. The bungalows on the rocks overlooking the water were the highlight of this hotel. Very unique and I don’t think any other hotels have anything like this. Felt like we had the hotel all to ourselves even though I believe it was sold out.
While the rocks were cool, I missed not having a beach out front. You can get to the sand, but it's a short walk down the road. The pool was hard to get in and out of without feeling like I was disturbing others. I did not like the expensive taxis and how hard it was to get back to the hotel whenever we left. This was the biggest negative. But that's what kind of makes it secluded I guess.

I had a wonderful stay at this quiet hotel. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that was just what I needed. The tranquil surroundings allowed me to unwind and recharge, making my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was attentive and the amenities were great. If you're looking for a serene getaway, I highly recommend this hotel.
Navigating through the park was a bit challenging due to ongoing road construction.

The room, staff, and attention to details (for example the tea and chocolate before going to bed).
Check in and check have never been as easy.
We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to come to Tulum

Beautiful property, on the ocean with great pool and ocean views

Unfortunately, we had to leave on emergency because of health issues while pregnant. In the midst of the pain the hotel called a doctor to give us advice. The doctor arrived within an hour and helped us through the pain. I vomited a couple of times in our room due to the pain I was experiencing. The hotel cleaners cleaned it right away, where incredibly kind, and discrete. Our baby is ok but we had to leave prematurely to get medical help in our country. The service was amazing.
The food was great, I just wished they had more Mexican food options on their menu.

The hotel was lovely, staff were particularly nice. The breakfast was fantastic as were the cocktails.
We had a spa treatment which was lovely.
Location was a bit out of the way… about 20 mins In taxi to get to the area with lots of bars etc.
This hotel was beautiful, perfect for couples. Sun loungers on the rocks overlooking the beach, local wildlife. All gorgeous.
The room was noisy. We were right by reception so we heard everyone coming in, talking, suitcases rolling over the decking outside the room.
There was also a little construction outside as they were building a proper road. This is no fault of the hotel and tbh only disturbed us for two days. Hopefully make accessing the property easier because it was tricky to find on a one way system.

Amazing restaurant, cleaning service. Friendly staff
No beach access. Jet tub deck quite deteriorated. No hanging hooks on shower

The staff, especially Miriam at the front desk very attentive, helpful and greeted with a great energy! Also enjoyed the benefits of the sister properties nearby
Due to construction on the road , the route is only one way leading to the property - you have to drive around (about 4 miles) to enter

Secluded, ocean lapping at your feet, hospitality, peacefulness, view from balcony

Food and location were great.
Bar/restaurant staff were generally great. I did however ask for a small plate of any fruit (not on the menu) and the staff ended up arguing with each other because one said they could do it and another said no because he didn't know how to price it. I ended up having to tell them to calm down and then bought some fruit from a shop nearby.

The service was incredibly good, food a bit pricey but worth it. they have a partner hotel which is a couple 100 m away with beach access and a wonderful Thai restaurant. the room was spacious and very stylish.

Stunning hotel, we felt so welcome and immediately relaxed with drinks at the sea front after our journey. I'd love to have stayed for longer, perhaps for a few years :)
No complaints!

Everything thing is fantastic. The food is expensive but incredibly delicious. Samual the restraint manager makes a wonderful cocktail. The Aperol spritz was our favorite.
i wish there was direct beach/swimming access at the hotel, but the sister hotel just Mezzanine is just a short walk away and has a great beach and swimming.

honestly AMAZING! the amount you pay is so good for the facilities, room, service and grounds. Most hotels in this area are really expensive but this I think is great value for your money. everyone was so lovely and attentive and you really felt like you were taken care of. little touches like different hot teas left on your bed every night and the welcome drink really made it 5 star. would recommend for couples who want a romantic getaway. also happy hour love it!
we personally loved everything. But the rooms may not have as much privacy as most people would like - we were in room 9 and it was not on the waterfront so not many people walking past our pool (just the staff). but to get to the cabanas you do have to walk past people pools, you do feel a little awkward.

the location, the layout and the restaurant everything was so magical and we were glad to be here in our honeymoon.
just one incident.. we did not like the attidutes of the receptionist when we were checking out, she did not asked us what currency we want to charge with our card and made us wait in the lobby while she went to check the room..

We loved every single detail. The property is impeccable and every detail is beautiful! The food was some of the best we had while visiting and we ate in several different locations. our service was also amazing, everyone was so attentive and kind.
The one and only thing we missed was having a hot tub but that is just personal preference. We truly loved everything.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Facilities were great (pool etc, options for spa treatments) room was comfortable and clean. Very romantic focus on couples. Food at the restaurant was very very delicious - definitely a highlight!
No beach access from the property. Our floor became slightly damp when the air conditioner was turned off and the air con was noisy. Though our our stay was impacted by the weather (stormy and rainy for most of the time), probably not great value for money - felt very expensive for what was offered

Quiet, serene, and amazing staff
There were some ants in our room because of the storm

The room was really pretty. Much better than the photos on bookings
The meals at the hotel was overpriced to say the least. There is a very limited menu and when it rained we ordered lunch for 2 it came out to be about 80 usd. 2x-3x of what the town was charging

The bartender made me an amazing sparkling lemonade. I may go back just for another one of these drinks!

The location was ok
I don’t like the food.
I had a dinner and got really sick for the rest of the stay( food poisoning).
Plus it’s super expensive

Perfect romantic 2 nights stay near Tulum archeological site (went there with hotel rented bicycles along the coast). Staff very attentive and kind, especially Efraim at reception who helped us contact the airline for our lost luggage. Cocktails during happy hour worth it. Would stay there again if I go back to Tulum despite the many other choices available.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service was above excellent. Everyone makes sure you have what you need and take care of you. The nightly turn down service was amazing. You get little notes. The pool was nice, breakfast by the cliffs on the cabana was amazing. If you love good environment, want to relax, and get amazing pictures then this is the hotel for you. There is nothing I would change except maybe stay longer if I could.

Even with the hotel itself being spectacular, i most enjoyed the staff. They were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. They took care of me even after I checked out and that is something I have never experienced.
The only thing wished they had was lighting on the street near the hotel. They had security available 24hrs to assist with escorting me to my vehicle which was very helpful.

This was one of our favorite stays ever! Absolutely obsessed with this hotel. It's GORGEOUS and in the perfect location- away from all of the hustle and bustle of the southern parts of Tulum, so you have a little more peace and quiet. Listening to the sounds of the waves crash all nights and the birds chirping in the mornings was perfect. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is great and there's so many places to lounge around. The staff was incredibly nice and super attentive. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and delicious cookies. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to some amazing restaurants, and less than two miles from the Tulum Ruins. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.
Everything was perfect!
