This place was wonderful! It is located in the heart of Helen so you can walk to everything in town. The river views from the porch were beautiful. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Property location was perfect. Within walking distance of all of Helen. We were able to park the cars and not have to deal with them until time to leave. Unit provided everything we needed. Lots of room. Master bedroom has tall bed. My 5'2" wife had to get inventive on getting in it.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was well appointed with a stocked kitchen and nice furniture. The screened deck was awesome and again good seating outside. Everything was nice and clean. Loved the open floor plan, bathrooms in both bedrooms, and the location! Use of the gas grill was great. I’d love to have 2 sets of keys to get in, as our party was split up some days, and an interior lock that doesn’t open with the door handle. We had to block the door from our toddler. The thermostat was on a bit of a wild schedule and blasted air at night, but not sure if that was from a previous renter and it was easily fixed. Loved that the air conditioning worked well! Two in our group hit their shins badly on the bed in the master bedroom, so just a heads up to be careful there. Communication was good. I had a question when I first arrived and received a quick response. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay! It was nice and relaxing and we loved hanging out on the deck watching the floaters go by on the river.

Our kids go to Winshape camp for one week every summer. Once we drop them off, my husband and I stay in Helen and relax. That way we are close by if needed. This property is so nice. It’s right by the river. We loved watching the tubers while relaxing on the screened porch. We were able to walk everywhere because this condo is close to everything. We plan on staying again next summer.

This is our fifth time at this condo. Great hosts, great location and perfect for our family. The only downside is it is close to a road that had a lot of motorcycle traffic which was loud. Other than that this condo has everything and more.

This is our fourth year in a row staying in Helen Georgia for our anniversary, our second year in a row at this group of condos and our first year staying in the two bedroom. The location is perfection. There is no room for improvement, I couldn't imagine how it could be any better. This group of condos are literally on the water's edge and walking distance within a few blocks of everything that Helen has to offer. And 15 for 30 minutes drive from countless waterfalls including Anna Ruby falls and Tallulah gorge rim hike. HIGHLY recommend. It's basically Gatlinburg without crowds and without traffic.

The property was very nice and clean! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Helen. Matter of fact, the town was so cute and peaceful that I am thinking of coming back in the fall. My only complaints are these was not clear information on how to access the Wi-fi. Also, I was not sure if the elevators worked due to the signage and were too dispose of trash.

There were 5 of us and we stayed for 3 nights. The condo was beautiful, we had plenty of room, and our favorite spot was the screened porch overlooking the river. It was very peaceful. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The condo was immaculately clean and very nicely furnished. I drank my coffee on the screened-in deck overlooking the river every morning, and it was so pretty and peaceful. The location was the best! We walked to everything in Helen, but we still felt a little removed from the crowds and noise. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again one day!

This property is truly beautiful, clean and spacious and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shopping and live music options that you can't try them all. Being able to sit on the screened porch and watch the river flow over the boulders was serene and so relaxing. I definitely recommend this property!

There was enough room for 5 adults and 1 child; we were very comfortable. We prepared ate three meals in the condo. There were more than enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of us. The condo is conveniently located to town, and we walked everywhere. We've been to Helen many times, but this was the first time we've been during the Christmas season.

The tvs could access our streaming channels w/o a code that wasn’t provided. There was hair in the master shower. There was no grill as stated on the information. The guests above us very loud into late hours.

This property has everything you need and more for a trip to Helen GA! The location was fantastic, with easy access and walk to all locations. The view of the river was one of the key selling points to us, and it did not disappoint! We did not know the Helen Christmas parade was during our stay, but the lineup occurs right in front of the property. With the weather a little wet and chilly, we were able to enjoy the parade from the comfort of the apartment. Stacy and Lamar were wonderful hosts! We did not need to contact them, but they reached out to ensure everything was as expected. It was a nice touch! Thanks again for opening your home to us!

We enjoyed this place so much. It was clean and well stocked. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. A few things we really appreciated were the covered parking, the elevator, the comfortable king size bed and the deck. The location is great if you want to walk. Close to restaurants and shops. It rained the entire time we were there but we still walked! The condo is very spacious. While I didn’t plan on cooking while we were there, if I had wanted to do so I would have had everything I needed. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware was in great condition and it was a perfect size to work in. The dining table was plenty big enough for a 1000 piece puzzle and we still had the bar for a place to eat our takeout. I really can’t complain about anything. It took me a few minutes to locate the folder with all of the information like the WiFi password. Maybe place that on the coffee table or dining table. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Two mother-daughter duos rented for a Thanksgiving- Christmas getaway. This unit is in an awesome location. It had everything we needed and a wonderful layout. So comfortable and had the sweetest Christmas decorations. Reservations and check-in were simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend this unit in Helen, GA. Can't wait to return.
