Einfach toll!

Franca ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Appartement ist hübsch und einladend eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch für das erste Frühstück war gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Super séjour je recommande vivement cet appartement

L’appartement est super très propre et décoré avec goût Un plus climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement et sans bruit Franca qui nous a accueilli est très aimable et serviable et donne pleins de conseils ( restaurant,visite,supermarché proche de l’appartement ,horaires des bateaux)

Great apartment with a beautiful view over Lake Como.

A fabulous view from the balcony/terrace over Lake Como and Como itself. Views from the lounge room and bedroom windows also. Various breakfast items including cereal, milk, fruit and eggs were provided, and other unexpected touches made us feel at home immediately. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated. Franca is very friendly and helpful, a wonderful host. Franca met us at the train station and gave us a lift to the apartment, as well as a lift back to the station at the end of our stay. Easy access down the hill on foot via a road and path to the lake. Would highly recommend her apartment.

The apartment has amazing view. It is very clean and comfortable. Franca was really kind and was there for us, if we needed help. It was so kind of her to buy some basic stuff for us to eat and drink in advance.

Loved everything about this beautiful apartment and would recommend as a perfect place to stay.

The view of the lake from the apartment was beautiful. Franca was the perfect host, friendly and helped us out with recommendations of places to visit. The apartment had all you could wish for, the nicest we have stayed in when on holiday.

The appartment is lovely and comfortable, perfectly clean, with amazing view. There was everything we needed and even more. Franca is absolutely perfect host, so kind and helpful. She gave us tips to visit while exploring Lago di Como and its surroundings. There even was some basic food prepared for us for breakfasts - eggs, bread, some cereals and fruit - it was so nice of her! Hope to come back one day, 5 days were sp little.

Beautiful lake view apartament in Como

We appreciated Franca's warm welcome and help at our arrival. Her apartment has a very nice position and a beautiful view over the city and the lake. It is very clean and cozy and during our trip it made us feel like home. We really recommend booking her accommodation.

Everything was great except the fact that for us the room temperature during the night was a little low but it was understandable considering the current world situation.

Highly recommended!

Simply amazing! Very nice and welcoming host. Breathtaking view from the balcony. The apartment is spotless clean and comfy bed, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of tasty varieties were provided for breakfast. Just make sue you rent a smaller car :-) Driving in and around Como in big car could be a challenge.

Cozy Como spot with amazing view.

The view is amazing and the hospitality equally so. With some basic breakfast food already available at the property it saved on having to do a grocery run.

More personally but the parking spot is thing of nightmares if you're cursed with a front wheel automatic car. But you can easily park down the hill from the apartment for 3 euro a day.

Stellar stay at magical Lake Como!

Words, pictures, or descriptions cannot begin to depict this wonderful accommodation or most welcoming host, Ms. Franca, as you’re treated as an arriving celebrity! As marvelous as the stunning views are from the terrace, living room, and bedroom, the most outstanding trait is the absolute cleanliness of the entire apartment along with the attention to detail with decorating throughout. The stocked fridge for breakfast and most delicious bottle of Prosecco was most appreciated. This was our first trip to the area and we made the most of our few days thanks to Franca’s helpful tips, along with all the informational books, magazines, and brochures in the apartment. Stunning sunrise breakfasts followed by evening nightcaps on the terrace (and fireworks display on our last night); doesn’t get much better than that! We are already dreaming of our next stay…thanks again for your generous hospitality, Franca!

Amazing apartment with gorgeous view to lake Como

Everything! Franca was very nice and even left us some milk and eggs and bread with prosecco and also sweets and muffins and croissants for breakfast which was very helpful when we arrived late at night. The apartment is very cozy and clean and had a wonderful kitchen and bedroom with amazing balcony with awesome view of the lake and mountain Brunate.

About the apartment itself and the facilities are wonderful. The only thing is that the apartment is located up the hill and if you miss the number 7 bus you are in for a long and difficult walk up, so either rent a scooter or a bike or come with a small car so you won't be dependent only on public transportation. Bus number 7 leaves the central place at como at 21:25 so beware!

Franca was a wonderful host. Collected from and dropped us to Como San Giovanni train station. Apartment is well situated close to Como and bus no 7 stops very close to apartment -stop named Mameli. The views from the balcony area is beautiful. Thank you for your kindness Franca

Couldn’t recommend staying here enough - if the view from the balcony wasn’t enough, we were well looked after with lots

We had an amazing stay - the apartment had everything you needed, the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and it was a short bus ride to Como centre, or a 15 minute walk along the lake. The kindest host who picked us up from the train station and we couldn’t recommend the apartment enough.

That was an absolutely wonderful stay! Enjoyed every minute of it! The apartment has all amenities needed, the hosts are very friendly and live close. We really enjoyed that everything is well thought (even some food for breakfast is left in a fridge, the host has even picked us up from the train station). We can definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt!

Lovely apartment, welcoming host, good transport links to the town centre.

The apartment was located on the hill on the outskirts of Como. It was a 25 mins walk down the hill to the town and about 35 mins back. There was a bus service (No7) which runs every 20 mins to the town centre. We found this to be cheap and convenient. We caught a taxi back on one occasion cost 9.50 euros. The apartment owner Franca was most welcoming and provided more than a basic stock of food on our arrival (milk eggs cereal,bread pasta etc) which we really appreciated. She also left us a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the rooms were of a really good size. The view from the terrace over the lake was terrific. The air con worked perfectly and was quiet in the night. We were very pleased with the apartment and would not hesitate to recommend it as a place to stay in Como.

The only issue we had was with the car parking. The area for car parking was limited and it wasn't easy to get the car in and out. We had a Fiat 500x hire car which I only just managed to park. Any bigger car would have been impossible to park.
