Nos gustó todo: las instalaciones, la limpieza, la atención del personal, el desayuno, la tranquilidad y el sector donde está ubicado el hotel.
Nada me disgustó.

nothing it was garbage
Aylin, worst front desk worker ever constantly falling asleep, always asking for favors, which is very unprofessional regardless if it’s asking to convert money through tips into pesos or asking for baby formula,or in a direct case asking me for 500 thousand pesos, she should be fired for crossing the line like this so many times

The staff is excellent, huge highlight of our stay at this hotel. They made us feel safe and welcome every day. We would come back just to see them again! The service and breakfast are amazing. And the location is just perfect.
I was happy to get a roomwith a window and balcony.

Great location near restaurants, parks and entertainment.
It would be nice to update the access to enter and leave the hotel. Something more modern and convenient instead of having to wait for someone to let you inside or outside.

Location. Free breakfast. Value for the money.
Hot water did not work too often. This was the first time I had this issue at this hotel. Water freezing cold.

I've been a few times and I like the staff and it's a quiet neighborhood and better alternative to poblado if you're passing through
I've been twice and found there was no hot water in the room which as a shower is the first thing you want as a traveler wasn't good and they are a bit lackadaisical about that and some rooms much better than others but generally friendly and attentive and would return but not to room 302 which was dark when I had requested a light room. The lofts are great but pricier.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour. Word of warning though: You must be able to speak passable Spanish to navigate this hotel effectively.
At first, I was given a room with a balcony. Great right? No. The Balcony didn't close properly and couldn't be locked, so the room was not secure. Randomly, there was also rubbish in the closets, including an old telephone! Furthermore, the garbage collectors started at 5.00am the next morning, and you could not adjust the outside lights on the balcony, so sleep was practically impossible. I asked to change rooms and was moved to a much better room, except this one leaked and there was about 5 cm gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. The hotel itself is poorly designed: No soft furnishings and all hard surfaces means that the place is a massive echo chamber. It is very difficult to get a quiet night's sleep.

Decent rooms, albeit small and without windows, and hard beds
Please remove the “soundproof” from your description. You can hear the reception talk in the rooms a floor up and far away, let alone the high-class clientele scream in the hallways and at breakfast. From the babies one could understand, the adults not so much, but that probably sums up all of the Medellin hotels

Even though I came late at night, the staff member helped me promptly to check me in as she was pending on my arrival at the front door.
The next morning Ms. Adeline of the staff members helped me to get my breakfast right away as I had to take my earlier flight back home.
I have no complaints!

The staff was very friendly and check on you allways if you need something
Room i got was near front desk on first floor and it was to noisy all the time people go up and down from the stairs, but if you want peace and quiet this is not a good location for you.
