Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience haut de gamme

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l'hôtel. Tout, de l'accueil à la propreté, en passant par le confort et la restauration, était parfait. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochaine visite en ville. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable et mémorable.

Pour le niveau de service, de confort et d'équipements offerts, le prix était tout à fait justifié. Nous avons trouvé que notre séjour représentait un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Cumple con las expectativas de precio calidad, pero camas incomodas

La ubicación del Hotel, bastante cómoda. Amplia distribución de las habitaciones y orden en todos los espacios.

Las camas no son tan cómodas. dormir es algo incomodo si se piensa estas en el hotel mas de una semana.

Относительно недалеко от центра. великолепный вид из окна

Был сломан душ, вода текла тонкой струйкой, и кран гудел. После обращения на ресепшен, пообещали, что утром придет работник и решит проблему. Никто в назначенное время не пришел. Пришла работница отеля после того, как мы пожаловались в службу поддержки Booking, и сказала, что никто помочь не сможет, так как у всех 4 дня выходных, и стала утверждать, что по ее мнению душ работает хорошо. Также отель отчитался в Booking, что они починили душ, то есть по сути обманули 2. Не работал кондиционер 3. Не работал телефон-дважды обращались на ресепшен с просьбой решить проблему, но никто ее не решил

Confortable y ubucación ideal

La ubicación es excelente, la recepción está en la cuarta planta y el sistema de entrada con las tarjetas está muy bien, los ascensores amplios y cómodos. Tienen autoservicio de agua gratuita en recepción en botellas rellenables de cristal. La cama es un sofacama pero es muy cómodo y amplio.

Que no supimos regular la temperatura y pasamos un poco de calor.

Enjoyed my stay and would be back again.

The aparthotel is positioned close to the station which is ideal. The property was clean and relatively spacious - bigger than expected. Staff made up the room for us before check in, so didn’t have to worry about changing the sofa bed into a bed. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only thing to note was that the room was not available when I arrived for check in, but the hotel treated us to complimentary drinks to make up for it which was lovely.

Aparthotel adagio Frankfurt was very modern, clean, and very quiet at night.

Only one pillow for each guests, and the that only pillow was too soft, poor quality, exceedingly uncomfortable.

Excellent stay, clean & conveniently located property and very supportive staff.

Excellent location, very near to the central station. Clean & comfortable rooms and a great value for money. Easy access to public transport.

Could prefer if dinner arrangements are provided.

The room was a good size, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture and kitchen gadgets were nice. Great location, easy access to the transportation system. The fact that kitchen towel, dishwasher and the likes were provided was greatly appreciated

The cleaning was not quite ok... we found dust under the beds and the tv and small table, which ended up în the room as we were walking near the furniture. As cleaning is not provided, it would be great if there were a couple of extra trash bags available so that we could empty it occasionally so there would be no bad smell in the room. Especially with a small child still in diapers, this was unpleasant.

Good location of the hotel; Cozy room with good kitchen and appliances; Good crockery (glasses/plates/cutlery); Quiet rooms (maybe I was lucky =)).

The frying pan and pot were worn by life and were badly scratched and with an uneven bottom; It would be nice if there was a complimentary tea/coffee package.

Room was big with a small kitchen too. Big toilet as well. Very comfy, we enjoyed it a lot.

We didn't get our bed changed...not sure if we were supposed to ask for it. Other than that everything was good

-Staff at the reception: Did not know where the baggage trolleys were. Sometimes no one at the reception and not really friendly apart from one person. -Kitchen could have had pots to cook tea.

Still a nice stay.

Modern and near tram stops, only short distance to everywhere in the city. Very nice and clean beds and floor that the feeling is clean and fresh.

The temperature control seems difficult to adjust - too warm even dial to the lowest level. Bathroom and toilet are separated. They are both without any ventilation fans. Kitchen's only frying pan is warped - induction stove top doesn't work well with any non induction cooking wares.
