Le lieu est magnifique et paisible , le personnel très sympathique.
Le logement est petit et mal optimisé , le petit déjeuné est le même chaque jour et on fini par s’en lasser

Reception friendly breakfast was nice
on booking we were told there was a speaker dock but none available - would have brought my own if known .

Iconic design and great environment. Love the hot tub which is relaxing. Small but very functional bathroom

very beautiful setting - great to have a hot tub
it was very small - which I know they said but if the weather was bad it would feel pretty claustrophobic in the room - ridiculously small bath room

Exactly what the doctor ordered. Getting back in touch with nature (fresh air, birds tweeting, and forest type smells). Even although this place was fully booked it is really quiet and peaceful. We saw no one and, heard nothing!
Locally the area has history and when chatting to staff they are aware of the local history which is good. Writing about staff, the ones was saw were very welcoming and nothing was a problem to them.
It was the wee touches that impressed such as, the Nespresso machine, hair dryer, breakfast door delivery, and of course the good old midgie replenant - you will need this, also best get a midgie net for your head! It means you can enjoy the wee hot tub. 😉
We done the activities and enjoyed the Segway and archery. Also tried our hand at golf - it's great no one uses the course so if you can't hit the ball, no one sees! Area has so much potential without losing its beauty, tranquility and sense of euthymia. Starting of with a segway racetrack!!!!
Enjoyed our stay and plan to do a wee detour for a couple of nights when covering the NC500. Just for the peace.

This wee lodge was absolutely amazing! I booked it for my fiancées birthday and asked the room to be set up for her on arrival. This was taken care of and couldn’t have asked for any better. It’s set in a gorgeous area, not too remote but quiet enough. The lodge itself is perfect and has everything you need inside plus extras. Wee added touches didn’t go unnoticed. Hot tub and fire pit was phenomenal too. Would definitely recommend and will return again soon. Staff are very friendly too!
Nothing! Was all perfect.

Beautiful little lodge. lovely location. very tranquil
There were only a few downsides:
1. The jets for the hot tub were not very strong at all
2. It poured of rain all evening unfortunately, which meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on the veranda which was a real shame. obviously this is totally out of everyone’s control, so we sat most of the evening inside the lodge chilling after being in the hot tub for a good while. the only issue was that we could not get anything to work on the tv at all - we tried to play Netflix and tried to use Spotify to play music, but I think the wifi was so poor that nothing would work for us.
3. Having nowhere to eat food is a bit difficult. I know the lodges are tiny so it is hard to fit everything in. Because we couldn’t sit outside in the rain we had to lay a towel out on the bed to eat our dinner/snacks and also our breakfast.

Stunning location. Pods had everything we needed. The girl in reception was extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our requests. We loved the option to add an extra hour to our check out time.

Absolutely splendid stay, so many little touches and attention to details. Ultimate customer care from start to finish. The hot tub was fabulous and bed was very very comfortable.
Everything was perfect, absolutely no criticisms whatsoever.

Beautiful lodges and very private, loved the extra romanace package.. Beds very comfy and hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was lovely.
I liked everything, your standards are very high ❤️. but just a couple of little suggestions. On our first night, it was very windy, and the gate is on a magnetic lock, I was woken a number of times throughout the night with the gate swinging open and hitting the side of the lodge, maybe it would have been better to have a catch on the gate instead. I see there was a stopper there to stop it hitting the lodge but this was bent, and markings could been seen on the lodge where it had been hitting. Also, another minor thing was that there was no dish cloth to use. But as I say these are just minor things and overall an amazing stay. Would definelty recommend.

Our first meeting was with Chris at reception, he was so helpful and went out of his way to help us with our needs. The lodge was just breathtaking and the Hot-tub was roasting when we got in. everything was spotless, the little touches for our dog and us meant the world to us. the breakfast in the morning was so yummy and fresh. can’t wait to come back again VERY soon.
nothing it was fab!!

They wouldn’t let me change the date of my stay.
Very unreasonable and unprofessional. I have emailed them about this and they haven’t even responded.

the quiet location, the views and everything was just what we wanted

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and our room (and the hot hub) was all nice and ready when we arrived. Everything was prepared to the highest standard and the lodge was very comfortable and luxurious to stay in. Every morning we looked forward to the freshly prepared breakfast and used the outdoor area to the fullest. Would recommend staying even in winter! The location is a perfect starting point to explore all of the neighborhood areas. We'll definitely be back :)
a few minor maintenance issues, very minimal

Probably the best place I have ever stayed! This was a solo trip for me and my dog and we were so comfortable here. The hot tub was amazing, super easy to use, and was really relaxing with the sound of creek and the birds all around. The bed was dreamy, so comfy. Everything was perfect. The delivered breakfast basket was awesome and such a beautiful touch to the already great stay. The whole property was clean and quiet, cool little spots to explore around the area. Can't wait to go back.

Lots. Bed so comfy. Room v clean. The wee treats that were left and breakfast were a great bonus. Hot tub was excellent. Felt nice and private. Location over river was amazing! Friendly helpful staff.
We got a good deal but I know normally it is quite expensive so I'm not sure I'd come at the higher price. Mainly only as it is a small room and bathroom very tiny, though that is clear from the website so not a surprise.
