we have never been in such dirty appartment
3.2
Location was ok
Place is in need of a full refurbishment.
Mould everywhere, the place smelt of mould (picture frames, side of toilet, shower cubicle, things inside the draws), towels freying, sofa bed was broken, no door with just a curtain over the door frame, electrics need up to date pac testing (extension lead last tested 2018, kept turning off straighteners), cooker not situated properly and was dirty inside, floor was rotten (think it's been damaged by water), wardrobe has started bowing so nails are sticking out at the back, cobwebs everywhere, phone would not charge properly, needs lighting out the back in the alleyway as we slipped multiple times on the step, parking is not as described, it says it has a parking space but it is parking on the road with a sign for permit holders only when Hampden events are on, had to phone up tseveral times to find out information although the person was still not helpful.

Nothing
Everything, it was not clean properly. The extra bed was fully broken, the matters was too old and worn. The sofa are too old and smelly also found some dead insects. No toothpaste in the toilet, only 4 tissue roll.
3.2
Location was okay as it was next to hamden park
Flat was damp, woodlice everywhere, kitchen floor was very slopy and uneaven, lights in both kitchen and bedroom were flashing so not acceptable for people with epilepsy. Kitchen tap was very very loose and needs replacing. Being pregnant and having an uneaven floor throughout made me very dizzy and felt nauseous when walking around.
3.2
Ambiente ótimo, e bem perto do centro da cidade.
Único ponto a Desejar é a via de acesso, ela fica alagada com água e com poças, portanto na minha chegada cheguei com o tênis encharcado.
3.2
Handy for train a train. Handy for the stadium.
Unlit track to property and path to back door. Some unclean facilities, a few unsecured wiring. Other people's belongings in draws and cupboards
3.2
The master bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the heater in the bedroom and living room. Wifi connection was excellent and also the program options on the TV.
Our stay was pleasant for the price paid for three nights.
The areas that could do with improvement are:
Change the sofabed in the sitting room. The mattress did not look clean.
The kitchen and bathroom taps were loose. The water takes a long time to drain from the bathroom sink. Looks like the drain pipe might be clogged.
3.2
Superb flat with loads of space, lovely peaceful garden and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts went above and beyond to help us. Loved the fact that we were given information about local amenities and transport options. We would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Glasgow. Great value for money.
Nothing to dislike
3.2
Quiet place. All we need for out short stay
3.2
Ease of stay, clear directions. Had a great weekend
3.2
everything I needed for the stay, felt like I was at home
nothing
3.2
The location was ideal for visiting family and going in to the city centre.
The property had everything you would need without feeling cramped. Surprisingly light and airy.
Mariusz was extremely pleasant and the text with directions to the flat was very helpful.
Good value for money.
I wouldn't say there was anything I particularly disliked. It is a quirky property which could do with a little tlc.
3.2
Nothing really
Loud person in flat above, listen the music until 2am, believe me will keep you awake for most night.
Flat is dump, strong smell of mold definitely needs some TLC.
Location not the best, you get to flat from the back, and on the evening weekend there is group of young people with beer, could be a bit scary.
When I told the owner about issues, I had a filling he didn't believe me. Definitely not a place to visit and for sure not for family. I will not come back to this place for free.

Nice clean flat
Private location
3.2
The location is a lovely, quiet area very nearby Hampden Park, also has plenty shops, cafes and takeaways about 5 minutes away with the train station just over a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment was easy to find and gain access to, as mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is accessed via a back lane, which we found adequately lit and easy to navigate. Yes the apartment could do with a bit of a makeover but it really is a lovely, cozy wee flat and was perfect for our stay. Nice wee, private garden that would be lovely in the warmer weather. Well worth the money and we will definitely use again the next time we need accommodation in the area.
The only thing that we would say was a negative, was the drainage of the shower. It didn't drain quick enough and the shower tray quickly filled up with water flowing onto the bathroom floor. We had to be in and out the shower in a few minutes to prevent flooding the place.
3.2
Really comfortable and cosy.
Kitchen a bit on the cramped side and bathroom a little cold. And quite a leak under the kitchen sink.
3.2
Location
Main bed
Kitchen well equipped
Poor internet, TV not working, leak under sink, shower fills up, sofa bed, neighbours above blasting music until 1 a.m
Whole place is very tired looking
3.2
Great location for Hampden Park events. Very good communication from host, excellent instructions to check in. comfortable sofas. Clean towels and bedding. clean shower, toilet and kitchen. Price is hard to beat!
No coffee maker.
Floor needs cleaning more thoroughly. Plastic walls in the bathroom need cleaning properly.
3.2
The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were washed at a high standard
Your able to hear every single movement from the flat above. Which was really uncomfortable
3.2
Good price, good location and dog friendly. Was nice to have a garden for the dog to run around in. The bedroom was very large had a lot of open space. Definitely good value for what you get. Large bed.
Garden could do with some TLC. The remote for the TV didn't work, when trying to turn TV off it muted instead. There were hairs where the toiletries are from previous guest. One of the toilet roll also had a strange orange mark soaked in so did not use. Loose taps and slow draining water in the shower. Some loose bulb sockets in the bedroom. Some of the drawers had questionable items in them.
3.2
Location for us was good
Everything else was awful and host was unfriendly and unprofessional place was damp and mouldy on a positive towels and bedsheets were clean but couldn't spend a 3rd night in it had to leave and go to hotel
3.2
Was ideal as our base for a weekend of family celebrations
Was a bit dark
3.2
N/a
There wasn't enough ventilation to cook without the fire alarm going of
3.2
the general location is good but the access is down an unmade and unlit alley , complete with dog poo.
the flat is down a couple of stairs and he has a bath mat at the bottom, helped with the mud on our shoes !
the kitchen and the floor were dirty , the surfaces needed a thorough clean. I washed tea stains and lord knows what else off.
the bedroom has no window and no ventilation is a cellar essentially!
I think I’ve been too generous in my rating. I won’t be back.
Almost everything

Good communication with host. Nice hot shower.
Could have done with a spare blanket. Divided building, noise from upstairs.

- The host was really friendly
- The bedroom and living area layout were nice
- Finding parking wasnt too difficult
- The cost of the apartment was a pretty decent price
- The place does have good potential and you can see effort has been made, but cleanliness should be prioritised, and doors added.
- It wasn't clean to a sufficient standard.
-The kitchen and bathroom could do with some renovating which would help.
-The door for the bedroom is a curtain
- The entrance to the flat is from the back so you have to walk from an alley/access through the fairly long backgarden - it can be a bit challenging with luggage. It can also be a bit creepy at night, and one of the evenings there were several youngsters hanging around outside.
Overall my main issue was regarding cleanliness. Before checking out I wanted to be helpful and take off the bedsheets but there was hairs on the mattress (pretty grim) and not mine for sure as mine is dyed
If you can improve the quality of cleaning which is easily resolved, your apartment will be alot more appealing.
Thank you

some of the decor was a little bit tired in places but overall good
