Zentrales Guest-House mit super Dachterrasse (Ganges Sicht) und sehr aufmerksamen Personal

Die Lage zu den Ghats ist wirklich phänomenal!!!! Man geht nur eine Treppe runter und ist direkt am Ufer. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben möchte, steht auch eine Dachterrasse zur Verfügung, auf der wir auch gerne mal das leckere Essen des Guest-Houses bei einer wundervollen Aussicht genossen haben. Ansonsten ist noch das freundliche Personal zu erwähnen, das einen hervorragenden Service anbot. Alles in allem ein gutes und enorm gastfreundliches Guest-House, das wir hoffentlich in Zukunft wieder aufsuchen werden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Guest-House liegt etwas versteckt durch die sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt (kleine Gassen) und es ist definitiv zu empfehlen, sich vom Guest-House abholen zu lassen, was für uns die richtige Entscheidung war. Ohne die Hilfe des Hotels hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich verirrt. Unser Tipp Flughafentransfer über das Hotel organisieren.

Habitación pequeña Muy dificil de localizar Imposible llegar salvo caminando 10- 15 minutos a pie por un laberinto de callejuelas estrechas, sucias y malolientes Aunque es el precio inevitable a pagar si quieres estar alojado en esta parte de la ciudad antigua

Amazing staff, food and location!!

The staff at "Badhra" Kali were excellent: very very friendly and attentive. Probably the nicest hotel staff we have met during 3 months in India! The breakfast was also great and the room very clean! The hotel is located in the old town, just a few steps away from the Ganga. Will visit again! Thank you.

Lugar muy bien ubicado que cubrió nuestras expectativas

La ubicación, la limpieza y la atención del personal. Tiene una bajada propia y directa hacia un gath muy cercano al gath principal. Tiene una terraza muy linda donde sirven el desayuno y que se puede ir a toda hora para apreciar el Ganges. La vista es muy buena.

La habitación que contratamos (la básica con baño privado pero fuera de la habitación) era un poco chica pero muy prolija. Si tuviera que repetir, contrataría una superior.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Pratiquement 35€/nuit, c'est exorbitant. Malheureusement,je perdais la moitié si j'annulais même plusieurs jours avant.

Vale muito a pena se hospedar!

A equipe é muito atenciosa! Deram várias dicas, nos ajudando muito com nosso roteiro, já que ficaríamos apenas dois dias. Conhecemos também o dono, que tem um ótimo papo. O quarto tem um tamanho ok, o banheiro é pequeno, mas o chuveiro é bom! A vista do rooftop é linda!!!

Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein großartiges Team vor Ort!

Das Team des Guest House ist großartig! Unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kamen extrem verspätet um 2 Uhr nachts am Bahnhof an und man hat unsere Abholung organisiert und war auch sonst immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt schön zu machen. Wir hatten das günstigste Zimmer, daher können wir bei Komfort oder Ausstattung nicht mehr Punkte geben, aber es gab andere sehr nette Zimmer. Die Dachterrasse mit Ganges-Blick ist toll.

Die Lage ist zum Erkunden der Umgebung toll, aber wenn man selbst anreist, ist es sicher sehr schwierig zu finden, da man ein gutes Stück zu Fuß gehen muss (motorisierte Fahrzeuge kommen nicht bis dorthin).

Great spot to stay, definitely recommended!

Excellent room with great view of the Ganges River. Our room had a small balcony, great for relaxing. Very comfortable beds, attentive and helpful staff with nice local suggestions. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Varanasi.

Super endroit dans Varanasi

La gentillesse du personnel et en particulier de Akas (toutes mes excuses si j’ai écorché son prénom ! ). Ils sont très serviables et vous aident à porter vos bagages jusqu'au taxi, qui n’est accessible qu’à pieds pendant environ 1 km. La proximité des ghats, la vue depuis le roof-top. Les chambres sont simples, au standard indien dans cette catégorie de prix.

Very comfortable and I’d recommend this place to someone else coming to Varanasi

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff were very helpful in arranging a boat tour, a taxi and being ready to help however they could. The view from the roof was also brilliant.

I thought the room was a bit smaller than the photos suggested but nothing other than that.

The best in Varanasi

My first time in Varanasi and this accommodation was excellent. Starting with the attention and care of the owner (Vikas). very attentive and helped us a lot with everything. Also, all the staff were very attentive! The hotel is very well located (in front of the Ganges river) and the breakfast was awesome. I recommend it 100%!!!

To make it even better, I would recommend maintaining the shower, which did not have hot water and was low for tall people.

The great views from terrace. Good location near to main street and Ghats. The owner is a great person and musician, thanks to him i had nice breakfasts here, and he waited me before midnight for check-in.

The entrance is hard to access, with high stairs from the Ghat or a narrow street from the center. No lift. (but its common in old buildings near the Ghats)

The team and the manager are very nice. The location is top. It's a cute little stay in the heart of Varanasi.

As all hostels in that area it really hard to find at first! Do not trust Google maps on how to find it. Use the map as a general indicator cause many of the pathways will not be shown on the map. Or mine didn't at least.

- not accessible by car. at least 1-1.5 km by walk from the main road. - There is no in-house restaurant. Food ordered is procured and cooked immediately (takes about 1.5 hours) - tv did not work - frequent power cuts. Inverter provided for such situations is unable to supply power to aircon - common areas, dining, etc, are not air conditioned. That means on a hot and humid day, it is pretty sweaty. - mirror located to the side of wash basin

The property charged rs 1000 per head. No attached bathroom in the room and no windows in the room. The room is very small and it is very hot and fan was no also not working properly without speed. The switch of fan was damaged hence we could not increase the speed. The bathroom is very small and no option to lock from inside. The lock is placed in such a way that someone from outside can easily open it. You won't get wifi inside the room and no mobile network coverage inside the room. No drinking water facilities and they will charge 25 for drinking water .Breakfast also not good
