They did not allow us to check in, they did not accept our booking through booking com.

The place is nice and clean and it's within walking distance into town

Lunch was wonderful but my supper was a bit disappointing.

Comfortable bed

Terribly noisy. Guests playing own music on loud personal speakers in the restaurant!! Shocking! Restaurant was out of most items on the menu.

The place needs improvement

The place looks delapidated and the staff use their bare hands to wash linen which didn’t sit well with me for hygiene purposes. A washing machine would be ideal

The place looks dirty and dilapidated. The pool doesn’t work it’s dry which is deceiving because on the internet it showed the pool is functional

the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable!

the bathroom doesn’t have enough breathable areas, they should think about making it breathable especially when using the toilet inside the hotel asked me to pay an extra fee but my reservation says everything was inclusive. this isn’t fair, we pay what we get online, you don’t add extra fee as you wish to your guests.

The stay was pleasent besides these issues, manager should leave client management to his staff.

Breakfast, the restaurant, and all staff were the best thing about this place. The manager did not quite match his other staff; he was not polite and was a bit arrogant.

Mosquito nets should be made available, and cleaner rooms were expected. I paid for an executive room that was not according to an executive standard, and got a smaller room but still, the manager wanted me to pay for the executive room, which I did.

Good place, but bad sleeping experience for my wife and I.

The room was nice and spacious. I love the windows and glass doors.

If I had known that loud music was allowed till midnight, I would not have picked this hotel.

It's conveniently located in Parklands Kitwe

Their so called executive suit is just a normal room, slightly bigger than the others with a double bed, I expected a room with a separate seatin lounge...

Passable

Hot shower and it's easy to locate the hotel though it's too noisy as it is just by the roadside.

Was disappointed about breakfast, customers don't have a choice you just get what you are given. I was given bread with butter already spread and l don't eat butter. Also entertainment was poor with few channels and aljezera channel had no volume.

Stay was not worth the money

It has a central location in Kitwe. Safe

On arrival it was clear that the staff was not prepared for our arrival. The booking was not on their system. The staff was having lunch behind the reception counter and told us to wait until they finished lunch. One of the rooms could not lock and had to move to another room. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain, mat towel, only provided next day. The desk in the room was broken and wobbly. Price does not match the quality of the stay, Pamo Hotel has to improve their offering.

very disappointing, wish i had looked harder

i liked location and staff help with directions, rate was OK

transport hotel arranged was unsafe (no doors working, seat belt broken, brakes knocking, driver door or window didn't open, i had to climb out to pay toll, passenger door opened from outside, had to open window first to open. had sewerage daily below basin in bathroom. bathroom had brown water seeping in daily also, WIFI was very poor, food expensive and sub standard, white towels are brown and stained,i wouldnt stay there again
