We absolutely loved our stay in the Cabanas after our trek.

The cabana was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a short (and affordable) taxi ride away from downtown or the airport, and the owner was able to help us call for our taxis. We absolutely loved the hot tub and sauna; what a perfect recovery after a trek. Breakfast was included and stocked in our mini fridge upon our arrival. Everything worked out wonderfully!

Great place to relax with beautiful views of the mountains

Cabanas Kauken was an amazing little retreat to go to after trekking in Torres Del Paine. It's a little bit further out of town, but it gives you amazing views of the surrounding mountains. David really cares about his guests as he was sending weather reports almost a week prior to me arriving, arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the bus terminal and picked up our luggage from our previous hostel. He also sent instructions on how to operate the sauna and hot tub once you book the cabin. It was a great place to relax! Just don't forget to keep your PDI as David needs it to give you the tourist price (no VAT). The cabin also includes your breakfast so no need to head outside your cabin to eat in the morning! It comes stocked with bread, muffins, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and a wide selection of teas and coffees! After seeing horses in the distance while waking up, I looked on Google maps and directly booked a half day trek with Horse Patagonia the day before! P.S. Using Uber was super convenient at the cabin. Around 3,000-4,000 CHP to get to town. Just be aware, they may take up to 20 minutes to arrive.

Come here for the Jacuzzi Room and out of the way Cabin Experience

David welcomed us in and was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The Cabañas were cozy and cute with beautiful views, especially when it snowed. The hot tub room was obviously the highlight, and we spent time in there every day. Overall a great stay!

The Cabañas are about a 10 minute drive outside the city, so not within walking distance of any restaurants or shops (although there is delivery). We also had some issues with getting one of the rooms warm enough at night, but once under the covers it was manageable.

Where do I start?!? No element of our stay went without Cabañas Kauken's considered and thoughtful touch. The level of service is exceptional, the facilities excellent and the location a picture postcard of tranquility and the inspiring beauty of nature. Your time here will stay with you long after you leave. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here at beautiful Cabañas Kauken and will be back.

The location was perfect, close to everything, very cozy and great for a family of 4. David was an attentive host, very easy to get a hold of when we needed assistance. Loved the hot tub!! There is wildlife on the property, we saw upland geese, horses, rabbits, and a fox.

Wonderful Oasis

The hit tub was amazing and everyone at team kaukan (led by David) gave their full attention to make the stay particularly memorable. We had just finished the o trail so found this location to be perfect to relax T. On the last day we flew our in the afternoon and so went into town and then the airport. David kindly drove our bags to their airport for us to meet their, as he already needed to go out that way. A great trip.

You won't regret booking here! It exceeded our expectations and was all around perfect.

Everything about our stay here was amazing. My fiance and I came here after doing the O trek to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We wanted to get away from the city and be somewhere romantic, quiet and comfortable. This place was that and more! The shower was AMAZING, we basically didn't leave the hot tub, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also had blackout curtains that allowed us to get a very well deserved and needed good night sleep. The owner, David, was extremely tentative and always communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He connected us with a taxi company and we had our own personal taxi driver to and from the city during our stay - Ines. She was fabulous too! Our flight time came up in conversation, and without requesting David made sure that Ines would be there to pick us up. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary as well. The kitchenette also came with everything we need for breakfast, and it was very convenient to have. I highly recommend booking this cabana if you are just finishing a trek in Torres Del Paine, want to relax and get away from the city, or just like the idea of being surrounded by mountains in the most perfect bungalow (hot tub, comfy bed, kitchenette, personal taxi driver, great shower, hammocks, everything!!) Thank you David, Ines and the rest of the Kauken team for making our stay so amazing. We definitely hope to come back here one day.

The cabin Carancho is perfect for recuperating after hiking in Torres! David is an incredible host!

Quiet, peaceful location and the perfect place to recuperate after hiking!! Breakfast is continental style. The kitchenette has service ware to heat a light evening snack as well. The best thing is David,the host. He will help you find whatever activity or item you need from touring to eating to shopping or just learning more about the area or the flora and fauna. Recommend asking him first with whatever need or question you have!!

Nothing really, but maybe in the future blinds that go from the bottom up so you never have to miss the view from the fabulous windows!!

Amazing room with stunning views, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a great host!

By far the best place we have stayed in Chile! Amazing rooms with views of the mountains and wildlife. We loved the jacuzzi after a long day hiking and the breakfasts to go were really convenient. Best of all was the service. You can tell David really puts 1000% into your experience. He is very great at communication and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay! It is so unique and comfy. The host could not have been nicer or more accommodating! The sauna is really fun! The log furniture and rustic style was perfect for us Colorado people! 😊😊😊 We both highly recommend this property!

the most hospitable owners in the most beautiful location

the location is breath taking! the surrounding area is so serene, with mountains in the distance and wildlife right out your window

the hotel is a little far from town, so some Torres Del Paines tours may not pick you up from there. both of mine did, but if you plan accordingly you can figure it all out.

Cozy retreat

Charming and family friendly

Super nice cabin in the outskirts of Puerto Natales with some wonderful views to the land and mountains. A fantastic wooden hot tub, from where you could enjoy the views and the most supporting and friendly owner. A perfect place to relax after hiking and driving around.
