Great rural location and if you want a quiet self contained location then site this delivers

Great breakfast, lovely location in the village on the valley floor and exceptionally friendly staff

Only slight criticism was the shower strength could have been better

Exceptional

The dinner menu provided an excellent choice. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking and presentation really good. Please continue, avoiding the trend set by the restaurants where you have to be extremely rich to avoid small meals.

Our personal preference is for twin beds, especially in hot weather.

We enjoyed our stay, great venue to celebrate an anniversary.

The breakfast exceeded expectations, the room was lovely, the hotel had character in abundance, the owners were very accommodating.

There were a few minor details wrong with the cleanliness of the bath /shower (a few hairs, had to clean shower head)

Our stay was very enjoyable.

The location is fantastically beautiful. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

It is a little shabby and in need of redecoration. An interior decorator could help to make the most of the hotel environment.

Excellent, peaceful and extremely comfortable.

Location was far off the beaten track; beautiful, tranquil and peaceful. Room was extremely quiet and comfortable - largest and most comfortable bed we've ever slept in away from home! Breakfast was like banquet with so much choice- kippers, salmon, cereal, full english etc! Pub was oldy worldy with lovely welcoming fire with friendly helpful staff. Restaurant food looked excellent; we only ate one evening meal there as were out all day until late. Lovely place, hope to revisit one day. Thank you Jackie and team.

Nothing really but if I was being really picky car parking was a bit tricky at times as there is only room for 7 cars. Its an extremely rural location (roads are not for the faint hearted) in a tiny village, so to be expected.

Relaxing and very full stomachs!

Excellent breakfast and food. Location for walking is very good. Staff are very efficient and friendly as are the locals.

Only slight complaint is that the dining room can be a little cold but it was the middle of winter!

this place is a gem in the welsh countryside, the staff are brilliant friendly welcoming and nothing is too much trouble

everything about the property was perfect and in such an idyllic location

there was nothing we didn’t like except leaving

Just lovely

Food was very good, location quiet, unspoilt. Beautiful church nearby, lots of lovely sheep. Warm ambience in hotel, cosy friendly yet efficient

WFI not working much but that was ok because part of the charm of this place is getting away from hustle of pife

Just what was needed but for myself the room let the weekend down!!

location and food was amazing

The pub itself needs an overhaul, especially the superior bedrooms that are in the old part of the building. They look very tired! And I felt it needed a good clean and maintenance! ( not nice finding large cobwebs and bathroom lights not working!!) Especially with how much your paying for it!!

Delightful and the environment is really beautiful

We loved the location. We arrived late, having booked in for dinner and staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
