The hotel was situated near the mountains as expected
You have to pay for everything on top even the coffee ,yup I kid you not even the coffee in the room you have to pay for literally each sachet of coffee as well as pay extra if you want any milk sent to the room .
The mattress I think is the original spring mattress when the hotel was built in the seventies , the room is so small you can barely walk around the bed . the air con doesn't work only heating from an ancient central air-conditioning system. The food is absolutely terrible , such an absolute rip off seriously , the pool is very mildly warm ,the massage is absolutely pointless

The rooms were tidy and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the scenic view from the room and appreciated the comfort of the bathtub.
We were not notified beforehand that the main SPA facility was out of service for our 4 days stay. Instead, we were offered a VIP SPA experience, which consisted of a sauna designed for two people, but this meant there was a queue of all the guests. When it was finally my turn to use the sauna, the power in the entire center went out. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available, and no receptionist was on hand to help us come back to the hotel rooms.

The location, spa facilities, mountain scenery are great! Very relaxing, not crowded, clean and nice looking place close to the mountains; One can easily combine the advantages of relaxing spa procedures with mineral water and mountain tourism nearby;
Too hard, almost impossible to contact the property before our stay by phone. Nobody answered my phone calls for several days.
The food at the European restaurant was overpriced, Taste of Asia restaurant was announced to work by hotel staff and on hotel website, but not in reality;

Everything was good, breakfast was okay and the room and the view from the room were spectacular
There is too many employees doing absolutely nothing just wondering around and looking at guests making us feel uncomfortable
3.5
very nice hotel, very nice facilities, tv in the bathroom, nice jacuzzi bathtub,a lot of money invested
very untrained personal, mostly didn't speak English
they asked money for the coffee from the cofee machine from the room :) - this is first time in my life
they asked for dinner fee 49 leva and in booking was writen 39( argument was that it is only with packages etc etc- it's not true , all the hotels have the dinner fee from the booking description)
final conclusion- the want to make "quick cash " from every small thing, and they are desperate to charge you for anything ; too bad that a such nice hotel has so bad management and staff- owner should reconsider if for a 5 star hotel it s normal to charge the coffe from the coffe machine in your room
the golf was incredible, and the personal from the Pro Shop very Professional and Friendly

everything is just stunning 😍

The whole place is amazing, the nature, all the wooden properties, the outdoor pools… perfect!
The restaurant. The food was a bit tasteless and the staff was indiscreet and always around you and watching you. We felt like we needed a bit privacy while dining, we couldn’t say a word to each other because the staff was always around us.

the golf course was nice. the service was good
The hotel is really dated, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, the sleeping pillow is of extremely low quality. some of the facilities were not working like the light in the wc, the refrigerator and so on.
definitely not 5 star hotel, even for Banso standards is more like 3

A lot of problems with both bathrooms.
Very cold in one of the rooms.

the water in the outdoor pools was extremely warm and the food at breakfast and in the evening was very tasty, the room was very pleasant with a beautiful view of the mountain and the city, clean and spacious
there is nothing that I did not like the experience and feeling in this hotel was unique along with the atmosphere it creates, maybe the only problem was that the jacuzzi in the room didn't work for us

This property should have at least 9,5! Everything was fantastic - location in the picturesque place in the Pirin mountains, huge territory of the complex with various outlets and activities (restaurants, bars, spa center, billiards, board games, boutiques, shops, etc.), amazingly friendly staff, stylish spacious rooms with the cozy terraces and mountain view, high quality cosmetics, outstanding cleanliness.
This hotel is incredibly luxurious and stylish, most of all I like the presence of fireplaces, coziness, paintings gallery in the halls, and the use of wood, huge windows and spaces in the interior. It is comfortably just to stay here in the restaurant with huge fireplace and a cup of tea.
Specially I would mention food and beverage facilities. We had breakfast and dinner included and were incredibly surprised of the set-up and the food options. You will find here everything you need on the dinner buffet: 10+ dishes on cold stations, more that 6 cheese types, 4+ dishes on the hot station, different soups from day to day, vine card, fruits, fresh vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, 5+ salads. Breakfast was excellent! There are opportunities to create your own to take everything from the buffet, however service staff will kindly offer their help and you will be served hot scrambled eggs straight from the kitchen immediately. All the drinks will be also pleasantly served for you.
Exclusively would thank Tatyana, Emine and Evgeniya from F&B, Pavel and Artem from FO and to all HSK team for their outstanding service and customer care. Thank you so much!
Your property is amazing for any kind of stay with family or friends and during any season, so we definitely plan to come again! Thank you, dear team of Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa!

The view was nice. Bathroom was nice.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Food at the buffet was terrible.
3.0
Helpful staff, but little use of English. problems in the rooms. bad food.
4.0
Amazing location and views. Worth mentioning the amount of efforts in maintaining the whole complex. Kudos.
It's probably time to renovate the furniture, it's worn out and doesn't correspond to the pricing.
Probabily worth revising the training in customer service to comply with the ranking of the hotel.
