Bon hôtel très économique et bien situé pour séjour court!

Le petit déjeuner était très varié et le jus d'orange délicieux. La literie était très confortable. Les réceptionnistes étaient très attentionnées.

I like the attitude of the cleaning team and the cooks. The location to restaurants was nice as well as the neighborhood.

False advertisement. The profile says representative can speak English but, no one speaks English. THE BIGGEST ISSUE FOR ME WAS, THIS PLACE DOESN'T HAVE SAFE'S TO SECURE YOUR VALUABLES. RIDICULOUS! WHAT PLACE DOESN'T HAVE A SAFE IN 2023? The hotel doesn't have a elevator and you have to walk up 18 stairs daily. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, due to the sink stopping the door. I COULD BARELY SIT ON THE TOILET, DUE TO THE VERY SMALL BATHROOM. MY KNEES ALMOST TOUCHED THE WALL. The wooden floors were worpe. Water flowed from the shower, to the toilet area daily. I had to put towels on the bathroom floor, to stop water from flowing into bedroom. Bedroom walls were also worpe. The staff kept lights out in hotel hallway nightly, which is a severe safety Hazzard. Someone can trip or fall, as a result. Tv didn't initially work. I had to get the staff to fix the problem. I was allowed to fix my own plate during breakfast but others were. 🤔 Birds were allowed to fly into the premises. My room had a big spot light outside the window therefore, making the room very lit and not dark inside.

The perfect location and safety of hotel Asturias made me extend my stay in Medellin!

Most beautiful, quiet and walkable part of Laureles. Great number of coffee shops, co-working spaces, restaurants and all within walkable distance. Super safe stay if you are traveling alone. Perfect for a digital nomad, even better than most airbnbs around!

It was awesome

By far some of the nicest, most hospitable staff ever. They were extremely attentive to me and everything I needed during my stay. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Much love to all of the staff-- from facility management, to front desk, to the kitchen. Everyone was purely fantastic.

Hotel was nice and clean and had a very good location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and very attentive

The room I had was way too noisy. In the hallway you can hear people talk and passby. Lighting in hallway was also too much reflection inside the room. Only few options for your breakfast choice

No window in room, very uncomfortable beds, nice staff, decent breakfast.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel lobby and common areas are nice. The breakfast is decent.

When I booked the room, it was advertised to have a large and beautiful window. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. When I arrived, my room did not have any windows and I woke up in the morning in total darkness. Without the natural light, the room was very uncomfortable. Not only were the lights very white cold light with no lamps, but the bed felt like sleeping on a very hard cardboard box. If I turned on my side it became painful after some time. So that wasn’t great. I asked the staff about the window and they said that is a different type of room with a window and they didn’t have that type of room available, but on this website the photos were directly associated with the room I booked so that was very misleading. I was very happy to leave.

Overall I like everything on my stay here. The personnel is very welcome, friendly and helpful as any question or inquiry you made. Andres, Renzo, Claudia, Catherine, Juan and Olga there were always helpful. Thanks.

The only thing that pop out on my mind now is the bedroom lights. There are not nightstands lamps which are very helpful once you are on bed, trying to read o just relax instead of the rooflights only.

Amazing location, great staff, great value

The location was perfect for the Laureles neighborhood. You could walk to many different restaurants, bars, and shops. It also felt very safe and quiet relative to the rest of the city. I also really enjoyed the staff, Katarina was extremely helpful and helped us several times with information and coordinating transport.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me. Additionally the room was a bit smaller than the photos made it seem.

Great place for my first-time visit to Medellín/Laureles. Clean, quiet, convenient location with great staff.

Everything. It’s in a quiet, convenient location, is meticulously maintained, and the staff is very helpful. They were very patient with my lack of Spanish skills and really went out of their way on several occasions.

Superb

I loved the location of this hotel. The area offers all the amenities you need with options to walk, uber, cab, catch the metro, or whatever you need. The neighbourhood is both quiet and full of activity, and has to be one of the greenest in all the cities in Colombia. The staff were excellent - just really lovely people all around; so helpful and so kind.

I have no complaints.

cute little hotel in Medillin

Nice location. Clean hotelroom and hotel. You dont hear any noices from outside in Great staff. Breakfast is good too: scrambled eggs, fruits and coffee. Wifi works very well. Everything is close and opposite of the hotel you can buy fresh jugos. Markets are close too. Medillin is a nice city and you have bery nice restaurants just a couple of blocks away and the area feels safe

The room was a bit small and had no windows but it was okay.
