Pesadilla

Ubicación

Pésima atención del personal de recepción, cero resilientes con los huéspedes. Viaje a la Maratón de Medellín, domingo tuve que salir 5 am y pregunte si me podían guardar el desayuno y me dicen que no. Luego cuando llego al señor que estaba en la recepción le pregunto si podía desayunar y me dice que no porque no lo dije al salir. No volveré a ese hotel.

Warm room

The location real close to everything

The room too warm they tried to fix it and all it did was too make it to leak water all over the floor and the bed after 3 days they changed our room

You'll rest. But you will not feel at home.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is well located, though the Street can get quite noisy.

The signs at the room make you feel unwelcomed: "Do not stain the sheets or get fined" "Do not use the towel to clean your shoes or get fined" These things are so straightforward that makes you wonder which kind of guests do they expect. The breakfast is not very good.

The hotel was comfortable and the room was clean.

Easy to locate and close to many places.

The receptionist that attended us when we arrived didn’t really know how to explain the rules of the breakfast included and she didn’t mention anything about the jacuzzi or terrace. our flight arrived very early (7:00) and check in is at 15:00, so we had to wait all that time. Which is fine, but we were also tired and just wanted to rest and walk around to make time go by. We got back at 14:00 after walking around and asked her if the room was available yet and she seemed bothered that we asked and she tells another receptionist in front of me, “Estos señores es que llegaron muy temprano y el check in no es hasta las 3… así que no está listo.” We knew the rules, but we just wanted to ask in case it was ready. We didn’t appreciate the pettiness. At least that’s what it felt like to us.

Great stay- amazing location

Lovely hotel, the location is amazing! Super close to everything you could want. Breakfast great each morning, slightly different options and a buffet drinks section. Staff lovely, happy to assist when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Rooms not soundproof - other guests were super loud (not the hotels fault, but maybe inform guests to keep it down after 10pm and before 9am) we had someone playing guitar outside our room at 6am one morning

Pleasant stay in Laureles

Rooftop jacuzzi except it closes early. Inroom.jacuzzi, location is amazing for restaurants, bars and anything I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and good price is key for this hotel.

They charge you for a different guest even though I paid for two people. Buffet breakfast was horrible. But they were willing to make eggs to order when asked. Room was very small. Ok for couple nights. Tv box was dangling in front of screen. Appears they had attempted to fix before so I didnt bother complaining. Wifi was weak.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel and easily accessible area. Safe area as well. Room and bathroom were clean. AC works with no issues as well.

Room did have an internal window and bathroom has no window.

Good location, clean hotel, the room was fine. Bed was okay, too. Hot water in shower. Close to the restaurants and shops (1-2 minutes). Parking in underground garage for 6-7 cars, works as "first come, first serve".

Breakfast was weak. Nothing to chose from, they didn’t bring more food when something was gone.

Valuable hotel and there are some spaces to be improved.

1. The location is brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in walk distance, especially one restaurant provide peru food is absolutely yummy, it was the best food experience during Medellin trip. 2. The public work space is convient and conformtable.

1. The room is very small and the facility was not good, even the table was broken. 2. Few options for the breakfast. 3. No one can speak English.
